Total lack of concern and professionalism from the pharmacist. Had a prescription for over 5 hours and waited until we showed up to say they couldnt fill it. Had to wait almost 20 min to find out why. Claimed there was a discrepancy and they had to call doctor, but never made any attempt to resolve it until we showed up and it was too late to do anything. Horrible service !If the pharmacist put half the energy into customer service that she did into chewing her gum maybe we wouldnt have had to wait an extra day for the medication to help with breathing.

They literally do not answer the phones. You will have to drive all the way there and wait in line for God knows how long just to ask one simple question.

Dropped off prescription at 830 pm last night told it was too late for them to fill then that I could pick it up this morning at 11am well its 245pm .... I come to pick it up and they say its not ready itll be another 15 mins .... So I am sitting here veinf incovienced and they have 5 techs working back there and rhis isnr the first rine such foolery has happened

Ive never had a problem. Usually dont have to wait long, and prices are always good.

Totally incompetent. True to Walmarts style, they hire rude, disrespectful teeny boppers that have so little life experience, or are just plain stupid that they really believe as long as they say Have a blessed day then they have done a good job.

I considered throwing my halo top at them because they kept telling me to wait 15 more minutes. When your sick, you cannot handle this bs. 4 times I was told this. Eventually the girl had to go refill it for me because I was done after waiting 2 hours. Two flipping hours. I hate this place. I wish my insurance would allow me to go somewhere better. Walmart is already expensive as it is through. Even my regular rx they mess up and run out of. Great job. When I drop dead I hope its at the pharmacy. Utter incompetence! Do I have to vomit on the desk to get efficient service? Dont give me that were short staffed bs. There were 6 of you when I came in and 8 when I left. Most places run on 2 or 3 people. Dont try that bs on me.

Less than pleased is an understatement. Your not supposed to cut a customer short and hang up on them. Terrible customer service.

The customer service was on point! Prices were great and Dr. King was super nice.

They cant even tell you a price of a Rx without driving all the way there. Its a long drive for me, especially just to get a price.

Should probably make sure the medicine is in stock before asking someone to wait on a medicine twice that isnt even there 🙃

The absolute worst pharmacy in Pascagoula. Use as your last resort.
