Dont believe all the Hype about the Comprehensive Cancer Center. I feel because of my husbands experience!!!! I would never recommend this facility to anyone!!!! All of his imaging and biopsys were done elsewhere while they have all this equipment on site, why? They even referred him to another Cancer Center at Loma Linda for treatment of his cancer. What is it about the Comprehensive Cancer Center, are they that inept ? Appears they have forgotten their Mission Statement, Goals and the Medical / Physician Resources ? These people I feel have lost their compassion and forget that he and others are there for very serious medical conditions and dont like being shuffled around for their convenience to another facilities.Call Cancer Treatment Center of America and had an appointment set for consultation/ treatment in just three days. Still havent heard from Loma Linda after 10 daysMy opinion is find another Cancer Center.up for treatment

I had a great experience with Dr Hakim and her team. Very professional and caring.

My experience at the Comprehensive Cancer Center was terrible. Not only did doctors, nurses and support staff display lack of empathy, compassion, honesty and respect, but they also lacked up to date treatment options. After two months my doctors never discussed the type of breast cancer I had and the uniqueness of the cancer itself. I was never called back by Dr. Camacho and Dr. Ihde or their staff and I was made to feel like a number, rather then a patient who was just diagnosed with cancer. I was yelled at by my doctor over the phone when I asked questions and I was referred to an outside doctor who didnt take my insurance. I am beyond disappointed with my experience at Desert Regional Medical Center and I would never recommend this facility for Cancer patients.

I am there once a month The Staff has a lot of compassion for their patients kind and concern about how You are feeling the staff makes being sick a lot better
