Very helpful employees
This is usually my preferred store to shop at when it comes to home improvement. However, it seems like I am always left disappointed when leaving Home Depot. I recently bought a bath tub for a mobile home that had to be ordered. Took it to the install and it was damaged. Long story short, this was one of those situations when the install had to happen on this day due to scheduling. I understand that there are going to be damaged products occasionally, however, I believe with a little quality control these situations could be avoided. Through this situation on top of the normal everyday customer service issues that this store has. Really makes me wonder why I dont just shop at Lowes. This pic is just a piece of the damage that the tub had.
Home Depot - Window installation services are not good.Sales is great, good communication and arrived on time. The second measurement for my windows was good, again arrived on time. The installation process was AWFUL. I scheduled my appointment a month in advance for a Monday morning. Only one guy arrives, and he was not told he has two second story windows to install. Also, one additional window was broken. He wants to install that one, and just have a replacement sent out later.Short story - he only installed one window - he left the other windows (including the broken window) in my garage until I reschedule for more guys to help.
Stand in line for an hour just to confront someone who has no clue what they are doing.
Did a great job.
