Horrible customer service. They dont even know whats going on, everytime I call they say something different.

This company is the worst company. Their staff is incompetent in most cases. Their Pharmacist are equally incompetent.

The worst pharmacy to deal with, and because the insurance allows them to control where you get your medications they will block you from getting them from another pharmacy. They send you the medications even after you tell them not too, and charge you because they wont take them back. Never had any problems with my loca pharmacy now every month is a problem

Express scripts is by far the worst company to work for. The upper management team in charge of Patient Care Advocates need to be let go for their lack of common sense and empathy. Retraining would not help the situation. They need an entirely new staff. They have no compassion for their employees. This is not somewhere you would want to work for the long term. I’m speaking from experience.

Absolutely worst pharmacy service. It takes 2 weeks minimum to receive any orders and youre luck of theyll let you go to a physical location to pick anything up.

Always on time with their deliveries.
