They dont even offer the kind of formula for my daughter. She is on a hypoallergenic thats super expensive. Also what is 11 dollars towards fruits and veggies? For all the time it takes just to sign up and load your card and not to mention pay stubs and speaking to a bunch of people not worth it to me

I’ve been coming to this WIC office since I found out that I was pregnant. ALL of the ladies I’ve had the pleasure of meeting have been helpful and supportive. After I had the baby (She is now 8 months) they checked in regularly with me to make sure we were ok. The lactation consultant became my support system throughout my breastfeeding journey, encouraging me and giving me advice. This is my fourth child and I’ve never at a better experience. I a forever grateful!

Wife has been trying to call on several occasions. Either it rings and no answer or someone does answer and puts her on hold, then hangs up. She called another location and they were able to help.

Reading the reviews Im wondering if this is the same place I been coming to for a year! These ladies in this office are so kind and helpful. I never once waited for an hour in my car even with covid restrictions I never waited longer than 20 minutes. They answer the phone every time I call and are never disrespectful to me EVER. They make you feel welcome always I never had a problem here

I transferred out of state to this WIC office. When I contacted them over the phone. They were friendly and helpful. When I went to do my pick up. The ladies in the office were friendly. They provided me with all the information needed.UPDATE: they are only open until 3:30 pm. Very inconvenient for a family with working parents.

Very RUDE staff. We told them we were having a hard time getting through on the phone and the lady said my daughter was telling a fib that their phones have been ringing all week Monday - Friday. So she must have dialed the wrong number or lying about calling.AND WHEN SHE CAN GET IN FOR AN APPOINTMENT, THEY CHECK HER IN AND THEN SEND HER BACK OUT TO WAIT AN HOUR TO HAVE HER WIC CARD LOADED. RIDICULOUS

This place is supposed to help young mothers but instead you just get judged and they dont call you back. My baby is 2 months old and Im still paying for formula and I cant seem to get through to anyone. Ive been struggling in this program is supposed to help but obviously not.
