The doctors are actually great but what will deter us from returning is their billing department. We had a preventative screening that was billed incorrectly as a regular office visit resulting in a large bill. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get through to their billing department. It is just a voice mail, and when they do call back they cant hear anything and hang up (not an issue with any other calls). May be a coincidence but extremely frustrated that we get an incorrect bill and then they conveniently can not be contacted. Its not worth the headache and feels very sketchy.
Denise, I started with her last year or so she is so professional and she is honest. Definitely an artist. I am so happy with what she has done for me what a lift (haha) she makes me feel beautiful. THANK YOU!!!!
First experience here and it was GREAT! I did online paperwork, and when I arrived they were very friendly and helpful. I was a little nervous because I had some skin concerns. My nurse Jillie and PA Nikki were SO awesome and helpful! They took time to answer my questions and helped explain everything to me. I even had to go back the next day because of a concern and the office staff was also able to get me an appointment. I am really happy that I have a place I know that I can trust and will be there for me when I need them!
Been going there for about 4 years. Never had any issues. Always found everyone knowledgeable and pleasant. I would recommend.
We saw a PA for a skin condition my daughter experiencing. That part was fine.The office staff, specifically Pam, was horrible, unprofessional, and my family and I will NEVER go back. I was hassled for filling out the wrong paperwork online (although it turned out I was correct) and I was hassled for not showing up 1/2 hour early. Really - if I cant fill out paperwork in less than 10 minutes, I have bigger problems than a skin condition. I was pretty much screamed at upon arriving in the office, in front of other patients, who appeared shocked. The worst part is that I emailed their website contact us email, and I left feedback on Facebook, asking to be contacted so we feel comfortable returning to this practice. Ive heard nothing from them. Super.Remember, when a person has a great experience, they tell three people. When they have a poor experience, they tell AT LEAST eleven people. Now with the internet, that number rises exponentially. Good luck with that.
