Dr Shah is amazing. He knows what he is talking about. He is very compassionate and understanding of parents needs. He is honest with you about how he feels and what he thinks. He is also great with kids and you can tell he truly loves his profession. I have 6 kids , ages 16-1 years old and he is my favorite pediatric doctor so far. Just an incredible individual to have caring for your children.Ill never forget..... when he gave me my first sons autism diagnosis he paused. He gave me a minute and then asked if I was OK? I didnt really react when he gave me the diagnosis...just kind of a blank stare but he wanted to even check with me and make sure I was understanding the language he was communicating to me. He even broke it down to me how he was able to come to a diagnosis.Hes just amazing. If you can get in with him it will be the best decision ever.

Dr. Shah is one of a kind! He takes as much time as he needs with you. I have never felt rushed and I always get every single one of my questions answered. He is so kind, patient and gentle. He takes the time to explain the pros and cons. He takes the time to think through your situation and give you the best options. He is truly a gem! We feel very lucky to have him as a doctor for our son.

Dr. Shah is an amazing doctor. He is so smart and is always so patient with all of my questions. He has been taking care of my daughter for 7 years and I could not recommend a better pediatric neurologist. Patient and kind and simply the best!

My daughter has been his patient since 2002, when she was diagnosed with epilepsy. I went and saw other doctors who were suppose to be the best in Chicagoland area. I remember my husband asking how are we going to choose doctor. I have to say Dr Shaw was wonderful, he took like 45minutes and explained pros and cons of taking medicine he gave us choices and truly calmed me down. It was hands down that he was the best choice.
