Excellent shopping experience. The whole team is very nice and professional. They know how nervous I get with procedures and they always have a great chair side manner. I have received a porcelain crown and had no problems and what I like is they come up with a treatment plan and it’s easy to understand and self explanatory also, the prices seem right. It’s all written down along with what insurance is paying.I Highly recommend them.

I was a little anxious since its been a while since my last dental visit, but my nerves were quickly calmed because of the staffs friendly, down to earth attitude and helpfulness. Not what I was expecting. My boyfriend went couple months ago and had his tooth extracted the same day. I went in today and was examined and told to come back another day. Left and still in pain. Can’t go anywhere else because they took X-rays and use my insurance.Edit: given the responses down below clearly shows that they didn’t ask. I was in pain when I got there and left in pain. I had to call back because I need the tooth taken care of. I’m going in on Monday for that reason only.

Dr. Vo and his team never fail to provide the most professional dental service! Very friendly and they always make you feel at home. I love their hygienist/dental assistant Jessie! She takes really good care of her patients and shes very good at what she does! Their secretary Flor is very efficient in scheduling and making sure that your questions are addressed. My entire family is under their care! Best dental team ever!!!

Can I give no stars? Before our 1 st appointment we confirmed pricing and time for full replacement dentures. We met with the dentist who went over everything and seemed great. He instructed us to meet with the assessment coordinator who went over pricing which did not come close to the information provided by another office personnel. I explained I’d have to discuss this misinformation and made the next appointment for 2 days later. The next day we reached out to the original advisor attempting to get clarification and of course she was unavailable. I can only conclude that they determined they would charge what we could afford instead of honoring their over the phone price. I worked in the industry for some years and always worked with private dentist, and I never mislead any patient during an assessment via phone or in person. We have found a dentist that offered the exact pricing and warranty as this place for what was originally quoted. Should anyone I know, friends, family, clients ever ask about this specific dental practice, I will not have anything positive to say and steer them clear.

5 stars! The dentist is so kind & patient & took the time to answer my questions. I believe he gave me honest answers to the best of his knowledge (unlike dentists at other companies). They were patient & worked diligently to get my flipper made properly & made sure it fit properly & comfortably. I appreciate him very much! The staff is also very friendly.

Outstanding! I needed an emergency crown replacement and walked in. Not only did they see me right away, but I got a temp replacement in no time! Not an ounce of pain either. First of all Dr VO is so professional and knowledgeable and yes it true I got my temporary the same day! The staff are so helpful and professional and loving it doesn’t feel like a dentist office the staff makes you so comfortable they have to make me leave my teeth are beautiful I’m telling you get there!!!!

I lost a cap and Im from out of town. This was the day before Christmas Eve and most dentist were closed. I got an appointment right away and that was great. However , all i needed was to cement the cap on but they insisted on x-ray s. That was a $40. charge. Then I was charged $275 to cement a cap. I was told I had to pay everything up front. I did. I didnt chew, or eat anything hot but when I got up the cap was off again. Needless to say, Im not pleased. It cost me over $300 dollars and the work didnt last 24 hours

I always have a pleasant experience here. Everyone is super nice and helpful. Its just a nice atmosphere overall, clean. I dont dread coming to the dentist like I used to.

I’m the type of person I am very scared of dentists. I had a really bad experience many years ago and it takes me years to even really trust someone. So when I moved here to Houston it took me five years to even try this place out . When I made the appointment I wasn’t sure and very hesitant and nervous but when I came in and met my dentist (name Vincent Vo). 30 minutes before my appointment I have said in my car and look at the business sign it said advance dentistry and then denture care , I thought to myself wow he could be a specialist because he deals with denture care , What can go wrong so I walked in and he made me feel relaxed and well trusted and very comfortable. Today I have lived here for seven years I’m glad that he is take caring of my teeth . Thank you so much Advanced dentistry and then you care ! I will for sure recommend this place 100% !

Please avoid this place. They told me I had 4 cavities, which seemed extremely unlikely given my oral health. I went to different dentist, and turns out I have NONE! They were going to drill fillings into healthy teeth to get money! Plus, they did a cleaning and SCRAPED really hard on my enamel, to the point that I was scared of damage. No one has ever scraped that hard for a routine cleaning. That alone made me refuse to come back, but the lying about cavities blew my mind. My friend also went here for a partial, and not only does the partial not fit properly, but he claims they pulled one normal tooth along with the couple ruined teeth. Scary.

I recently moved to Texas and was in search of a new dentist. I was so happy to have found Advanced Care! I’m terrified of the dentist (lol) and they made my experience a pleasant one. The staff was so friendly and the hygienist and doctor really seemed like they knew what they were doing. The doctors assistant and worker who took my x-rays were helpful and very nice! The doctor had to do a root canal and he was able to get it done pretty quick. The crown he had made fit perfectly and it has been a couple days and it feels real good

Ive never been to the dentist before up until two months ago. Dr .Vo took such could care of me and my teeth. The staff was super friendly! I went in for x rays of my wisdom teeth which ended up being infected. Lauren, who did my x Rays was gentle and very nice. I went in last month for a teeth cleaning and the lady who did it, was very kind too. I didnt get her name unfortunately but I hope shes there the next time I go in for a cleaning. Dr Vo and his staff are amazing and I am so grateful they took care of me. Ill definitely be back. :-)
