Customer service is awesome and saved me a lot of money. So glad I have this as an option.

My experience with pharmacy staff has been outstanding! I have found everyone I have dealt with friendly, professional and truly customer service orientated. I have been trying to find a compound lotion RX to meet my pain needs. The staff worked with me and my doctor to fill the RX that best suited my needs for pain relief as well as gave me options to further add to the RX when and if needed. The compound lotion I have been using for a couple months, using it several times a day, with great results! SmartScript has gone above and beyond my expectation delivering a great product with outstanding customer service you would expect but often do not receive from many in the service industries

Fast and friendly service! Everyone was pleasant to work with. Received compound and was very happy with the product. Would definitely recommend pharmacy to all!

Poor management by Casey. Poor customer service. High error rate. Change Doctors Rx.When I called to Abby she told me there was no manager on the property..transferred me to a pharmacist Patty who got me to Casey Ludwig the manager who was there all the time.... Abby clearly lied!I left 5 messages last week for staff member Audrey with No returned phone call.... I will be taking out an add in the Oshkosh paper... Please DO NOT USE. I contacted Froedert Health for this provider to go on the DO NOT USE LIST

Dan P is in error ! Please be aware he reviewed the WRONG pharmacy ! SmartScript NEVER COLD CALLS PATIENTS ! I am certain he was attempting to review a pharmacy with a similar name in Iowa !!
