I absolutely love this place. Samantha Taylor fitness fit body Boot Camp is wonderful. The staff and the trainers are like no one else I’ve ever worked with before. I can honestly say working out with other women who have goals and are in the same situation I am is absolutely wonderful. What I like most about this program is the education I am receiving on to eat a healthy and live a healthier lifestyle. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

I love my instructor Nicole. Shes a tough teacher and we sweat a lot but thats why we are all going there. Its also nice to meet nice people to workout with. I highly recommended training here.. Youll love it. Ive struggled with my weight my whole life and still do. Everyday is a new day. Im trying to control my eating habits. Its very hard but at the same time Im toning up ,which will help in the long run. Thanks Nicole! You are the BEST!💋💋💋

Samantha Taylor Fitness of Palm Harbor has been a great place for this +70 year old to get exercise and change my eating habits.The fitness coaches are so helpful and understanding of what your personally need and can do. They are encouraging and positive!Recently I had opportunity to participate in a Taste testing meal and the food was so good tasting I just ordered meals for next week.I love going to training and eating healthy for ME.

This has been a great experience for me so far. I havent exercised consistently in the past 20 years. Since I joined, I have been consistently exercising on an average of 3-5 times a week since mid-July. I followed their nutrition plan and lost the extra 12 pounds that I have been carrying for the last 10 years. The accountability is the key. The 30 minute work-out is perfect for me because I dont want to spend an hour and a half in the gym. The trainers are wonderful and really invest in caring about each and every person individually. I would highly recommend this facility!

I have been the happiest and most energetic I have been in a couple years. The workouts are great and challenging but the coaches are amazing. With the encouraging words I make it through it and feel so much stronger when I’m done. I’ve even lost some weight and a bunch of inches in the 2 months I’ve been attending. Highly recommend.

Loved it! Small groups of just us gals! Nutrition advice was so helpful, I know I can sustain the new healthy eating. I’m halfway to my goal of losing 15 pounds and I feel great after only 3 1/2 weeks. Can’t wait to see myself in 3 more!

Definitely would recommend this gym. It’s a quick yet challenging as you make it type place. The instructors are highly motivating while holding you accountable. I have gone to many different gyms and I have quit after 2 weeks but for some reason this one keeps me motivated to continue my health and fitness journey and having fun while doing it. You just gotta try it!

I love this new gym with 30 minute short and effective workouts in Palm Harbor. The coaches Kristy and Morgan are always motivating and keep us accountable if we dont show for a few days with text nudges. I like that there is a new routine every time I come to class to keep it from becoming boring and although I havent been able to attend yet, they constantly have Seminars on nutrition, new recipes to try, cooking classes and fun outings to join. Truly, a great boot camp!

I signed up for the fitness program in January and love it. The 30 minute classes are great and different every time. They also offer personal training classes. The staff is friendly andknowledgeable. They offer many tools to help with weight loss andnutrition. Great Gym!

Its amazing how much can be accomplished in just 30 minutes! Its more then just a workout program! The thing that keeps me motivated is learning new things about nutrition and exercise. I love the seminars and webinars, the tastings and cooking classes, seeing my progress through the 3D body scan and above all else my trainer Danielle! She listened to me, she adjusted the workout to meet my needs, she keeps challenging and motivating me. I am thrilled with my progress! Your health is worth the investment! I have been a part of Fit Body Boot Camp for four months and I can honestly say that joining was one of the best decisions of my life.The boot camp sessions are 30 minutes long and they are the most fun and effective workouts I’ve done. All of the trainers are amazing, they take the time to get to know you and are huge motivators. In the four months that I have been working out at Fit Body Boot Camp I have lost 40lbs and have gained a lot of confidence in myself, not only with how I look, but how I feel and what I am able to accomplish. No matter what age you are or what your health goals are, I highly recommend this place.

I recommend Samantha Taylor Programs to any woman who has been putting off getting healthy and in shape. Finally a place where there is no feeling of inferiority. Just encouragement to do the best you can do. All women, all sizes, shapes and ages working and laughing together making it something to look forward to instead of dreading exercise time. Coaches and clients alike make you feel positive and strong, comfortable and confident no matter what level of fitness you are at presently. You get so much more than just supervised exercise. My best friend started going here and was trying to get me to sign up, I went to 1 class and to my amazement I loved it and signed up! I am 60 and fell in love with this concept! The 30 minute workout is tough, but the results are amazing, you can almost always find the time in your busy schedule to workout for only 30 minutes! I am getting stronger and healthier every day! I have never done a boot camp before but one time and I was hooked. The trainers at palm harbor are great and make you feel welcome. This place becomes family. Give it a try, you won’t be sorry. Everyday the workout is different so you will not be bored. And it is only 30 minutes. Best decision you will make.

I love working out at Samantha Taylor Fitness. The trainers are THE BEST. Ive worked out at many gyms and have had many trainers over the years. Samanthas trainers accomplish in 30 minutes what normally takes over an hour with the old-style training I was getting. I waited YEARS for her studio to open in Pinellas County. Once it opened in Palm Harbor, I signed up. It is a little further than I prefer to drive, but worth it. I highly recommend Samantha Taylor Fitness studios.

Love this place. Workouts are Amazing and so are the coaches. I have never been a gym membership kind of girl, bu I love these workouts and the short time I spend, but still get results! Where can you go and workout for 30 minutes and feel like your behind has been handed to you? Yep right here. If you haven’t tried it I highly recommend It.

Fit body boot camp is the ultimate place to regain your life! Not only do the trainers push me when I know I would have given up if doing this alone, bit I was also given all the tools to learn how to properly eat! Ive lost 20 lbs since my initial consultation and weigh in! Not only are the trainers and Samantha my motivators they are my friends! Im so thankful to be moving again! If you are thinking about joining a fitness club, this is it. It’s great for all ages. Several classes a day are offered. You are in and out in 30 minutes. The trainers are enthusiastic and really motivational. Plus you get nutrition seminars and recipes and everything you need to get and stay healthy!!!!

Fit Body Boot Camp Palm Harbor is more just a place to workout! The coaches are amazing and really make the workouts fun. Always something different to keep you on your toes! They have seminars on healthy eating and exercise form. They also do charities and contests. Beyond that they have social events such as cooking classes, zip lining, 5k’s, mud runs and putt golf! You will actually enjoy working out!

The Palm Harbor facility is amazing! They have spared no expense. Huge floor space to work out, state of the art equipment, awesome trainers that really care about you and your results, nice locker room and a new 3D Body Scanner to measure your results. I normally work out at the Westchase location which is convenient to work but I will also be a regular at the new Palm Harbor studio when Im not working in the office.

I absolutely love Samantha Taylor Fit Body Bootcamp!!! Joining this gym was the best decision I’ve made I’m a long time❤️ I had a regular gym membership and I hardly went and when I did go I pretty much just used the treadmill. I never saw much change. I had tried everything but when I hit 40 my metabolism just disappeared, I couldn’t loose weight. I’ve been a member for 3 months, I’ve lost 27 pounds and I am having fun doing it. I look forward to going and I go 4 or 5 times a week. The coaches are amazing and the women in the class are just normal women of all sizes and shapes. I have watched them all get smaller while I’ve been going. It seriously works for everyone, all ages and sizes!!!❤️

Best thing Ive done for myself was join the Palm Harbor FBBC. For the first time ever, I always look forward to working out. The workout changes every day. The coaches are tough but make it fun and are so encouraging. Perfect for all shapes and sizes, absolutely no judgement. In 3 months I have lost approx 20 pounds (with diet changes) and am stronger then I have been in years.

Its a brand new beautifully stocked gym, without any mirrors. The coaches are incredibly motivating and always encouraging. Shout out to coaches Kristy, Carie and Morgan at Palm Harbor. The work outs are never the same. Each day theres a new routine to challenge us to become stronger and leaner. Theres a network of help available. Seminars on nutrition, keto recipes, weight loss, hormonal issues, etc. Theres even fun activities scheduled outside of boot camp if youd like to participate. Not to mention, each month a different charity is benefitted each time you check in your workout on Facebook. Truly, a great boot camp!
