The experience today getting my labs done was great. I was in and out in about 10 minutes or less. I regularly (every 3 months) get labs done and the team working today (8/17/2021) was by far the best team I have had do my labs at this location. They were super friendly, efficient, and great at what they do!

I have been going to adventhealth since before the name change. I have always had an excellent experience with any of the staff from front office to lab techs. They are cordial, informative & always so friendly at a time that is so stressful. May they be blessed & protected. I appreciate every one of them!

I have used this lab for over a year. The phlebotomists have been excellent and kind. The setting is clean and the wait time has been reasonable. I have difficult veins and I recommend this site and its staff!

Being the caretaker for my elderly mother, I spend a lot of time at medical appointments with her. Things can get very frustrating dealing with busy medical staff. That wasnt the case here. From being pleasantly greeted to gently handling my fragile mother, I have only praise their friendliness and professionalism we experienced there.

I always get my blood work done here. It’s super fast and the individuals who perform the lab work are wonderful. I’ve had bruising from lab work at a few other places but never here :) overall A+ stabbings, A+ vampire work.

I went in for some blood work. The CentraCare clinic was very busy, but the lab got me in and out very quickly. The phlebotomist was very friendly.

Simply put, they are kind, courteous, and quick!

The staff here are so unprofessional. The volume of their conversations can be heard across all of this centra care. When I got here their sign was flipped over to “out to lunch” but they were both still having a conversation in their rooms, then about 25 mins of me waiting they decide to grab their meals and proceed to lunch. They are definitely milking the clock, and taking their leisurely time to attend patients. Please reevaluate your staff and chose better employees to run the lab who will truly show what AdventHealth stands for, this is unacceptable.

They receive the standing order from my dr and leave it on the fax machine. There is always chaos bcoz they say they dont have it. My Dr faxes it multiple times and they still claim they dont have it. Until someone finally decides to look on the fax machine and finds it. Very annoying and it happens every time they get a new standing order. Secondly. They have two rooms, they have problems finding paperwork they keep the patient in the plabotomist chair until they resolve the issue. I come in to get my. Labs done quickly I have someone with a busy life waiting to take me home and work to go back to. Yet I have to sit and wait until they resolve the problem for my routine blood work to be drawn. Unfair. Sit the patient in the other room and work things out. Why do I have to wait to get a 5 min or less procedure done. Unbelievable

I am well aware that a pandemic is in play. However, when I arrived, as a walk-in for routine lab work, there were 14 people in line. The markers for social distancing ran down the sidewalk. There was one small bench at the front, occupied by one gentleman. It was not big enough to seat two people, six feet apart. A very nice employee was working off of a table outside the front door. I am 80 years old and have an issue that does not permit me to stand for long periods of time. The staff member working at the door took pity on me about 20 minutes into waiting on line. It is summer and it was already hot. I was sent in to a waiting area with about eight or so chairs and it was empty. IMO, at least 3 people could have moved inside and still practiced social distancing. The tech came out immediately, my blood was drawn and I left. BTW, the tech was a very kind and helpful young woman who was a very good phlebotomist. I find it hard to believe that the pandemic is in its fourth month and this added hardship is the best Advent Health labs can come up with. To date, both my husband and I have had nothing but excellent care from Advent Health but this time it missed the mark.

Why give appointments if they made you wait long past appointment time. Technician acted as if she was doing me a favor. Unfriendly and almost rude. Unfortunately test required for procedure at Advent hospital. Checked patient reviews and low and behold its SOP (standard operating procedure).

The experience at the lab was terrible. I waited for a while and it turns out the techs were just hanging out/chatting. Then they used an old fashioned needle and tube. It was painful and it made such a big hole in my arm/vein that it bled off and on for the rest of the day. I hadnt had that happen in years since most labs have gone to a small needle. And, we have never paid so much for basic bloodwork. We have the Advent Health insurance (Florida Hospital Care Advantage) and we used an Advent Health lab so I still dont understand how it could be so expensive.

Appointments don’t matter and they still didn’t forward the results to the doctor.

The lab here sucks and apparently appointments dont matter...

Went for blood testing and was done in less than 5 minutes. Im very anxious with needles but they handled me with care and it was nearly painless.
