Compassionate and caring doctors, nurses. PAs, and Nurse practitioners. Front desk staff is great. Willa is one of my favorite people ever! Shes so kind. They will get you in to be seen quickly. The professionals take there time with you and will listen to everything you have to say. They can do your blood draws right there and let me tell you those nurses have been touched by Gods hands. I am a very hard stick and they work with me to get the blood out of me that they need. They never cause unnecessary pain or harm. They are the only people I actually feel comfortable getting my blood drawn from. All referrals that Ive gotten from them have been excellent doctors. I have been with True Care in Parkville since 2006 and dont see myself needed to find another primary care. They are WONDERFUL!

New Policy changes to not allow blood work at the time of visit is not convenient. Follow up on blood work is non existent. Whats going on?

Very rude, unprofessional. Not thorough. Stay clear of this place unless you want covid 19. Staff do not wear any masks. And will get right up in your face. In this horrible pandemic and time there is no excuse to not wear a mask. They are putting everyones safety at risk..especially the tall red head that works in the office..she flat out got in my face without a mask!😞

If I could give 0 stars I would. They are terrible. All around from the doctors to the staff. Unprofessional, rude & the doctors are not thorough. Don’t waste your time! Better off going to patient first before dealing with this place.

The doctors are great. Their automated phone options almost guarantee you never talk to a live person, however. And their front desk phone skills leave much to be desired. Neither I nor the pharmacy have ha an easiy time contracting them after refills have run out. I have lost faith in the online portal as well.

As far as the care itself, I couldnt ask for better. Since the merge, the phone situation has left a lot to be desired. Been trying for 2 weeks to have someone return my calls concerning another bill I shouldnt have gotten. If I have any complaints, its billing and possible communications with them and front office. This make the 3rd time Ive received a bill that doesnt make sense.

Today I met Dr. Alex. He, like all the rest, are awesome! Very professional, yet also personable. Took a good amount of time making sure all my meds wouldnt interact with breastfeeding! And answered all my questions. Wonder staff all around!

I love the Doctor and the PA’s , but trying to get a new RX sent to my Pharmacy is awful. I am almost out of my meds. And have been trying to get it refilled for two weeks. I don’t like the way they handle it. Humana has tried to contact them and have not heard anything. I left a message again today,let’s see what happens.

This practice has gone through many changes. The office in DundAlk and Parkville have merged so ALL the patients that used to go to one or the other have now converged to this one office with one doctor and 2 physician assistants. Can you get an emergency appt with the doctor? No you can’t. You will get set up with the PA. If you leave a message for the doctor to call you, will he call within a business day- 2 business days- 3 business days? No he won’t. Will he return another physician’s call about or for you? No he won’t. The practice has gotten very large. Should you decide to use it, make sure to plan your Illness accordingly and schedule that appt ahead!

This is an excellent medical practice. Appointments are on time, Dr. Rahnama is very caring and the nurse practitioners are very good also.I would recommend to anyone.

My doctor is Dr. Rahnama from The True Care Medical Group. I was referred to him by a family member and Im glad that I took the advice because he is a very caring doctor and the staff are all friendly and helpful.
