Called at 1PM on a Saturday and the lady said, “That they were not that busy and to come at three.” So I walk in and she looked at me and said, “ Sorry we are closed.” I said, “ Okay, you guys said to come at three? I have an appointment.” And she said “sorry.” Didn’t try to ask me who helped me or what the confusion was or how it happened. Never going back here again, do not recommend this place to anyone. Terrible customer service. Need to get their system together and have a better form of communication. Thanks for wasting the first half of my day waiting around till 3PM for an appointment that I booked to turn around and turn me down when I come in for it. If I could leave ZERO stars, I would.
