I love Dr. Enger. I wish he knew how rude his employees were. They are so unprofessional. Every. Single. Time. This has been going on for years. They’re so mean. I walked up to make an appointment for my daughter. They were to busy talking to even care I was there waiting. Then the girl finally stops talking to ask me what’s my problem? She corrected herself with , what can I help you with. They make you feel so awful for just trying to schedule an appointment.

I have been going to Dr.Enger for nearly a year and a half for my braces in Lucedale. Dr. Enger does great work and Ive seen alot of improvement in my teeth so far. However, his staff and the ladies at the front desk are so rude and unprofessional that I personally wont be going back once my treatment is done, neither will I be recommending him for any of my family and friends. There are a couple older women who are okay, no one really goes out of their way to make you feel welcome or comfortable; but the younger girls have been so snobby and unprofessional that its affected my experience this much. I only wish dr enger would enforce more southern hospitality among his workers because it gets awkward when you see them every single month. I dread my visits. Anytime Ive ever called the office they have serious attitudes over the phone as if they couldnt care less what you have going on. I dealt with it for awhile, but I had an experience recently that made me upset enough to write a review hoping that itll make them tighten up so that the rest of my experience might improve. Why is good customer service so much to ask for
