My review is for the pharmacy.I’d give zero stars if I could. There seem to be only incompetent people working there. My doctor sent over my prescription and then sent it again because they couldn’t find it. Ultimately I asked them to speak with my doctor. Then it took 60 minutes for them to count out 10 pills for me while the place was empty. What a joke.

Generally this is a pretty clean, friendly and decent CVS. However, recently I was disappointed with the assistance I received when trying to print photos from my cell. I thought I had purchased the instant print option only to find out afterwards that the prints wouldnt be ready for an hour because I had used the Kodak app. (that they recommended I use) Then after waiting a couple hours I picked up the photos and when I got home I discovered that they had printed out the wrong order. Grrrr. Getting in/out of their parking lot can be a hassle on Saturday due to the mall traffic...

Lots of parking.. next to bergen mall.. has everything thats needed.. it also has CVS photo stall.. but the service generally is too slow :( also, the prices are too high.. i just come here, only incase of emergency and something I need right now... if not, i try buying non-medical things from other shops..

Very good store. We love it

I like this CVS. Parking is not usually a problem, but again if its rush-hour this is right by Route 4 and is part of the Bergen Town Ctr therefore its going to get very busy. I think you are better off at that point going to a different CVS.

The worst online services!After 10days I call to find out that they have lost my order and just refunded me!
