I had brought my daughter to get evaluated by Dr Brasky a few months ago. My daughter had constant pains in her stomach and had lost quite a bit of weight in just a few months. Dr Brasky acted swiftly, even during the pandemic where scheduling elective procedures was not easy. He was very caring during the procedure (endoscopy) and made her and I at ease, and was very informative about what he had visualized during the procedure. We got biopsy results right away and we were able to pinpoint the issues and alleviate her symptoms quickly. Wonderful experience

I highly recommend Dr. Brasky. I was admitted to the hospital recently and he was in charge of my care. He made me feel comfortable and at ease even though my situation was complicated. Hes compassionate and truely cares about his patients. He took his time answering my questions and helped me understand what was going on. I would refer anyone I know to him. Thank you Dr. Brasky!

Dr Brasky immediately took my daughter’s concerns and symptoms seriously. Her health was poor and declining quickly. Dr Brasky was quick to give a proper diagnosis (Crohn’s Disease) and effective treatment, all with exceptional care. Whenever my daughter or I have concerns, Dr Brasky is just a phone call away. He makes his patients a priority and personally returns phone calls within 24 hours. Dr Brasky has great rapport - bedside manner, if you will. He continually makes my daughter (a teenager at the time of diagnosis) feel heard and cared for. As a parent, I couldn’t ask for a better doctor to care for my girl.Dr Brasky has the most caring staff. In some of our hardest moments, his staff treated us with such kindness and gentleness, all with great competency. From setting up appointments to getting auths for treatments to working with our insurance, the nurses and staff have gone above and beyond.

Had an appointment with Dr. Brasky recently. He was very kind and understanding of my concerns. He explained everything very thoroughly and was very delicate. He didn’t rush into any procedures. The office staff was also very professional and kind. I will continue my care with this doctor and staff because they care about their patients.

A few months ago my fiancé and I went to visit Dr. Jeffrey Brasky because of stomach issues he was experiencing with nausea and vomiting. His initial visit went well and he recommended an upper endoscopy. He stated he doesnt typically advise patients to schedule an x-ray or CT scan because he does not get much diagnostic information. We proceeded with the upper endoscopy in which he did for biopsies and came back to tell us he found nothing but gave him no recommendations on how to proceed. When we asked his medical assistant if he could be prescribed an anti-nausea medication she stated he had to schedule a stomach emptying treatment. We were on the train and unable to hear her and when he asked if he could call back she stated they were closing in 10 minutes with no offer to call back or to call tomorrow, she was blunt and not helpful. We’ve called and left a few messages and have gotten no response. He’s a line cook and doesn’t have a bunch of money to be spending on treatments. As a patient we should be able to decline services due to financial reasons and still have alternative care provided. They’ve made it clear they only care about money. We invested in his initial recommendation and now have $3,500 from everything which I understand is insurance related but that should not affect the quality of care we received. He’s still suffering from his condition with vomiting and has not had one recommendation after his endoscopy on how to manage the condition. I would NOT recommend this practice as they do not provide quality care.

Stay away from this doctor!!!He was extremely rude and unprofessional. Came to the room and did not greet us as patients. Waited more than 35 mins to be put in a room and to be seen for less than 5 mins. I suggest avoiding him and looking elsewhere.

I went to Dr. Brasky with difficulty swallowing. 2 and a half years later, after 4 invasive expensive in hospital procedures, my problem is much worse and more frequent. After all that he prescribed peppermint candy taken under the tongue. I have since taken my test results to 2 other GI doctors, one in Chicago and one in Arizona. Both were appalled and incredulous at his treatment of my serious medical condition.Hes a joke. A Quack. Stay away from Brasky.

A few days ago my wife had an endoscopy and colonoscopy with this lucky Doctor Jeffrey Brasky, but it was a disappointment, my wife had a colonoscopy and endoscopy ,when this surgery was done the next day my wife felt bad, a lot of body pain, headache, and a lot of fever. 104 to 105 F, and it has been like this for 7 days, with fever and lack of energy, and severe headaches, I called the office and the first thing that answered me is your answering machine and no one answers, the message is left And we wait until someone who is in charge of answering messages, then I had the call back and talks about what problem one has, by the way the person who answered the message was nurse MONA , I explained the problem in detail and she told me that the doctor suggest to take her to the emergency to be evaluated and nothing else, I believe that both the staff and this doctor BRASKY do not have the least respect, nor do they care about the patients, when they should explain and help us, they wash their hands and thats it. My wife is still was weak and called our primary doctor who suggested that my wife undergo this procedure ,He also did not help us, on the contrary, he sent us to do the covid 19 test so that my wife can see him.It is incredible how these doctors only care about the damn money and do not have the least consideration for their patients. For this reason I am writing this complaint, because I believe that they should be punished by law and have their licenses suspended.

Dr Brasky is the best doctor i never have. he alway call when you have question.i really recommend this doctor he try his best i try many doctor before him he is the one who help me with my health problemsthank you dr Brasky

Dr. Brasky performed my colonoscopy. He explained what the procedure would entail and all went well. Highly recommend him.
