I have four different bills in Collections and I never received a bill. The amounts are ridiculous. I could have easily paid $20 bills off if I would have known. Now, I have four collection accounts on my credit.

I am getting calls from a collection agency about a bill I know nothing about. THIS IS THE WORST RADIOLOGY GROUP!

I have found myself in the exact same position as the previous reviewer. I have just received a letter in the mail for a medical bill that was sent to collections, and I never even received the bill. I have tried to contact Singing River Radiology, and there was no one to answer, and I was unable to leave a voicemail. There is only one person working there, and she is apparently part time. I work very hard to keep my credit clean, and this is unacceptable (especially for a bill that is $18.)

Received a bill from their collections agency (first bill received) from a service in January 2019 so less than 5 months. Not professional at all. Called office and there was a message that she only works part time and to call another 800 number. Calling 800 number now but not very happy to have a collection agency contacting me as first request for paying a bill.
