Dr. Elkins was super super nice. He listened to me in what I wanted and needed. He was supportive in my decision and gave me plenty of recommendations. He listened is my main praise and gave feedback. He was awesome. Highly recommend

Do not go to this place!! I went last year for labs and they told me that they had this portal that I could use to get my results, well I scheduled several appointments trying to use this so called portal, the doctor never show up to go over the labs results with me I ended up going to another doctor. A few weeks later I got a bill for 250.00 dollars for the labs that they claimed my insurance did not cover. So I got robbed for 250.00 and never saw the doctor!! And it was really painful with the young inexperienced nurse that was taking my blood, do beware of these crooks they will just take your money and you will never see the doctor!!

They seem to be fixing the previous problems we were having. Hopefully it stays like this. I really do like seeing Casey.

Just left this office with Cooper yelling at me down the hall of how I’m being unreasonable for my aggravation over not being called back until 50 minutes past my appointment time. The only thing I said about was to the nurse aide, in which I only mentioned I was irritated since it has NOT been the first incident. After sending his aide in twice to get me to schedule again for lab results and I requested my mammogram results from him that was done two months ago. He finally entered with apologies and excuses. I informed him how inconvenient and repetitive his extreme tardiness is and I have considered finding a new physician. He immediately told me that is what I should do and continued to get verbally confrontational with me and when I did not engage with him and told him to calm down he walked out of exam room and slammed the door. I got up to leave but before I left the room I said that he can be confident that the state medical board will hear of this. He then come out into the hall and yelling at me again. He informed me that anything within a hour after your appointment time is acceptable, lol. NO it is not. No where.

Ignore any of the bad reviews you find on here, the people writing them are the type to ask to see the manager when their steak is cooked wrong.Dr. Cooper is one of the few doctors that actually cares and is more concerned with quality of life and health than he is stigmas and biases that are so common in the health community. Nor is he shady and wont patronize you and treat you like an idiot like most doctors will do.

Both doctors are great but if time is money to you avoide this place. I have had to walk out twice before being seen, one after 2hrs and the other after over an hour. It takes me 45min each way just to get there from work then sitting there for hours cost me a lot of money.

Went there yesterday for help, and seen Casey Elkins for a weight loss aid, and was told I had options, and he explained how one would work, and it was called in to my pharmacy. My insurance wouldn’t cover it. I called several times and left messages telling his asst. and could he call in something else, I even talked to his asst. and was told he would by the afternoon. Well 24 hrs later, and going back to the office I’m told he won’t write or call anything else for me. What happened to my options? He lied to me...

My husband has a herniated disc in his neck and Dr. Cooper has done a fantastic job of helping him. If looking for a good family doctor, he is the one Id recommend .

Cooper and Elkins are both fantastic doctors and will take thier shirt off thier back to help anyone that needs it, the only down side is the long wait to see them. Its always at least an hour after your scheduled appointment before you get called back which can be stressful after a long day at work especially when,you have kids with you. I hate the wait but I wouldnt pick another place to be seen for they are truly professional at what they do and have done nothing but helped me and my family in,many,many ways for the past 2 years! Im so happy I finally found a Doctor who cares! I couldnt have asked for better service! Dr. Cooper listened to everything I had to say and he answered all my questions! This is now my go to doctor, hands down!

I want to Cooper center for anxiety and chest pains.and blood.pressure he kep putting me on medicine that was bad and cost my insurance hundreds thank God for Cooper he fixed elkinsistake but when I went back next month thinking problem was solved Elkins tried to put me on the same med thay the report they already had on me said was bad so he said go to a psychiatrist fine ok but u gotta have a referral I get a fake referral to a place that needs no referral with a next appointment date of almost two months away thank god.for doctor Cooper and his brother or the three visits charged to my insurance and copay would be a waste doctor cooper helped me out the kindness of his heart coopers good Elkins very bad.

Dr. Cooper is my wc doctor but really thinking bout switching to regular doc as well. He is amazing. Yeah, there is a wait like at any doctor office, but it is worth the frienliness of the staff.

Went there for help Dr Elkins does not help lies takes your insurance and copay his assistant takes days to get back to you you have to call them gives fake referrals then doesnt ha e time to talk estimated wIt time 2hrz

I had to go there 3 times and after all that he sent me a vague message through their app, saying I have inflammation. WHAT IS THAT?! What do I do now?! I received no other information or follow up.

Dr. Cooper is a lowly scam artist of a doctor with an incompetent staff. Beware: he will rack up on your visits. Yelled and cussed at me in the waiting room. Also, found out either him or his staff stole part of a Botox shipment from a patient.

When you get there for your appointment, be prepared to sit and wait for an hour and a half before you ever see a doctor. Maybe youll get lucky and at least see the doctor you have an appointment with because I sure didnt.

Dr.Cooper is not very thorough! I wouldnt suggest him to anybody!!!
