Absolutely awful. Waiting time wasn’t long, however it was $110 to be seen. The nurse practitioner looked. at me for less than a minute and a half (not exaggerating at all I promise). She also wrote me a prescription for antibiotics for a VIRAL sore throat. Very expensive, unprofessional, and knowledgeable. No real patient care. No hospitality. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone honestly. If you need a sign to go somewhere else, this is it.

The Provider is adequate but the staff are the worst. I guess they hired the nastiest laziest do nothings they could find.

My husband and I have been fighting what we thought were sinuses for a week. We have been taking over the counter meds, using a sinus rinse, and cough drops. Since it had been a week and we have been getting worse we went to urgent care. We paid $50 for the NP to walk in look at our ear and throat and tell us it’s just sinuses no need for medication just take over the counter meds and flush. She was in the room all of 2 minutes to see us both. What’s the point in going to the doctor when your told to take over the counter meds which you been taking. The over the counter meds tell you not to take more then 7 days. This NP needs to learn bedside manners. Then to top it off they close at 8 pm and when we went to walk out the door at 720 pm it was locked and we couldn’t get out. Guess they was to busy closing early to actually care for a patient. Worst place ever.

I came to bring my dad for a Covid test and it was 7:30 but the lady at the front desk said she wasn’t taking anymore patients. They close at 8:00pm. Please change the time to 7:30 if you will not see anyone after that time. There were no cars outside nor was there anyone inside. Just a waste of time!

This place is a joke 15min covid test my A$$ and cant even get a X-ray 2hrs later and were still going to a different Drs office... Dont wast your time just got to the ER youll probably be done way sooner!

I called before I came because I suddenly started having a fever and chills. I had a very long wait. I even had to sit in my car cause I was shivering so bad. This is why I dont go to the Dr when Im sick. That being said, when I finally got seen, everyone was polite and considerate. I was scared it was covid and I had exposed friends and family. Thankfully it was not. I dont want to sit in a waiting room feeling like I did today, but the kindness I was shown helped.

Came here for a covid test because my four year old and myself were exposed by someone at my child school. Thankfully our test came back negative. We still have to quarantine for 10 days but even with a note from the school this urgent care refuse to give documentation stating we need to quarantine. Waited 3 hours to be seen ill never come back here. Will go to the hospital from now on to get tested. We were seen by the nurse practitioner.

The lady at the front desk was very friendly and as I explained that I couldnt complete the paperwork because I was so sick, she was so understanding. I was immediately taken to the back where the nurse was very nice as well as friendly. Then I see Dr.McClendon,he was attentive, caring and concerned about my health issues. Overall if I had not been so sick this would rate a high ten plus in satisfaction.Thanks for the compassion as well as the service.

Great nurse and doctor. The quickest Ive ever been in and out of an office and they are thorough to cover every concern you may have. Highly recommend these guys!

Front desk lady lacked the ability to talk to people...insurance or not. (which i did and do have) but the doctor was quick and straight forward..in and out and now all healed. Definitely would recommend and will go back should I ever need to. Thanks Maxem Health Pascagoula Dr.

I have gone into a few urgent care facilities but this one by far was the best. The staff was amazing!!! The NP Jeremy Remillard was the best, he listened to everything I had to say and gave some great advice and suggestions on what to do. It was like I was talking to a group of friends. I would recommend everyone to go and see Jeremy and his staff for your medical needs.

They were courteous and helpful in getting me seen and taken care of. The doctor listened to what I had to say and laughed when I told him about what my other doctor prescribed for my cough that has been persistent for over a month and a half. Will recommend anyone to go when you to be seen and your regular doctor is not available.

Nice people but I just now went yesterday and the prescribed medication hasnt worked yet. So as of now Im just reviewing the guys and girls on their hospitality which was very goodRobert

Never been so sick! The NP was a cool guy who seems to enjoy his job. Diagnosed me quickly and explained it all thoroughly. Thank you!!!!

This place is awful . I have been waiting for over 2 hours for a rapid Covid tests . The doctor here is clearly very inefficient at running a business . I will not come back .

Quick visit only took about 40 mins total. Dr Remillard was great. He was thorough and treated me with the medications needed. I will go back next time I need a doctor.

My experience at Maxem Health was very well appreciated. The receptionist the evening that I went was very helpful, nice, and understanding. I will go again should I need medical assistance like I did that evening. Thank you.

I was so glad to find this Urgent Care open on Sunday after church. Lisa, the intake person,was welcoming and knowledgeable . NP Wiley was the same and very thorough in her treatment. Thanks for being there and offering professional services.. it means a lot.

The nurse practitioner was absolutely amazing. He was thorough and time efficient. The reason I gave a rating of three stars is because the receptionist had an attitude for no apparent reason. I mean from the time I called to see if they were open she answers with an attitude. When I get there she acts as though she hates to be there doing her job that she applied for. The nurse was little to no help. Like wow.

Very slow.. Sat in waiting room over one hour and never got to the back examining room. Observed three others ahead of me and not one was taken to the back during this hour. Oh, one of the patients sitting with us had already been seen and was just waiting on her prescription for over 20 minutes. Was told the nurse practitioner didnt arrive until 9 am.

The doctor here was amazing and he always is.

This place is a joke & waste of money. I just got ripped off. The so called “doctor” couldn’t even diagnose my symptoms. He was very blunt. He pointed out to million things I could potentially have, which I could google myself without paying him $130 for his “knowledge.” Don’t ever go there.

This place is a joke! Took my 2 kids (3 & 1) in bc they have been sick for 4 days. There was only 2 other people in there waiting... We went back and my oldest was scared and crying and Michael Fairbanks was on duty he looked at my kid and said come on I dont have time for this I have more people to see! He didnt even ask anything. He just looked at their ears, throat, and nose and sent us away... Hes lucky my husband didnt knock him out for being rude to our child!! Next time Ill take my family and Money else where!! You shouldnt be in this line of work if you have no compassion for people especially children!!
