I came here two weeks ago with a picture and idea of how I wanted my hair colored; it turned out nothing like how I asked (picture attached) so we rescheduled for the following week. The day before the stylist canceled and rescheduled for the next week, and I confirmed via email. I showed up to the salon that day and, after texting the stylist was told the salon had shut down due to a positive covid test. I am giving them the benefit of the doubt that the person was not in the salon since July 9 when they were tested and that someone would have contacted all the clients the person has come in close contact with to tell them.I gave two stars because the stylist and owner were very friendly and accommodating and the salon room was cute and looked clean but I’m not sure if she knew what she was doing color wise and a confirmation/cancelation of the appointment would have been nice (i drove about 40 minutes to get there).Also, one other client in the room on the original appointment was holding her mask sort of up to her face at first, then eventually was just holding it in her hands on her lap the rest of the time, and I wish the owner would have made her wear it. I did request a refund and the owner says she will refund. Once again, very friendly workers.
