We had power in only half of our home. I called and I spoke with the owner and he was very helpful. He suggested calling my power company first to make sure it wasnt something with them before I paid for his services. It was that and I cant thank him enough for his honesty. I will for sure keep him in mind when I or others need electrical services in the future.

We decided to go with a different electrician today for a couple of reasons. I found Steve to be a bit pushy overall but what seemed more troubling were his tactics. When I spoke with him about not doing work until after Thanksgiving he wasn’t happen and resorted to telling me that our insurance lady told him my husband was difficult and that Steve should talk to me instead. He also insinuated that our insurance lady was pressuring him to do the job. After speaking with the agent it became apparent that Steve was manipulating us to go ahead and start the job. We were told that we could choose any electrician and work on our own timeline. My insurance agent expressed that she never made any calls to Steve or his company.Next, Steve used this same tactic and was very unprofessional today when my husband spoke with him. My husband expressed to Steve that we needed to reschedule and Steve resorted to telling my husband that a neighbor had been gossiping with Steve about my husband being “ slow to get work done “. Apparently this gossip took place while Steve was digging the trench we asked him to please not begin. I have no neighbors that live on either side of us. This was done to further pressure us and not his business and work on his timeline. This was unprofessional behavior on the part of a contractor and another tactic for Steve to get the job going when we were not ready. My home has never had any issue of maintenance or issue that any neighbor would know about.He was also never seen on video surveillance speaking with a neighbor. This was just another tactic.Finally, Steve was asked to not begin work before Thanksgiving as per our phone conversation the Monday before the holiday. However, as a way to ensure that we didn’t go with another company, he came out and dug a trench on my side yard. I only agreed to him measuring not doing anything else. I expressed to him on that Monday that we were not quite certain he was the right fit for us. This was based on his telling me that my insurance rep told him to not work with my husband. He knew we were beginning to get leery therefore he went ahead and dug the trench so that we would feel obligated to keep him on as our electrician.We paid Steve immediately for any “emergency “ work he did for us initially ( October of 2019) and never guaranteed or signed any contract regarding further upgrading. His abrasive personality and tactics to manipulate us to gain his business were not becoming at all.

An excellent experience from start to finish. These guys made me and my family feel like we were priority #1. The job was done very timely and within a reasonable budget. They went on from there to actually lend me their own personal generator for the night because my family and I were going to be without power! Thats the kind of experience that will make them my go to in the future for everything!

Great experience with Electrical Source and Steve. We had a serious issue with our main breaker that could have ended tragically. Steve came out immediately and not only resolved the issue but also walked us through the next steps to avoid future issues. No follow up.Reached out to Steve thru email from his BHeights magazine ad. Responded that hes very punctual and would follow up with me when the weather got warmer.I asked multiple times if he was ready to work and most emails went ignored.Finally gave up and found a punctual electrician that called me back. That alone is hard to find in the Cleveland area.

Electrical source came out to repair the flickering of my lights. They did fantastic work and came so fast! Steve and Lindsey are great electricians to work with. Their expertise in electrical is awesome. The flickering has stopped.

I had the pleasure of talking with Steve after calling several companies in the evening. He was very understanding in talking us through an issue at my elderly mother in laws home. We discovered it was a problem with the outside service as Steve suggested. He followed up with us first thing in the morning to make sure everything turned out ok. Responsive and professional. Steve, the Electrician, directed by his wife Rosanne, care about what they do. I paid for a residential estimate for $79.00 then I never received it. The owner drove a Yellow Box truck with no markings and then hung around my house for no reason asking to ground a wire to my water meter.

Steve was a great person to talk to, He helped us with our electrical problem which was outside, It was an Illuminating company issue with the lines coming into the house ,Thank you Steve.

Very rude over the phone. Will be looking elsewhere for my electrical needs.

They dont do free estimates, Im not sure if this is just a residential thing, or if they just dont.
