Worked out with The best trainer the east coast has ever seen.. encouraging, uplifting, motivating.. most of all its a judgment free zone when you’re working out.. J didnt just watch me do it but he also did it too. Hands down the best gym you’ll ever step foot into.. its not a Business transaction.. you’re family.. invest in yourself and in the gym. You wont regret it!

Honestly was pushed to my fullest potential, I was given that extra push to keep going (we all know we need that). After the work out I was sore for about 4 days. After and you know what the saying is “if it didn’t burn did you actually work out?” I’ll definitely be coming back.

This is an amazing venue with the outstanding group of administrators that really make it what it is.
