I was dreading the ‘procedure’ but when I finally got there the professionalism of the doctor and his staff made it so easy. Nobody wants to use the service; but if you must go here.

I had 2 teeth that I needed to get removed immediately due too overwhelming pain and discomfort, and they were able to get me in on the same day that I called despite being booked really far back. They were very accommodating and very professional. I came out with absolutely zero swelling, and though I am quite sore from the experience, it is multitudes better than how Id felt prior to the extractions. Id recommend these guys to anyone and everyone.

My son needed a couple baby teeth removed and he is normally very nervous when it comes to doctors appointments, but here they made him feel very comfortable and at ease with the procedure and the day of his surgery he did such a good job and had no fear at all! Dr Ridenour and staff are very friendly and caring! Highly recommend if you need any oral surgery done!

I had my wisdom teeth pulled here. I was horrified, but they were so nice. The surgeon made me feel comfortable. They gave me the perfect amount of sedation to where I wasn’t a hot mess coming out of it. It was all so easy.

I had a difficult tooth that needed to be removed. The staff is *very kind and helpful, especially on helping with insurance issues. I had to reschedule due to illness, and they were excellent at helping my schedule out with theirs.The numbing was hard on me because I dont seem to respond as most folks do. The Doctor and Nursing staff were kind, caring, and understanding that I was difficult to perform surgery on.Overall, 5 stars were *Earned*. Start to finish they are consummate professionals.

Please do not go here. I know its one of the only ones in the area for Oshkosh. But dont make the mistake of choosing convenience over expertise. These providers made alot of mistakes with my care. And if this review helps push one person away from using them its im happy to have taken the time to write it. Save yourself.

My daughter and I both went here for extractions. Both doctors were phenomenal. They were kind, patient (Im terrified of dentists) and made a scary experience an easy one. Will recommend to friends and family

The workers here are very rude and short, not personable at all. While trust is something that is very important when it comes to anxiety with dentist, they did not ease any at all nor try at all. Being put out for dentist work is horrifying when they are rude from the getgo. Also I needed to ask what was going to happen or how they would get the tooth is not something I feel I should have to ask. They should just state upfront what is going to happen or needs to be done. I would recommend some where else.

Clinic staff gave me a wrong total, so after taking time off of work to have my wisdom teeth removed I get to the clinic to find out I have a entirely different balance than I was told the day before. Very unorganized and unprofessional office staff.
