This office rubs like a well-oiled machine! The Doctor as well as staff is amazing! I highly recommend!

I have been very disappointed with the service weve received. I really wish we had not paid in full at the beginning of my daughters treatment because we would have definitely taken our business elsewhere. My daughter has had her braces on for nearly two years (they should have been off months ago) but has had very few adjustments made after they did zero prep work prior to installing her devices. Just biting down (not eating) will cause her brackets to break, and each time they fix the problem the same issues occurs. Her issue from the beginning (and the reason for braces) was her deep bite so obviously this is still the issue even with the gear installed. I feel like they think since they have our money now they dont have to worry about her anymore. Its been a very weird experience overall, one I hope never to repeat.

All the staff and Dr Brown are great! They are happy and smiling it seems all the time.We go to the Ocean Springs office and I love that the staff can walk over to the middle school to get my daughter for her appointments.I have a couple minor suggestions....Please fix your website! It says you are open everyday 8:30 -4:30. When infact your Ocean Springs office is not open at all on Mondays. I know there are other days you are elsewhere. Its very frustrating to call and hear that the office is closed but the website says that its open. The other suggestion would be the decor of the Ocean Springs office, it looks half finished to me. I by any means Im not the best decorator but the walls just do not look like they have been completed.Thanks for doing such a great job with my kiddo!

The people that answer the phone at this place are very unprofessional. They need to upgrade their phones also. Why have more than one Orthodontist under the same roof, but have two separate phone numbers!? If someone is a new customer and calls the name ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BUILDING, they should be able to get in touch with ANY one that works at that facility!! I mean have you ever heard of the TRANSFER option!! Nope, let’s just be rude with the person, NOT GIVE THEM THE CORRECT NUMBER AND HANG UP!!

This has to be the RUDEST orthodontist place I have ever been in ! The staff is absolutely horrible and rude snd could care less about how you feel snd if they are hurting you. ALL of the ladies are rude ! They all act like they dont want to be there snd take it out on the patients ! There are no black workers which makes me a little suspicious but even though I 1000% do NOT recommend this place, especially to African Americans, Dr. Inger is very kind. He has a nice personality. That is the only good thing about the place.

Brown Family Orthodontics has been a part of my family for two years and they are wonderful. They are the most professional and sweetest group of people Ive ever met. We all know the price of braces are not cheap but Dr. Brown and his staff makes the process so much easier. I would recommend Brown Family Orthodontics to everyone! There has to be some validity to Ms Hurd experiences. I have also experienced this same treatment. I urge you to go find another place. Unless you are white rich and part of the good ole boys club you can forget. The staff is in need of training to making all paying customers feel like they are valued. I’m also convinced that’s Stacey creativemind is probably a worker or friend. I honestly am so mad that I give this place a dime of my money. I’m also Going to see why they are billing my insurance and I pay them out of pocket for treatment!! I hate this place and don’t recommend it for black people take your money where you are valued!

Ive lived with a bad case of crowding for 30 years. Dr Brown and his staff fitted me for Invisalign. After a year, I am so glad I did it. The crowding is gone. Whenever I had an issue, they always got me in ASAP. Appointments were always on time and really quick.

I really like Brown Family orthodontics. I feel comfortable there, everyone is helpful and nice, and I started to see great results with my teeth quickly!

My niece have treatment at the office at pascagoula. A miss understanding and the racist attitude some employees had, she was looking to translate on the phone and she call her brother but he didnt know wan on speaker but thats the way he answer the phone for her the comments wasnt for no staff member so my niece ask me to translate and the impression I got for the Dr was there was a person who dont listen to clients first and then talk no it wasnt like that he believe what she said ( his employee) when my niece told her that shes looking for translate bcuz she want to tell her what she need to fix bcuz it was bother her mouth so she took her gloves off with attitude thru it on the table trying to ask my niece for her phone. When she got up she said something in Spanish nothing to the employee. The employee thought it was about her so I think the Hispanic community cant be treat it this way I never think a professionals on this field gonna be so unprofessional. I just look at my niece face she was crying and upset. Just let them know that was a misunderstood and no reason to treat people like that. And thanks to the employee who finish my niece work she was nice.

I went there today n they were very rude to me.I have been asking for appts for 3:30 but they intentionally give me appts at 3:00 n I have to rush to get there on time!Every since I told them that I had my home built n they saw me with a new car there has been a problem!They act racist n very nasty towards me!I was 15 minutes late n the receptionist got upset n said that Dr.Brown was upset with me!I gave her my insurance card n she was too upset with me for being late.I went to the back with my daughter to get her braces checked but he didnt want to service my child unless I signed a waiver but I refused unless he removed all the stuff that he referred her to get in her mouth n her braces.So I took out my phone n he jumped up in my face mad,then he grabbed my hand n tried to take my phone.I wanted to record so that I would have proof of how they were treating me n my child.I told him to keep his hands off me n my phone.I told him that they better not try to run my daughter insurance because he didnt service her...Then I left!I wish they would be fair to my innocent daughter.They are punishing her because they dont like me!In Response to Stacy CreativeMind well she does have quite an Creative Mind.She is making false accusations about me n has her facts backwards!I left the back where she was with her child n she couldnt see me.I got ready to leave n saw that I was blocked in so I came back in to ask the owner of 1 of the vehicles to let me out n she did but I DIDNT hit anything maam.I treat people with respect or Accordingly.I Dont stand for Racism.Stacy!I stated to them I dont like racist but didnt call them names as she says!Get your lie straight before writing reviews maam!

In response to Mrs. Hurds ludicrous allegations I would like to give an accurate depiction of what happened on 2/5/19. First of all, my children have been patients of Dr. Browns since 2012. The staff, which is more like family has always been professional and attentive. Mrs. Hurd was being rude, disrespectful and making everyone present uncomfortable and on edge especially in this day and age when situations can escalate quickly and get out of control. She followed her daughter back to the examining chair and started videotaping the tech who was working on her daughter. My daughter happened to be two chairs down having her wires adjusted. Dr. Brown was working on another patient while he addressed Mrs. Hurd in a calm, professional manner. Anyone who works in the medical field as I do knows that she was violating HIPA laws by videotaping. He asked her to stop and she became quite angry and belligerent which was scaring the kids that were being worked on. Dr. Brown told her that he would be happy to transfer her daughter’s medical records to her doctor of choice. She and her daughter stormed out and as she walked out of the clinic claimed that ALL of us were nothing but a bunch of damn rednecks. I watched her pull out and thought she was going to hit a corvette that was parked behind her. Turns out she didn’t hit it, but did hit the one that was out of my view. She left without reporting the incident. Bottom line is that Dr. Brown and his staff were extremely professional. BTW Mrs. Hurd seems to have quite a reputation around town for being unruly to say the least.

BFO will always be my go too place. I have been a pt at both the Pascagoula and Ocean Springs office. They were always able to accommodate at either location. I went through the Invisalign treatment and from day one they have always presented the best customer service 5 star treatment. I highly recommend BFO. Most of my family have had their braces through them.

I had a pretty bad open bite and decided I wanted to seek treatment, not only for cosmetic purposes but for functionality. Before I came to Dr.Browns office, I had went to 2 different orthodontic offices. Both of the orthodontists I saw told me that I would absolutely need jaw surgery and even then, they couldnt tell me if the surgery would fix my problem for good, but they would be happy to slap a set of braces on my teeth (yes, Im sure you guys would have loved to put me *¡10 grand!* in the hole for a pointless set of braces with normal archwires you knew werent going to work.)During my research I was doing about my open bite problem, I came across a technique developed by a man (Dr.Sato) that utilizes archwires deemed MEAW wires that let teeth move individually to allow for a shorter treatment time and better post results/retainment. I got the impression it was pretty rare for orthodontists to practice; I saw allot of orthodontists in Florida, California, New York etc. that practiced the technique but not in my area. Never in a million years would I have thought I would hit the jack pot when I walked through Dr.Browns office.From the moment I walked in, the whole staff was very friendly and as soon as I talked to Dr.Brown and he did my pre assessment, I knew he could fix my problem, and that I had struck gold. Dr.Brown not only knew about the MEAW wire technique used to close open bites, but he practiced it and had all of the equipment necessary to start my MEAW wire treatment.Dr.Brown and his staff gave me something I never thought Id see: a functional, normal bite. My teeth are perfect, and its incredible. He did this using MEAW wires. Im not the only patient hes done this for. Im eternally grateful for the work Dr.Brown has done for me. Hes dedicated to his job and he is AMAZING at it, to a fault.I get my braces off in 2 weeks. Needless to say, my treatment was an extreme success. If you have an open bite and do not want to go through jaw surgery, go to this man. I would highly recommend him to any person, any day of the week.THANK YOU, BROWN FAMILY ORTHODONTICS!!!!!!! You guys legitimately changed my life. Its hard to not cry tears of joy when I look in the mirror at my teeth and realize you fixed a problem that multiple orthodontists told me jaw surgery would not even fix. I am truthfully eternally grateful for finding Dr.Brown.
