This place is closed don’t waste your time. Says it’s open on google but it’s closed. No one answers phone. Lost cause business

Called and no answer, for minutes, some music, they gave themselves a glowing report, with the names they used to go by: In & Out Mobility, U.S. Medical & Mobility, then the music stopped & call cut off. Sign on door says CLOSE AT 3:00 PMBankers Hours , and no voice-mail AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.I took a friend here several years ago when she needed a knee scooter for broken ankle . THEY WERE VERY GOOD THEN. Dont know what business they could be doing with this LACK of ANYTHING RESEMBLING SERVICE.

Called numerous times during business hours just wanted to check if they have the knee mobility scooters no answer and can’t even leave a voicemail because they are full.

Lupe and entire Staff Are amazing on there customer service, going above and beyond for my family On helping us out on a wheelchair, it was last minute and Will definitely recommend US medical & mobility to our friends, family and customers at our business. Times of a pandemic, is when our communities should help one another and If there was a 10 star I would give you a 20 star. Great staff and service. They fixed my wheelchair in a timely fashion, were extremely knowledgeable, gave me a few tips on maintaining it (even though it was purchased elsewhere) and have a comprehensive selection of mobility aids.They get major props in this wheelchair users book for crouching down to your eye level when talking with you. It may be a small thing, yet us w/c folks like it.Ill definitely be back.

A friend of mine needed some repair done to his wheelchair and the staff here went above and beyond to fix it-highly recomend this place-!

I had to rent a large, folding wheelchair for a month. US Medical and Mobility had exactly what I needed. They were efficient and professional. I returned the chair, which I had broken (the armrest broke when I dropped it loading it in the car). They agreed to fix it for a minimal price and did so cheerfully and without hassle. Im grateful!

Called more than 24 hours in advance to notify of our pick up date and time. Product unavailable due to management selling or renting our items to walk in customers. Had to build up aka simply unbox our items. Puts the Burden back on the scheduled customer. poor management of labor hours, no customer service skills. Owner came out with a canned excuse that completely insulted us. Mom is a 77 year old disabled Woman left to sit for over half an hour without saying a word as to the status. Word of mouth will make you sink or swim in business. Mom is the President of numerous Del Webb Sun City Organizations, the proper info will be passed along to those in need. My personal price check of their equipment showed a minimum 300% mark up off retail pricing. Avoid the problems buy from Amazon, Same wheelchair model and brand $125 shipped from Amazon, not the $449 he charges.... Work smarter, not harder. Avoid US Medical Mobility in Palm Springs

After speaking with the people there I felt like they cared about our needs and services and I was a very friendly environment for me and my kids. I completely disagree with all the other reviews. They have great service

I wont go back to this business. The first worker had trouble finding the item I needed and was minimally courteous. Then she had to find someone to ring it up - at the other end of the store - and that person did not even look me in the eye or greet me. Close to the edge of being rude. Neither very interested in helping customers.

A wonderful business that could not meet my needs but they were very professional in providing addresses of their competitors that could service our CPAP machine. Their care & compassion is much appreciated!!

👀Read the reviews before you buy from these guys. Nothing but run arounds here. 2 months and no power chair totally feed up with excuses. Have to go back to Doctor and start the process all over again because of these people. Read the reviews, read the reviews.👀

Very unhappy with their service. Delivered wrong item and after finding correct item to deliver and confirming they could swap they said it sold.

Originally came to buy crutch tips but they didnt have any in stock (or so they said). I then Bought crutches from here that were horrible, they did not stop making noise and finally one of them bent, Im heavy at 250 but these crutches as all crutches go up to 300, Ive never had this problem before. These people obviously buy the cheapest possible supplies and sell them at prices that are relatively obscene. im expecting a full refund and an apology but they are closed from the 24th to the 29th so that they can have a nice 5 day christmas. These people are lazy and irresponsible.
