I had an appointment back in September of 2020. That appointment had to be rescheduled. Which then got cancelled, and rescheduled four times since then. I wasnt able to be seen till MARCH. Then of course, I was going off old information of waiting in the car to be called in, but after 10 minutes and watching someone walk in, I got fed up and walked in. Only to be told because Im late, I may not be seen. I was waiting in the car like my last reminder told me! Im going to find a new Gyn.

If I could give them a zero I would. I arrived on time for my appointment. After waiting for 30 minutes I questioned what was taking so long. I was told that the doctor I was scheduled to see routinely runs 40-50 minutes behind. They told me the person who was scheduled for 10am was still waiting to be seen at 11am. I think scheduling appointments close together while knowing the doctor will cause these appointments to start late shows the practice doesn’t care about its patients’ time and really just cares about making money. When (50 minutes after my appointment time) I said I couldn’t wait an indefinite amount of time for a scheduled appointment to start they said all they could do was reschedule my appointment.While I was there that morning they had said they would send a prescription to my pharmacy. Evening comes and I haven’t heard anything from my pharmacy. After multiple calls I found out the doctor’s office sent the prescription to an incorrect pharmacy that I had never mentioned. Even though my paperwork, which I filled out that morning, had the correct pharmacy on it. Truly very incompetent. When I spoke to a manager about the issues I’d had with her office that day she seemed to not care.They don’t seem to understand that people don’t have to just put up with bad treatment at a doctor’s office when there are plenty of doctors offices to choose from. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Ok. Good news first. The midwives are all amazing. Ive worked with almost all of them, and they are all supportive, kind, and honest. I especially like Kelli.Bad news. Ive met 2 docs so far, and they were both awful.The first one (gayaso-adam) met with me once and promptly did her very best to bully me out of everything Id been planning with the midwives (for months) and got visibly irritated with me when I tried to get her to explain her rationale. Then, when I asked her if she could call the backup doctor ( so I wouldnt have to work with a male at the hospital bc I have abuse in my past and bc she wanted me to go right away) she said *she* was the backup but wouldnt be going bc she was getting off work in a couple hours and Id be fine with the male doc.The second one (frinjari) was combative when I complained about waiting over 30 mins for my 1 week postpartum appt, and neglected to ask me about any ppd symptoms (even though my file has me marked as high risk, my delivery was complicated, and I was actively crying through the whole appt).
