First impression was great. Then things came up:1. Insurance. I did not get any clear answer about them taking my insurance. The administrative assistant is too laid back. After several serious work I was informed of outstanding balance, and when i contacted insurance, found out he is out of network. To my direct question i did not get answer. The doctor told me he is tired and does not want to bother about insurance coverage.2. I needed 2 crowns. In 5 months i did not get any info if insurance is gonna cover it ir not. I still do not have crowns.3. 2 root canals, sone on May 1st, still did nor heal, they are painful and uncomfortable.4 I kept taking days off at work, going to my appointments, getting nothing done, but listening to multiple recommendations on how to step back, relax and stop wishing to make this world a better place. The last recommendation was to eead a prayer 8 times wvery morning. Is it a good sign that doctor recommenda you to start praying?....
