I have a cpap for an up coming surgery that possibly would eliminate the need for a cpap. I was pretty much forced to buy one brand new, considering they had no used ones or rentals. I noticed my sleep numbers werent being tracked properly the machine wasnt set up for my sleep time schedule. Ive let messages with employees and didnt recieve call back until my nurse called them. I was very sick nose would not stop running, so when I finally got a call back I asked for a mouth mask only, and was told I will not be receiving help with the equipment until I can make payments. Ive had this machine for two months and have not heard anything about what my insurance didnt cover. Or how much they did cover! Its 11/29 my surgery that will cost over 2500 is 12/11 every dime I have is going towards that. I was told that in order to get the monthly tube and filters that come with the machine and the mask that will not collect snot during flu and cold season I would have to start making payments of 50+. I understand and am willing to pay my debt, however had I gotten a bill, I could have paid some before this huge save for the surgery. Now I cant even receive the monthly service that comes with the deal! Oh and Ill be done with this machine soon so if your looking to buy one after the firsts of the new year!😀

Some places restore your faith in human decency and old fashioned customer service. We rented a piece of equipment for use after surgery. The hospital released us the following night and we drove the 2 hours home to find the unit refused to charge. It was midnight, and I was well past anger with no place in McAlester to get another. Left a less than friendly message on the Med-ex answering service out of frustration and fear for my wifes health. Early the next morning they called me back, took down my address, and drove a replacement all the way to my front door. Despite the initial problem, I couldnt be more pleased and impressed by their concerned effort.

We had tickets for months to see Cirque du Soleil at the BOK in Tulsa, then my wife fell and fractured a vertebra and was unable to walk more than a few unsteady steps. I went to MedEx to rent a wheelchair for the weekend, just for the Saturday night event. They loaned me the wheelchair at no charge and told me to enjoy the show.

Do not use this company!!!! Very unprofessional! I went in to buy a brace for my hand and they told me that I had to have a prescription! What a joke of a company... They are only out to get your money! Stay clear of this business at all cost!!
