My mom has been with lakeland for five years and I liked them. But the past two years have been bad.they say they are there for my mom but thats not true. Shes living somewhere were shes not happy. She has been yelled at and talked down to and has bed sores.shes been wanting to be moved to a place in sheboygan Wisconsin and has been denied and brushed under the rug.they blame it on the virus or say my mom is lying and thats why she cant be moved. I feel so helpless.

Your right about the money they are rude and they dont get something there way look out here they come retaliation I mean a lot of retaliation all through Wisconsin I wouldnt put my worst enemy in there

Theyre there for you when you need assistance in getting certain things to help you take care of yourself and your freedom to be able to live in your own home and take care of yourself rather than having to be dependent on others all the time.

Case manager lies and seems pretty ignorant in basic dhs (department of human services) policy. Its a corporation not a govt agency bring back real social services. They only seem to care to make sure they get their check from the govt contract and not for the welfare of the people.

Lakecare does not care for the client they only care about making money for themselves. Please if you care for your family member do NOT get them.they will make everything seem so wonderful but they do not follow through with anything.

Because when u ask them to do something they will not do it 99.5 of the time
