RDV is great place for whole family. Pool area is the area we enjoy the most. I feel very comfortable going there with my children since there are always lifeguards on duty. Tracy, the lifeguard, is an awesome lady. She provided us with a lot of information about swim lessons as well as other activities that kids can engage in that facilities. Even though we are new members, I felt very welcome when she came to my son and asked him to bring some pool rings, noodles, and a wonderful water fountain there for kids. She became my sons favorite. Overall, Tracys presence was truly exemplary of great customer service. Thank you so much for being there.

The locker room is not kept well. I decided to leave because I was tired of coming in everyday and encountering dirt in the whirlpool, footprints in the steam room and stinky sauna from people wearing soiled workout clothing and sneakers. They allow people to wear sneakers in the steam room, and the nasty dirt makes it even into the jacuzzi as you can see in the picture. It is so anti-hygienic for a club that charges $90 a month. Sorry not my money anymore.

Love the swimming lessons. The teachers are the best and believe me I have tried many different places. My daughter was terrified of swimming, I tried RDV as a last resort and got the best instructor who made her comfortable and excited to come back for more lessons. Absolutely amazing! I even signed up for private lessons.

The facility is wonderful, but I dont like that there is a recent policy where you have to check in DAILY and pay $10 to take kids to swim group that we already paid for. I have to go there daily for the whole week and Im stopped to sign the same tablet paperwork and pay $10.65 every. Single. Day.I asked to pay for a week pass to cover the lesson time frame, and they said thats not allowed. It takes time and can sometimes be busy waiting for tablets to free up. Seems counter productive and if rather that cost be built into the swim charges.The staff is great, the coaches are very talented, the locker rooms are amazing. Everything else is perfect

This place is magnificent. Today was my first day here, and I might just come back every day, because I had the best workout yet. Did weight lifting stuff, pull-up exercises, played basketball, went swimming. This place has everything I couldve asked for in a gym. Glad I got a membership here.

Great gym, but very poor management policies in place. I was a member for 5+ years pre-covid and had to cancel when the RDV was closed for almost a year straight.I went back to sign up today, and while Derek the associate was very kind and helpful, the enrollment fee for new members was quite ridiculous. I had to pay a $100 enrollment fee to join back to a gym that I was forced to cancel on after they were closed down for nearly a year. Why exactly?Derek was helpful and explained that my 2 options were to either --1) Have paid $8 per month for 10 months to freeze my membership while the RDV was closed, totaling $80 for the membership I couldnt use at all2) Pay the $100 enrollment fee to sign back up despite being a member for 5+ years before they shut downI find both of these options absurd and there shouldnt have been any fee at all for previous members.

This gym has everything you will need and is well worth the price! The equipment is all new and feels like it was meant for my body, unlike other old awkward machines at other gyms. 10/10 recommend!

Very NICE! Several options for equipment and fun classes. Very clean and spacious. They have plenty of towels for guests to use. Not only do they have 2 pools but a steam room, sauna, cold plunge, and a hot tub! There are a number of showers always available. Its just an awesome gym. I can spend hours there.

Best and biggest fitness center in Florida

The RDV have just re-done their whole gym and It looks brand new! It looks like it opened yesterday. They have tons of new equipment and a very nice turf area. Their locker room’s each have a hot tub and sauna rooms. They have 2 basketball courts, 2 racquetball rooms, and 2 squash ball rooms. The gym also features a restaurant upstairs. Easily the nicest gym I’ve been to!

This is one of the best place to work out in Winter Park. Especially if you are looking for squash courts.They have squash ladders, lessons and games. You can also borrow some racquets at the front desk of you forgot yours. In addition it is easily the only place to play squash and there is a good community of players ranging from Juniors to veterans.They also have squash classes and groups sessions for Juniors and adults.Other than squash the club as everything you can think of in term of the industry. Weights, classes, yoga and space to eat.Great club!

This is a great gym, but it’s pricey. The hours aren’t the best, but it’s got some perks that are very hard to find. Most importantly it had a cold tub. The cold tub is the number one reason why I continue to pay too dollar.The equipment is nice and varied, though it could use some more Olympic weights.

We had an issue today where i feel my family and i were racially profiled by the older white blonde life guard. Told me and my kids we couldnt swim in the heated pool because my son got some water on an old lady while swimming past her.Got a hold of a manager and he apologized to me and said we were indeed allowed to swim in that pool and had done nothing wrong. The rest of the time we were there the life guard keep give me a nasty look. My kids were too afraid to ask her for the pool ring toys and to turn on the fountain in the kids pool. They also didnt want me to ask because they thought we would be kicked out.No idea if i will renew my membership. No idea if latino mixed families are welcomed.

Great facility has many amenities provided clean towels under the CDC covid protocol. I enjoy the classes the gym offers along with sauna room and steam room is best especially after a good work out! Gave 4 stars due to some of areas have had lack of cleaning there is always room for improvement.🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼💪💪💜

Love this club, it’s not over crowded. Steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, cold pool in the locker room. Kids love coming to play basketball and ice skate, it’s a great way to get in a workout or spend the day playing.

Fantastic staff-they are so friendly and always around to help you. The machines are new and easy to understand how to work them from photos on machine. Highly recommend this gym.

Fantastic place.It is the main place to play squash if you are looking for a squash club in Orlando.They have a fantastic squash coach and good players of différent level.The club on itself have 2 squash courts. 2 racquetball courts, basketball swimming pool. Tennis and pickleball

Great facility, amazing renovations, amenities, group classes.. however, there is a female employee who constantly harass members in the locker room.. it’s been brought up with the management and nothing has changed.. unacceptable!

I have been a member at this location for two years; I absolutely love this place. I take the power and blast classes. The instructors are amazing and the employee are extremely helpful and nice. I have lost a total of thirty pounds and I am managing to keep it off. My favorite place!

I have been a member for 10 years and this complex is amazing! If you value being healthy you need to join this club. This place is great for the whole family and if you are looking to meet new people that follow healthy lifestyles this is the place to be. The traffic is now light because of the new roads built by the county therefore a very easy drive for everyone.

They advertised no initiation fees for a corporate agreement. I contacted them to sign up and they said I would have to pay the fees because the advertisement was old. There were no disclosures or expiration dates on the advertisement. It is common practice to have valid through dates on all limited time advertisements. It is unreasonable to assume a customer to know that the deal is going to end and if so when. There are no dates as to when the deal began so it is impossible to even guess that this is something that might be over because it is stale. I politely asked the representative via email to discuss the matter with their manager. She came back saying she did and was unwilling to honor the advertisement at her managers direction. This is simply a matter of false advertising and really poor customer service and business ethics on the business side. I ask that the business honor the advertisement since it was their mistakes for failing to provide an expiration date on their own advertisement. If any resolution comes of this, I will be happy to update this review to reflect such an outcome.

RDV is definitely one of the beat gyms in central Florida. The saunas are amazing along with the cold pool and hot tub. Not to mention the huge verities of exercise equipment to use and the various different courts for different games. Although there is a lot of elderly people walking around naked in the locker rooms.

I took my granddaughter here to meet a few of her friends. We had a little trouble parking in the right spot, however once we got inside everyone was very helpful. The ice rink was beautiful and the kids had a lot of fun. There was always someone on the ice keeping an eye on everything. The snack bar was a big hit with the girls. Will definitely come back.

Signed up yesterday as a former member, I must say, it really doesnt get any better than this for gyms. Its so clean, tons of new equipment since Ive been, everything is top of the line. I have a 4 year old daughter now and shes SO thrilled with the kids area set up. 2 floors, giant bounce house, outside play area. The 3 hour time limit is truly a blessing. Gives you plenty of time to enjoy the amenities, take a class, lift, enjoy the spa,grab something to eat. Its so nice to be able to work out in the day during the weekend too with the kids club open til 6pm on weekends. You wont find that at any corporate gym. Im very excited to be back!

This place has it all!! Of course the gym but additionally ice skating, basketball 2 places to get food at a decent price. Natures table is one which has amazing food, I highly recommend the tomato basil soup it is killer!! The kids club is amazing to boot. It is a little pricey but there is plenty available to do.

Great place to workout. They provide childcare for up to 3 hours to allow you to workout without being stressed about picking up the kids right away. High quality workout equipment and a great wet and dry sauna.

Love their ice skating rink and it’s affordability !!

Have almost all the sports or choices of exercise you want in a nice environment. Convenient hours and schedule. Personal or do it yourself own style. Olympic size swimming pool with salt instead of chlorine is much less irritating to the eyes and easier to my hair. The amenities are excellent, they provide bath towels, liquid bath soap, shampoo, skin lotion, and spray deodorant. Blow dryers are provided for as well. All the trainers I believe have bachelor degree in exercise science.

Awsome place to take your couple, family, and friends. Love this place.

RDV is closed and should be suspending membership fees. Also, while the CDC recommends caution in groups members should be allowed to suspend their memberships without fees. No rip offs during national emergencies!!!

Awesome place for basketball 🏀

I was a member for a little over a year. I love the amenities, fitness programs, equipment is all very nice. I could no longer afford this in my budget and do miss it. If you can afford it I highly recommend this facility.

A wonderful place. i enjoy coming here every weekend. ever since i started skating again the weekly open skates have provided me with a great place to work on my skating.only complaint is that the sessions do get a little busy but its fine if you have control of yourself and and good reflexes. ..................................................................................................................................

Best gym in town.

An extraordinary place! I play hockey here; my grandson is learning the Game here. The workout facility is top-notch with amazing locker rooms equipped with sauna, whirlpool, ice bath ( oh soo good; especially after hockey), steam room, and Olympic size pool. Florida Hospital houses a top notch rehab center here. I was under therapy for a broken fibula and was astounded by my quick recovery.

You can do almost anything sports related!! Work out, swim play basketball, even ice-skate! Highly recommend joining. If your planning on ice skating definitely dress warm!

Excellent facility. RDV has it all free weighs, tennis courts, an indoor pool, racquet ball and squash, basketball, machines and classes. Got to be one of the best clubs in the country.

The best gym i have ever seen. Its large, tidy, full equipped, well maintained and multi-functional. A lot of interesting group classes, decent area for cardio, pretty in-door swimming poor, cool weight lifting area, and did i mentioned the cute kids stuff? Never get bored exploring this place or my self limit. Sometimes it gets a little bit crowded during summer or Mondays. But its also fun while different events are holding there. Membership fee is a little bit pricey, but they also offer company/family membership and you can also earn points and redeem for shirt or gift card. Find the better yourself here!

The Sportsplex is enormous and has everything you need for your workout. They have classes, various courts and an ice rink. My lone complaint, such as it is, is that in my year of regular attendance, I’ve never seen an employee wipe down a machine or bench. They shouldn’t have to, but few members actually do it themselves. It’s also not uncommon to see someone barefoot in the free weights area. For the money you pay, I’d like more effort put toward cleanliness.

RDV just took $280 from my account without authorization, have not stepped foot in it since January, had shut down the account. They just reactivated and took my money.

Very clean, fun Time

Never an issue getting on machines or equipment. Plenty of room, and lots of variety. The classes are great too! They accommodate all levels, even if youre just starting out. Laura was great at answering all my questions and responding promptly via email.

This has to be one of the most incredible gyms I have ever visited. Stunningly clean, even shopping and food is available. Upstairs is an office complex for a variety of doctors and sports specialists. It was kind of mind-bending.

Best healthy lifestyle facilities in town, very helpful and friendly staff, not the type that just sit around by the front door trying to sell new memberships and checking people in. Its such a great facility that I am sure the memberships sell themselves. Every workout class you could want, without all of the hassle of scheduling a week in advanced to reserve a space. Facilities are so large that even at the busiest hours you are never waiting to use equipment or overcrowded.

Great facility. Huge workout areas. Every machine you can think. Plus free weights. Olympic size pool plus a big kiddies pool and warm water pool for therapy and stretchingOutstanding staff. They are extremely helpful and very willing. Specialists in spinning, yoga Pilates, core exercises. Many and varied classes. Locker are very nice. Steam, sauna. Whirlpool and COLD PLUNGE.I am a longstanding member and RDV continues to provide superior facilities and superior staff.( My only caveat is that if you are elderly or disabled, there is only one shower stall in the entire mens locker room. There are times when 2 or 3 people are waiting to use that stall. I think it would be relatively easy to install a couple of grab bars and get another shower seat. )This is an issue for a small number of and does detract from 5 star rating.

Enormous workout facility and sports club. They have everything for adults and kids. The team loves what they do and cares a ton for their members. Parking can get a little crazy at times but nothing too unbearable. KidStuff has been a part of our kids lives since they were wee babes. They love it there and everyone knows their names. Great place.

Great place! It has everything you need and it is located near I4. I like the daycare here and the fact there is a pediatric here as well. Very good place to come work out.

Ive been here a billion times since they opened and the quality has gone down and up again. You cant go wrong for the variety of options. I also recommend throwing your kids party here. Really good stuff

This place is AMAZING! They have everything you can think of. Free weights are my favorite, so its tough to find a gym with good equipment. RDV has very nice equipment thats updated and is easy to use. Plus, I use their stream room and sauna after my workouts to help me relax a bit. Ive also used their cold plunge and hot tub a few times while super sore after workouts. You wont regret giving this place a visit!

Instructors are helpful and genuinely want to create a good experience for you. The facility is huge with are a lot of options for you to get a good workout - basketball, weight machines, cardio, free weights, classes, lap lanes, tennis, racquetball, and more. The locker rooms are nice. Theres enough space that it never feels overcrowded. Although pricier than other gyms you really get a lot for it here.

Great facilities, and great staff! A little pricey but its worth it for me as they have both a large exercise floor, lots of classes, tennis courts, basketball courts, racquetball courts, squash courts and a pool. Great kids stuff as well. The children has a couple of classes and a huge play area.

What a place heaven for games I visited 2 times on day passes,very healthy atmosphere.

RDV is easily the most comprehensive athletic facility I have been a member of. Was at LA Fitness for 5 years prior to switching to RDV and have not doubted the decision to switch once. Took me serveral months however, to fully assimilate to the club because it is so different and has so much more to offer than other gyms.

I recently had worked out at the facility and all the friendly staff that made it a welcoming experience. I wanted to especially call out Vicky in the shop and Fernando working the front desk. Vicky was very kind and answered all my questions with great knowledge regarding all the products I was interested in. She even showed me products like watches that werent on display which shows how awesome her service was. Also, Fernando was also very kind and conversational with all the questiond I had about the facility and how to get to certain areas. All in all, great service and the facility is clean with a huge variety of equipment.Edit:A year later and again awesome service from all staff. I want to call out who was working today at the gift shop at 4:30pm 4/4/17, a gentleman and a lady: They were both kind and answered all my questions with great knowledge and feel they should be recognized. :)

Huge place, great selection of hockey equipment, probably the best in central/northern Florida. Lots of opportunities to play hockey, many ice times having two rinks.The pro shop doesnt have prices on most things but they are reasonable and competitive with the online retailers. They do a great job with sharpening skates and you can get a Flat-bottom V (FBV) cut as well.

Love the facility. The staff is great. Kids love Kids Club. My only complaint is their favorite is the bounce house. Half the time I talk them into going because it exists, but it is rarely open.

We use the Backroom Court for meetings. It is a nice little private room with a kitchen. The space is perfect for meetings.

Was a member here for over a year and return once in awhile with a friend when I can. The variety of classes is amazing and the instructors all differ making each class different. The only negative is that they can get pricey and I wish they had more membership options so I am able to return more often!
