Im new to the area (Ormond Beach) & was looking for a practice to continue my regular chiropractic maintenance & care. My first appointment was patient establishment forms & questions. I mentioned that they could also get my records from my previous chiropractor, to see my recent chiropractic history, they werent interested.  I left with a prescription to get xrays & appointment for 3 days later. Suffice it to say, my initial assessment/feeling of the office was that they are not particularly friendly or interested in patient relations. But, I needed a new chiropractor & thought Id see how it went.After the Establishing appointment, I received multiple emails & texts to leave a review.  I thought it was a little premature to leave a review, but I finally clicked the stars to stop the influx.The day before my 2nd appointment they called to reschedule it. 15 minutes later they called to reschedule that one, as well. I inquired if I would be able to get an adjustment @ this appointment, as it had been over 8 weeks since Id had one. She said typically theyd go over a plan of care at this appointment, but would make a note.When I arrived for my twice-rescheduled appointment the sidewalk & lobby were filled with parents & kids getting mask- exemption forms for school.The front desk receptionist said  which school? I said I have a regular appointment & gave my name. She handed me a clipboard and asked if I was allergic to eggs saying the injection I was getting was grown in egg culture. Im not getting an injection. She proceeded to get my correct patient file.While waiting, I watched a lady get her adjustment and leave the exam room.  Neither changing out the tissue nor wiping down the face pillow, (common healthcare protocol), they told the next patient to go in, who proceeded to put his face on the same used tissue.During the 30+ minute wait in an open area, no one (including the chiropractor I met a week prior) greeted or acknowledged me. The staff did alot of running around back & forth. I decided to leave. While heading to the door, a staff member I had not met, ran up behind me saying he will be right with you motioning me to an empty room.I realized this practice wasnt for me. They were more interested in accommodating families who were using their practice for a one-time visit rather than establishing a relationship with a potential long-term patient.  3+ weeks have passed, theyve made no attempt to reach out. I stopped back last week to pick up my xrays disc. The office was complerly empty, the Dr. was sitting at the front desk. His greeting of whats the name as he was checking the days schedule matched the not really interested attitude Id felt from the beginning.Typically, if I have a bad experience, I dont leave a bad review.  I speak directly with the business/service provider. However, in this case, I dont think this office cares, but potential patients might!

Best doctors ever! Friendly staff. They were able to see my family ASAP. They were very respectful and believe in parent choice. They were my only hope during these crazy times. They provided the mask exemption for my son with a disability. I left the office in tears of how this was life changing for our family. I highly recommend them. Thanks for giving this parent a chance during these crazy. They listened to all of my concerns. The recommendations were excellent. They took their time: I did not feel rushed. My son felt heard. Very compassionate practice. Thank you so much

I think everyone is great from the front desk to the doctors. They make you feel at home. They listen to you and they do their very best to heal you. Coming to the office I was always in tears and could barely walk. In present time I feel more like myself again and I definitely couldn’t do that with this wonderful staff. From the minute I walked in for check in to the visit with the doctor to check out was excellent service all around. I highly recommend this place was a first time for me since I needed to get my freshman son a sports physical done and I had received a $20 special at Back to School Jam and I figured with every place I called I couldnt get an appointment but I called the morning of and was able to get an afternoon appointment the same day. Great customer service from everyone at Coastal Integrative Healthcare!

How can I describe all the great experiences my family and myself have had received at this One Stop healthcare facility? Well I’ll begin with how fortunate I was to find a PT and Chiropractic facility that cater to children as well as a adults in Palm Coast. Dr. Thomas is very present and thorough for the needs and concerns regarding the patient. She has been so helpful and patient with my family and ALL our needs. Elmer is a very detailed Physical therapist. He always makes my sons experience a fun one so much so that he looks forward to coming to PT twice a week! As for the massage, you enter feeling tense and tight and when you leave your body is so relaxed and tension free! The front office has been very accommodating with scheduling us during these busy months. Kathy is very knowledgeable of all the services they provide which is very helpful when interested in scheduling a service.Thank you for providing such a great experience to my family and I, keep up the great work!

Had an hour massage with Kristen today recommended by Dr. Matt. She was amazing and Im going back in 2 weeks. I highly recommend her for the massage and Dr. Matt for adjustments.

If I could give this Practice 10 stars I would!!! I love the folks at Coastal! Everyone treats you like family and if it has been months since you last been there they seem to be so happy to see you. The whole team does a great job with everything from adjustments to pain management. . They helped me with plantar fascia and help my husband with his drop foot incident. And just last week had to come in for a hip issue and again this week and I already feel like a new person. Dr. Thomas, Dr. Alex, Elmer and Jessica are my Heroes! Kathy and Shannon at the front desk are just awesome. Their smiles are infectious! And it is great to have Kathy know so much about our insurance and not have to worry about filing your claims. I would highly recommend this Chiropractic center and encourage all to go by and check them out!!!

I have been coming to Coastal Integrative Healthcare for a little over 2 months now. Bryan McCall is a very good chiropractor and is very knowledgeable in many different Natural Health sectors. Ive been feeling much better and more flexible and less headaches than Ive had in quite some time. Kristen, the physical therapist, has also helped me quite a bit with my overall flexibility and posture. Everybody in the office as friendly and helpful.

Im very impressed with the number of doctors and professional staff in the office. The staff are knowledgeable and caring. For next few months I am traveling between NY and Fl and need chiropractic treatment while in Florida. They were able to get me into their office for treatment right away. Im very grateful. Btw, I learned afterwards that my mother-in-law and sister-in-law have been treated by this office for years and they are extremely happy.

When I first walked into Coastal Integrative, I was in a lot of pain in my lower back, a condition Ive been dealing with for three decades. I couldnt walk 100 feet without needing to sit down, rest, and stretch my back. After four weeks of physical therapy and stem cell therapy, Im walking two miles a day on the beach in ankle deep water with no pain. My back has not felt this good or this strong in 30 years. These trained professionals really know what they are doing.

I love this place.. everyone greeted as i walked in. Ashly was ready for me. She did a great job i felt like a new person when she got done with my massage. She took the time to sit with me after words to see if there was any thing else i needed. Best customer service in town..now if you could only open a restaurant we have it maded..lolol thank you i will be back.

What a great and fun first experience. Went in with a neck and shoulder issue and walked out feeling fine with instructions on how to keep it from happening again.

All I knew was that I was in pain and because of Covid, I stayed away but so happy to return to Dr Mel and her staff! Within minutes on her table, she found my knotted “sacroiliac notch.” I know I need other treatments but I walked out a bit straighter than I walked in.

With the crazy hours I work. Coastal has never had a problem with scheduling me in if I make an on the spot appointment. As long as I call before they close,theyve always taken me in and givin me the back adjustment my back was screaming for. Very polite and knowledgeable staff. Ive recommended everybody and anybody wholl listen to check them out if you are having any bodily aches and pains. They accept insurance and will work out a convenient payment plan for you if you cant do day of payments. Schedule an appointment and get an evaluation. Youll be glad you did.
