Im not sure where these other reviews originated but there is no way this office warrants 5 stars The staff - Caroline - Office Manager - is the most rude and unprofessional person you will encounter. Not only did they force me to call my insurance company in an office with other patients - causing my confidential information to be exposed, they wouldnt take the time to call the number on the back of my card to verify my coverage - I had to do it in the presence of other patients. Caroline proceeds to yell at me about my attitude not sure what that means but evidently they have a business model to be profitable without patients. I encourage you to be very cautious of this office and dentist. Any dentist hiring people like Caroline are highly suspect. Then to top it all off - they told me they were in my insurance network (major carrier) only to find out when I called my insurance company to request an investigation into this office that I confirmed they were in fact NOT in network and would have cost me a great deal of money. Be mindful of the ethics of this dentist and associated personnel. Not even close to 5-stars!

I have been to many dentists but Major Dental is the best I have found. Dr. Domagala is an exceptional doctor. He takes time to explain all of your care options and he plans your dental care. The entire staff is highly professional, taking care of your insurance and all paper work. Always on time, always super friendly, helpful, and caring. Thanks to Dr. Domagala I was able to restore my smile. And I thought I would never had it again.Thank you very much! Best dentist ever!

My overall experience with doctor as well as his office stuff was great. Doctor Daniel Domagala is very professional, caring and knowledgeable. He use the newest dental techniques that provide patient with complete comfort. I’m really grateful for such an exceptional care. I would highly recommend his facility!

I am using my Google Account to write a review on behalf of my father who had implants and crowns done by Dr. Domagala. This clinic was very professional and the dental work was of excellent caliber. The clinic is well equipped. The staff is nice and accessible. Emergency calls were answered and resolved right away. If you are looking for high quality dental care, I highly recommend this clinic and especially Dr. Domagala.
