I needed a sports physical for my daughter and needed an EKG with it and there was no clinic that could accommodate/offered that as part of the physical. I was truly stressed because my daughter was so pumped about starting her sport. Found this office on Google, they were so nice and very well priced. We don’t have insurance and the total cost was $200. Definitely worth the investment all the way around. All in all, a wonderful and stress-free experience.

I am usually terrified of getting any kind of shots and needles used to extract blood from me, but Dr. Jain was so good at what she does, that I hardly got any anxiety when everything needed to be done. She talked her way through it, and got the job finished in one go without me even realizing it. I hardly even felt anything. That alone, was AMAZING!

I had an amazing experience with this clinic. The staff and Dr. Usha Jain were wonderful. They are very knowledgeable and patient as they take their time to provide an A type service. After I called last minute for an immigration exam that no other clinic wanted to help me with, they gave me a same day appointment after explaining them my urgent situation. They stayed after hours to fill out all of the paperwork and completed the physical for me. I was very lucky to find them. They are definitely the best in town.

Its so nice to run into genuine and caring people. I really enjoyed my visit and my experience left a lasting impression. I came only to get some blood work done and a couple test for an upcoming surgery but my experience is what mattered the most. I can tell this Dr. Jain loves what she does. I went into this office & received the best customer service ever. Dr. Jain and her husband were very knowledgeable and patient with me. I ended up going in for an EKG and was going to rush an hour away for blood work spending more money , but Dr.Jain and her husband were better pricing wise and most importantly conversation wise! I’m not a needle person but she definitely made it easier I didn’t even feel the needle or the tubes being switched throughout the process! I got both my EKG done and bloodwork done here . Dr. Jane was a life saver for me. I had a big cyst that needed to be drained and had a hard time finding someone willing to do it. The only option I had at the time was to go to the ER however they were going to charge me over $500 just for the visit plus extra fees for the surgery, and the doctors, etc , and this was with me having insurance. I called Dr. Jane and she said she would be willing to do this for me for much less than the ER was going to charge and this was without using my insurance. Right from the start she made me feel very comfortable and although I was afraid, i felt better knowing I was in capable hands. I was afraid of the pain the surgery was going to cause but she did an excellent job ensuring that I would feel no pain. She honestly saved my life. After 6 years with this cyst I finally feel like Im back to normal. I would highly recommend Dr.Jane to everyone. She is currently not seeing patients with Covid to protect her patients, but if you are need of any medical needs other than COVId she will not turn you away and she will see it through to the end. If I could write O star review I would..we drove all the way to Windermere due to the amazing reviews. When we got there we were greeted by unmasked doctor, no nurse and a very dirty building. I didn’t judge their unsanitary conditions since she first appeared to be cordial. She then proceeded to beg for reviews immediately before even diagnosing the issues with my partner and when I asked one question after an hour of pleasant conversation she immediately became rude and abrasive. I’ve never encountered such an absolutely unprofessional and rude doctor. Their bathroom was also covered in bodily fluids and was absolutely shocking. We also paid for X-rays and were told to take a picture instead of receiving a hard copy. We will be taking further steps if all X-rays and proof of blood work etc isn’t provided. They claim the client (my partner) was treated with respect yet he was obviously confused and didn’t understand what she was doing after asking her what she was injecting him with (she simply said a cocktail of medicine to make him feel better) I was his advocate and her response to this review clearly shows how unprofessional this clinic truly is. I only asked a question after she stated “you both can ask me any questions you’d like”. Her blatant disrespect for patient advocates and extremely unsanitary conditions says everything. Beware

We consulted Dr. Jain for a couple of tests for the whole family. We had to book an appointment as Dr. Jain was no longer taking walk-ins and people with cold-cough symptoms. She explained that it was to take extra caution to protect patients during this COVID time. That showed us that she cares about her patients and it made us completely comfortable. The whole experience of getting the tests done went smoothly from start to finish. Dr. Jain made us feel extremely comfortable throughout the process and even my son was fine getting the blood drawn. Needed EKG for cosmetic surgery. Outpatient at hospital ekg indicated I had a heart attack previously. I knew this wasn’t accurate but regardless my surgeon wouldn’t preform surgery with those results. I came here for second opinion and just as I suspected EKG was perfectly normal.
