I came here barely able to walk downstairs regarding an IT band issue.After dry needling, multiple sessions working on different exercises, and a lot of work, the issue is pretty much resolved!Everyone here is extremely knowledgeable and such a pleasure to work with!!

Fotis is really a great PT! He is extremely professional and loves what he does. He listens to me and comes up with different exercises based on my ability. Always has a smile on his face and makes the session very pleasant. He is quick to point out milestones and celebrates my accomplishments. I always feel better after a session!

I am a member of FFC, but I had never before used the NovaCare physical therapy services within the gym. Therapist Bethany Ure gave me a thorough assessment and got right to the heart of the problem. I am optimistic that she will help me come back stronger than ever.

This NovaCare facility (both in Park Ridge and on Catalpa) are great. The staff are so friendly and caring... but mostly really know their stuff !! Was here for a back injury and felt better almost right away. They used a combo of manipulation, physical therapy and I opted to try a “dry needle therapy” which I highly recommend.. Linda D.

NovaCare Rehabilitation located in the newly built FFC in Park Ridge is an anomaly. Expect to get superior care to most chain physical therapy clinics. On top of that, you have access to a great facility during your treatment. A great place to hang and easy parking and access.

Wonderful and get skilled staff. Beth is seriously the best! Highly recommended. I have chronic neck pain and this place has been a huge blessing in helping with it.

Beth and the staff at Nova Care in Park Ridge are simply the best. Its as if everyone is treated like family. The care we receive is top notch and, if you dont want to push yourself to get to where you need to be, trust me, your getting pushed anyway. Their attitude is, were gonna get you healthy whether you want it or not and, their have been days when I was in the I dont want it category. The only drawback is that Beth needs more spacebecause of the volume of patients that are seen. On most days its crowded. She and her staff make it work but its tough and sooner Not later this will stop her from excepting new patients that need help.

Every therapist at NovaCare in Park Ridge is friendly, encouraging and understanding. They challenge me, but never more than I can handle. I am stronger and feeling better, and I owe that to the terrific staff at NovaCare.

Novacare is a great place to go for PT. The PTs are very talented and creative finding you the best treatments and exercises for your condition. They are located in the Park Ridge Fitness Formula Club which means that you also get access to a great facility when you come in for PT. I am always amazed at the increase in range of motion after a treatment session. I cant recommend Novacare enough.
