Dr. Cassia is an amazingly smart, informed and caring doctor. He does what works for his patients. He work a with you to improve your own health with practical and doable advice and guidance. Im so grateful to have a doctor like Dr. Cassiola looking after myself, my family and friends.

Dr. Cacciola and his team are not only very knowledgeable but also very sweet. Dr. Cacciola has been the best physician I have ever been to. He is knowledgeable and quick to help always and he really shows his patients that he cares. He is the best!

BEWARE! Do not see this so called doctor. He gave me a medication I didnt need and have the labs to prove it. Would not answer my attorneys letters and the request to call his malpractice insurance. Hes a horrible on every level. All my doctors were shocked with what he got away with but were too scared to go against him. He ruined my health permanently.

I was a patient of Dr Cacciola for many years before moving to NY. I have yet to find a PCP as good as he is. Hes old-fashioned in his approach by always being available for his patients, in-office, emergencies, or at the hospital. He still makes daily hospital runs. Hes contemporary in that hes integrative and uses nutrition, supplements and IV therapy along with prescription meds, as needed. He was the only doctor who properly diagnosed my hypothyroid and provided me a mild yet effective prescription. I sometimes travel to NJ to see him because I have yet to find a PCP that I trust as I trust him. Hes a good doctor.

Diane is very consistent, rude. Dr. Cacciola also put me on Armour thyroid when I did not need to be, I found out when I went to an endocrinologist that my thyroid was normal, she said he puts all of his patients on Armour. He also has my sister on it, she was on such a high dose that she was having very bad palpitations. I finally convinced her to reduce the dose which helped. The only thing he is good for is a B12 shot.

I was a patient of Dr Cacciolas for many years until my insurance required that I go to Drs that were affiliated with the hospital that employs me. I was not happy. I always had a great experience with him, Diane and the whole staff. I was always treated well there and I respect Dr Cacciola tremendously.

PATIENTS BEWARE!!! Save yourself the aggravation and find yourself another doctor! One of the worst experiences Ive ever had with a doctors office. They should be ashamed of their lack of professionalism and customer service from not only the doctor (who has zero bed side manner) but from the front desk as well. I really should have listened to the previous negative reviews, but I came to Dr. Cacciola after exhausting all other avenues. I beg you not to make the same mistake. These guys are thieves...I was charged grossly overcharged for two visits ($272 for a new patient consultation and regular office visit....with in-network insurance...and then was charged a fine for something that was in their error, not mine) that I can confidently say I got nothing out of. Not to mention that the second visit was literally a regurgitation of my previous visit, rendering it completely useless.So literally hundreds of dollars later, I am left with aggravation and time and money wasted without knowing anything more after my visit than I did before.Ill save you the visit...hes just going to tell you to avoid eating grains, exercise regularly (esp. walking) and take probiotic supplements/foods...which is all information I already knew (and can easily obtain from the internet).See Dr. Thomas A Cacciola at your own risk!!

I’m very sad to see the negative reviews for Dr. Cacciola. I can only speak from my experience and here it is. From the minute I met Dr. Cacciola, he was very clear about the importance of natural approaches to health such as adequate amounts of vitamin d and sleep. When I told him my history, he instantly prescribed a blood test. He started me off low on the medication I needed and not once did he mention a higher dose without blood work to confirm it was necessary. He has been diligent every 3 months testing to make sure my levels were normal, but more importantly listening to my symptoms and concerns. I trust his medical advice soundly.

Dr. C. is awesome, very knowledgeable and will respect your concerns. He does not weight shame as another reviewer put it. He encourages those who need to lose weight to do what they need to do to lose it, in order to be healthy so they can live life and care for their loved ones. The office staff is a bit unhelpful and sometimes rude.

I called Dr. Cacciolas office roughly 18 years ago to get information about seeing the doctor but after I spoke with Diane I decided not schedule an appointment because she was rude and dismissive. Fast forward 18 years later I was prompted by a friend to see the good doctor so I decided to make an appointment unfortunately Diane is still answering the phone and she is still as unhelpful as she can be. She submitted the wrong codes for my blood work, she did not let the doctor know I had additional questions on my first tvisit and I had to call her twice to get a prescription I needed. In addition, when I called to find out how much it would cost me out of pocket for a procedure they preform in the office she kept asking why did the doctor ordered the procedure. I told her she should ask him. Did she put me on hold to find out? NO!! When my test results came back for my Echo Cardiogram she never had the doctor contact me. I had to call to ask about the results. I have not to this day spoken to the doctor & it has been three weeks since they received the results. Dr. Cacciola is great doctor and probably doesnt know how much business hes losing by employing Diane. The doctor wasnt attatentive to my requests nor symptoms. Staff talked down to me because Im young. After all of this my mother and I had to pay out several hundred dollars. What an embarrassing, expensive, patronising practice. Just go to the hospital down the road, guarantee youll be better treated.

Ii had life threading headaches,dr.Cacciola cured me with his great care and holistic knowledge. ,also brought me back to a normal life after suffering from a broken bold vessel .Thank you dr cacciola.

Doctor was dismissive of questions and conditions. The office will not email any documents and there is a fee if youd like copies of the tests that youve paid for. Office staff was catty and unresponsive. One of the most unprofessional and poorly run offices in the area, Im embarrassed to have been a patient.

Dont go here. Staff is rude and unhelpful. Doctor weight shames.
