We love Dr. Whitney’s practice! She’s extremely friendly, kind, knowledgeable and informative. One of the things I love is that she takes the time to listen to you and the needs you have. She does not do a quick one minute adjustment and you go on your way. She walks you through what she’s doing, detailed with the necessary supplemental workouts if needed. I have been seeing Dr. Whitney for 3 years now. She has such a welcoming environment and always helps my pain. Dr. Whitney and Anna have went above and beyond during the pandemic by make sure their office was safe for everyone! From mask wearing, constant disinfecting, social distancing in the office to having to text or call before you come in to the office. They have followed every requirement and protocol.

I was really looking forward to working with Family Tree after glowing reviews here and with a local moms group I am apart of but it wasnt a fit for us. We took our daughter who is < 2 yrs old for a free consult. It wasnt clear from the website that we would still be charged for the treatment that same day. We then were asked to return the next day to get our plan and to be charged again. We did return but the plan was only how many visits it would take and what our payment plan options were. She spent more time discussing billing than treatment. I also was very uncomfortable with the lack of Covid protocols, especially as my daughter is too young to mask. They didnt screen for covid symptoms for any patients or take temps. They were rotating patients in and out of same room and there did not appear enough time to to clean and dry surfaces between patients. The provider and staff also were not wearing proper face coverings or medical grade masks, the were utilizing gator style coverings. Lastly the provider didnt perform hand hygiene before touching my daughter. I am glad to hear she has helped so many people. I am simply sharing my experience because if I had known about the lack of Covid safety or what free consult meant I would not have reached out to this practice for care.

Dr. Whitney is AMAZING! She helped my son get rid of his ticks within a couple of weeks. She has helped me control my Graves Disease, where currently I’m off all medicine. Not only is she amazing but her office staff, Anna, is very friendly and welcoming. I HIGHLY recommend making Dr. Whitney your chiropractor.

I was referred to Dr. Whitney by my therapist, who I absolutely adore. I am so glad I trusted my therapists word that Dr. Whitney is amazing at what she does. My primary complaint was absence of my menstruated cycle, due to a diagnosis of PCOS. Wanting a family in the near future, I wanted to do anything I can to become regular in my cycles. Just two weeks after beginning to see Dr. Whitney, I had my first cycle since September! Not only did her chiropractic care help induce my cycle, but I am sleeping better. I have been going to Family Tree for several years now, Dr. Fandel is excellent! I had bilateral knee replacement. My body has been compensating for the bone-on-bone pain for the years prior to my surgery. Afterwards we needed to straighten up my ankles, hips and spine to get back to my old normal. Dr. Whitney and Alicia are amazing! We had read many reviews and decided to see Dr. Whitney when our son started first grade and was having trouble with focus and attention issues. We have been working for years with an OT and Speech therapist for sensory issues so this was a new issue. Within two months our son has gone up two reading levels and his teachers have all commented on his improvement. I then went to Dr. Whitney for a rotated pelvis and am so happy with the way I feel. It is VERY rare to find any practice with such caring doctors and office staff. It is also very rare to find a doctor that cares so much about their patients as much as Dr. Whitney does. We are so blessed to have found her!

The thing that really makes it special is that Dr. Whitney is certified in seeing pregnant women and is certified and trained to do the Webster technique. The best chiropractor there is!! Dr. Whitney helped me while I was pregnant, and now she cares for my whole family! I suffered severely from migraines with aura, and with her thorough evaluation and magic hands, I havent had one in a year! My young children are sleeping better and growing less painfully, too. I recently gave birth, and I saw Dr. Whitney for chiropractic care throughout my entire pregnancy. I cannot recommend her enough! In talking to my other pregnant and mama friends, I feel that my pregnancy was very easy, and any aches and pains I experienced seemed much more mild in comparison. My labor and delivery was smoother than I could have ever imagined (pushed for less than 10 minutes!), and I owe much of that to Dr. Whitneys care and attention in making sure that baby was in the proper position. Its hard to find a Dr. That really cares about patients and giving them the best care. When I began care with Dr Whitney i didnt look back. I cannot recommend her enough. Dr. Whitney made me feel comfortable asking questions about my health, no matter how embarrassing or bizarre my questions became. She explained the treatment she was giving me and how my body will work to better itself; along with the work i need to do. Dr Whitney also explained why my body was responding to my lifestyle the way it was. For the first time I understood not only what i needed to do to get better but the steps my body would take for the treatment to work (it was going to take work on both our parts). My health is a work in progress but is finally moving in the right direction.

At first, I was little skeptical about the gentle technique she uses but it has proven to be very effective, and its quite comfortable. I have been a long time sufferer of migraine headaches. On my first visit I was welcomed by Jamie, who has efficiently taken care of my billing and scheduling. Dr Whitney did a thorough exam and a series of tests before making a determination of where my problems were. I have been going for weekly spinal manipulations for the last few months now and my headaches which were approximately 2-3 a month with a duration of 3-5 days are now at 1-2 a month lasting a day at most. I have greatly minimized the amount of prescription pills I have been using , and my goal is to be free of them for the first time in over 30 plus years .I cant thank Dr Whitney enough for her gentle care approach, and her knowledge and ability to meet each patients needs. My wife and I want to recommend Dr. Whitney for her diagnosis and care for both of us. This review is a long time in the making. I started going to Dr Whitney over a year ago. I first started going because of my daughter who was having constipation issues. I couldnt believe how much it helped going to see her and have treatment. My daughter is no longer taking Mirolax which she was taking everday for months. We saw her a lot in the beginning but in the end it helped so much. While I was taking my daughter everyday for her treatment I finally decided that I would fill out my own paperwork and start my treatment as well. I would get bad headaches and started going to see Dr Whitney right away and have cut done the medicine that I take. I would recommend Dr Whitney if anyone ever needed to see a chiropractor. I cant say enough nice things about Family Tree Chiropractic. Dr. Fandel is trained in how to care for women around their pregnancies, as well as their children. I have always had a bad back. I have seen other chiropractors, but with each I have left with more pain than that with which I arrived. Not with Dr. Fandel. I find her both gentle and effective, as well as professional and kind.

I have Ethers-Danlos Syndrome and I used to be in constant pain. I started working for Dr. Whitney in May and I was estatic that she knew about EDS. Since I started getting regular adjustments I am in very little pain. I never thought I would ever feel this good! Was unsure about Chiropractic care, however after my first visit I felt very comfortable, and most of all I felt less pain. The staff and the Dr are professional, and very warm, an easy comfortable experience.

I started seeing Dr. Whitney Fandel at Family Tree Chiropractic early in my second trimester of my second pregnancy. I had issues with my back and my right pelvis/hip in my first pregnancy, and I never thought to seek help with it at the time. I was depressed and miserable. This time, I told myself that I was going to get help.Bottom line, Dr. Fandel saved me from enduring a miserable second pregnancy. I cannot express with enough words or gratitude how much she saved my mental well-being and physical state. I actually felt GOOD under her care, which was a stark difference with my first pregnancy. The issues I had in my first pregnancy were present in my second pregnancy, but instead of feeling out of control, Dr. Fandel took care of my discomforts and dealt with all of my issues with each visit. I followed her advised plan, and in a very short period of time, I noticed a huge difference. I am a huge advocate for chiropractic care because of my experience.I saw Dr. Fandel at least weekly through my due date and currently still during my postpartum stage. Whats more is Dr. Fandel is also helping our newborn. We had painful latch issues (mainly on the left side), and within a short period of time, it began to resolve. Our little girl is breastfeeding like a champ now.Dr. Fandels level of skill is extraordinary. She is personable and passionate about what she does. She is holistic and really wants to help you feel your best. Her assistant Jamie is lovely as well.
