Very clean! Never too crowded when I go. I usually feel overwhelmed and judged at other gyms but I feel comfortable here. I had a few questions about some workouts and the staff was very helpful and informative!

My first free class was excellent. I wanted to see what they were about and see if the fit was right. The staff was very knowledgeable, and you can tell they care about providing a great experience that will provide the results you want, if you put the time and effort in.

A gym that is very diverse. Owners who will always listen to their members and coaches, so they can always get the best and be part of a community that accepts anyone. They’ve grown into an amazing gym with lots of different classes and support to anyone who is new to the fitness lifestyle. Definitely recommend.

Great clean gym. My son (10) does Kid Fitness here. The coaches are so patience and encouraging. Love the activities and competitions that they host to keep the kids active and encourage them to live a healthy lifestyle.

Best crossfit in Central Florida

By far the best box I have ever been to in my life. Not only does this box make you feel so welcomed from the moment you step in, but all the coaches are truly dedicated to you and your fitness goals. The coaches are there with you every step of the way when you need them the most which is unfortunately hard to find these days. Every member is so welcoming that you feel like you’re truly working out with your family and not just strangers. Definitely a must try whether you’re visiting or living in the central Florida area!

This gym is everything I love about Crossfit. Was in Orlando from out of town and needed a place to workout for the week and decided to try SOCF out. From the moment I walked in everyone (staff and members included) made me feel welcome and at home. I had a great time working out at SOCF; the workouts were great, the gym is big and very well equipped, and they have a great community built there. Thanks for making me feel at home!

Could not be more happy with this place! Was instantly welcomed by not only the coaching staff and management, but by the other members. While the exercise is challenging and will push you, there is a very laid-back and welcoming environment before and after the workouts. Management gives you plenty of time to get a feel for the place and determine if it is the right fit for you and they have plenty of membership options and a flexible workout schedule that can work for everyone! Truly am starting to love this place!

Was kind of intimidated because I am a bit older than most of the people there, but there was no need!! The staff went above and beyond making me feel comfortable and welcome. I was able to keep up and will DEFINITELY be going back!! The kids space was awesome also!!

This CrossFit is the best CrossFit ever my 11 year old daughter goes there and she loves it and my even my six-year-old daughter goes to super amazing they have good prices to you and like the kids class is so amazing even for adults its really amazing to cant even go on competitions just like adults they treat the kids like adults but a little less hardeman the dark adult but its really good I loved it love it love it love it youre the best ever I recommend you go there if you like need boost up in your strength if you want to get stronger and stuff its really good Im sorry if I spell stuff wrong because Im using the microphone I dont have time to write all this

I was in Orlando on business for the week and emailed the owner Guillermo to see if they had any weight lifting platforms and if I could drop in. Guillermo was very responsive at all hours. The facility is great and had a a great lifting session. The staff and members are great as well. The only downside is there are no blocks to work off, so if you have programming that calls for going off the blocks youll have to go from the hang. I will definitely be coming back!

My first time joining a crossfit gym was a bit intimidating but the staff at SOCF made the whole experience seamless!! Personal attention is what truly sets this place.Kids?? No problem!! SOCF got you covered.  They have a lovely play room.. so bring your kids and break a sweat worry free. Friendly, professional staff and just overall a great atmosphere. Not only will you get in shape, but you will find a FAMILY!

Great place with friendly environment. Coaches provided step by step guidance on lifting techniques and provide alternative exercises to help beginners complete the workout. Overall holistic workout aim at flexibility, strength, and endurance.

I never thought I will be inspired to join Crossfit - when you hear the word Crossfit - it sounds too intimidating. But when I went to tour the box, met he coaches I felt that I needed to experience this. It is very much a community of people who are eager to help you change your life! What is amazing too is they have a kids room which make it possible for families to make it a family activity.There is a doctor in the house for knee, shoulder, back pains and more.Knowledgeable, competent, dependable team of coaches!!!

Dropped in randomly while visiting Florida was blown away by how nice everyone was. Coaches were very knowledgeable and pushed me during the workout. Great atmosphere for anyone be they new to crossfit or those who have been doing crossfit awhile. I encourage anyone who wants to give crossfit a shot to come here, you wont regret it.

Great atmosphere and amazing coaching!its a complete fitness experience that offers crossfit,bootcamps, Olympic weightlifting,nutritional guidance,and physical therapy and other recovery needs as well through myofix. Its pretty much a one stop shop for all the fitness needs!the place is very spacious and it allows athletes to work on different skills while classes are going on. I Love this place!
