Always prompt and courteous. The staff is very helpful and most importantly, I am able to get a hold of someone over the phone when needed.

Pharmacies seem to be universally difficult, but this pharmacy is one of the worst I have ever dealt with. They dont appear to know what theyre doing, and their customer service is the worst Ive ever seen. My doctor sent over a prescription multiple times and the pharmacy couldnt ever find it and refused to reach out to my physician about it. Everyone Ive talked to has been rude and unhelpful and never returns my calls.

Great pharmacy. Especially for Orlando Health employees. You can drop off a script and they can fill it for pick up or even mail it. Perfect for maintenence medications.

Very professional and courteous, I use the pickup service and have never been disappointed with walk in. They text, call and email your choice when meds are ready.Allow at least 48 hours on meds for 90 days. You have to sign up for this service in person the first time and be ready with your ID to pick up meds. They can even print out what meds you have picked up before.

My prescriptions are always ready on time and the employees there are always willing to assist you. My MD messed up a prescription and they worked with me to show my MD and to fix it.

Always have my meds ready, they work with you even when your Dr messes up. Very professional and courteous.

I lost most time off than was needed to because my script for antibiotics were not ready for over 28 hours!!!!!
