I went for a haircut and ended up with patches and completely uneven all over. I wanted a short cut but the lady cutting my hair had no idea how to cut a woman’s hair short!!! She had me facing away from the mirror the whole time and then quickly rushed me out of there when she was done after the 45 minutes I spent in the chair. When I got to my car and actually had a chance to look at it is when I noticed how uneven it was everywhere and literally had patches cut super short right between overly long areas!!! It looks horrible and because it’s such a short cut there is no way to fix it without shaving it completely or just letting it grow out!!! I went from hair past my shoulders to 1& 1/2 inches at the long spots and almost shaved to the skin at the short spots. It wouldn’t be so bad if it was at least even and the layers were blended right but it’s not. ☹️ I wouldn’t recommend going here!!!

Poor service told me she had no appointment available and was in the store 20 mins and walked by and she was closing. No wonder y they are going out of business

I really like the beauticians there, theyve got skill and have not let me down. Im pretty particular and up tight about who touches my hair. Ill be returning.

I had to change my rating after my moms cut yesterday. It was awful and the girl cut all her hair off knowing that wasnt what she wanted. She acted like she knew but then did whatever. When mom wasnt pleased she made no attempt to make it right. She didnt even style it for her. I wouldnt suggest going to this salon. They tend to get scissor happy. And after this last experience we wont be back at all.
