My left ear became clogged after using a cue tip to try and clean my ear. Hearing was muffled with slight ringing/ pain. I scheduled an ear cleaning appointment and was assigned Dr. Michael K. Layland. He seemed like a decent person at first and cleaned my left ear, however when finished and asked to clean my right ear he refused and said it looked fine through his device. Though my left side feels clean I feel extremely taken advantage of after spending a considerable amount of time and money only to get half treated. Needless to say I wont be using their services again. I wouldnt advise anyone to either unless they only want half service and shoddy work.

Dr Tojo is phenomenal in his approach and diagnosis of the issue at hand thoroughly explaining it in a way that is easy to understand while also providing a very well thought out plan to resolve the issue. I can’t say enough how much I value his approach and respect his knowledge and expertise. I would strongly recommend him to anyone needing top quality care looking for an ENT

First time seeing Dr Tojo, extremely satisfied with initial visit! I have been battling sinus problems for years and had several procedures that have not corrected the problem. The doctor didn’t recommend having surgery as other ENT specialists recommended, but rather try eliminating what was causing the problem before even considering surgery. Office was clean, easy to get through check in and also didn’t have to wait long to see him.I would highly recommendAlan

Layland is a game changer. ESP w endoscopic sinus surgery. I’m finicky w my choice of doctors and Layland has time and time again been the answer to so many of my sinus and asthma reactive airway flare ups over the years that other internal medicine and asthma specialists just frustrate me over. So confident in Layland and I credit the quality of life and my breathing to his practice.

Had a lot of earwax buildup in both ears. Dr. Balamohan cleaned both ears out and I am back to normal. Like difference between night and day

It is quite unfortunate because had a wonderful experience with Dr. Goldin; however, the front desk staff at the Ear, Nose and Throat Center is incredibly rude and not helpful. I was never informed that my insurance would not cover my visits and instead of the front desk talking to the doctor about other options, such as me going to someone else for my follow-up, all they kept repeating was that I had to pay out of pocket. The billing department is also unorganized.
