Complete waste of time. Dr. Lau did no investigation into my rash condition, and gave a completely inaccurate, EXPENSIVE!, diagnosis. Hes very dismissive and incredibly unimpressive.

We were referred through our insurance for my daughters keloids on her ear. The office was clean, timely and the most important her Physician Dr. Sun was polite, intelligent and took care of my daughters keloids quickly. We have more visits ahead but feel relief in knowing we are in good hands.

Kind, compassionate, and very accommodating. His skill surpasses any other dermatologist we have been to. He does not CUT just for the sake of cutting.

Dr Lau treated my melanoma and I have never been so confident in a doctor. He explained the procedure completely and has a very caring attitude. I was never worried about the melanoma in his care and he always took the time to answer any questions I feel so very fortunate to have found him. The office always seems very efficient and waiting time is usually nil.

A little pricey, but this is my favorite place to unwind. Every visit has been extremely relaxing and the atmosphere provides a nice getaway in the middle of the city.

Specifically, contact with Dr. Grace Sun has been excellent.... on time, precise, thorough, clear communication, great with questions, a physician who truly included me in my own healthcare..... and this was also the impression of a patient of mine who happened to have also seen Dr. Sun.I recommend her to my family and friends, as well as patients!Doug Peterson, PhD.Psychologist in an Integrative Medical group.

Dr. Sun is listed as a provider under my Blue Shield plan, but when I called for an appointment, she refused to see me because my plan is under Covered California! My claims have been paid by Blue Shield as quickly as my previous (non-Covered California) plan, and at the same rate, so there is no reason to decline me, other than discrimination! What assumptions is Dr. Sun making about me because I have this plan? Im a senior not yet eligible for Medicare, and I and my insurance company pay our bills on time! Shame on her!!!

Dr.Lau is super caring and has gone the extra mile to help me take care of my psoriasis which went extremely out of hand prior to his care. Fantastic and caring dermatologist so thankful for him!!!!

Was reffered to Dr Lau for treatment of severe dermatitis after no one else could help. Was told he used ultraviolet light treatment which could offer some relief without the need of steroids which were destroying my skin.He suggested stronger more agressive steroids. Soon the side effects were too severe. I asked for other treatments. He only offered more steroids. Never mentioned the ultraviolet light treatments. Felt cheated. As if I was only a paycheck for him. He acted very snobby. Never went back. Had to be the worst most uncaring doctor Ive ever had.

My doctor made an appointment with Doctor Cattano in which I have been seeing for years. My doctor sent me for possible cancerous moles and herefused me because I owe ihim $39.00 in which I told the nurse I would pay next week but she said no that o had to pay right now. I dont need doctors like these. What is wrong with doctors these days that they do not care about people.
