I am a new patient at this office and called to make my appointment. First, I love how there were new patient appointments available right away and my first visits were awesome. The staff was great and the doctor answered all of my crazy questions.

I have been going to Copely Eye clinic for over a decade but will never go back.Dr. Singh provided a sample of eye drops due to irritation after cataract surgery. He said if the drops helped to just call for a prescription. I have called 6 times, visited the office and a week later … still no prescription. No call backs, at all. And no reason given other than Dr. Singh was not there. Unacceptable customer service. I will find another optometrist.Today, September 1, the office manager, Brenna, called and explained the delay of the prescription in more detail and apologized for the miscommunication. I appreciate that she reached out and called me. The prescription has been called in.

Ive been a patient at the Copely eye clinic for about 5 years now and every time I come in my experience is great. Such friendly staff and so much diversity. My mom is also a patient who doesnt speak English and there was plenty of staff available to translate. Would recommend!

This office is terrible with answering the phone. Every time I call no one answers and I call during business hours. Today I called at 3pm 11 times no one answered. That is ridiculous!

I had been a patient of DR Copley’s for over 30 years on and off. On my last appointment I made it clear that I had Humana, they stated no problem. Once I arrived for my appointment they told me they do not accept Humana. Upon arriving home I went on the Humana website and there was his name as a participant. It’s called Humana national POS. Obviously the office manager has not done her homework on this type of insurance and there for wasting my time. I so adore Dr Copely however its time to move on and find another office that will give me the respect that I deserve as a patient. Dr Copely best wishes to you.

The customer service here is excellent. Ramiro and Des were the best. They help you find the fit and frame that best suits you - and did a wonderful job for me. They truly individualize your experience. I highly recommend them. They have a great team!

I came here because my mom recommended the clinic. She comes here for glaucoma. The doctors here did a great job with my mom. I had a good experience so far too, but i have to come back for tests. I got a decent deal on glasses...I took off one star because I waited about 20 minutes to see the doc.

Been a patient for over 20 years and very satisfied with the service. Enjoy the convenience of the optical office being on sight. The selection of glasses has expanded which has allowed me to purchase my glasses immediately after my exam. This is my first year in the past 20 I have not been able to purchase my contacts. With change comes a little distress but understand the business need and cost effectiveness of that decision of the contacts so with that being said just have to find a new routine for my contacts. I came in for an exam for RGP contacts. In the past, other places had a difficult time fitting me well due to my cornea problem. The doctor and technicians here were great. The new contacts fit me so well. The doctor showed me images of my eyes on the inside. I definitely recommend this place.

I should have listened to the reviews. On the exam side they were great on the optical side the manager was VERY rude and not customer friendly AT ALL. I was simply trying to tell her that if I lift the glasses up a little from my nose I can see great with no problem. The only problem is they are not sitting on my nose and if done correctly I should not have to do that. The technician that measured my eyes clearly indicated that she put the lens higher then measured. That would clearly indicate the reason why I would have to lift the glasses to see. However the rude manager didnt even want to hear it and tells me that I have to use them for 2 weeks. How is someone supposed to use glasses for two weeks when they cant see out of them. Who can function in blur especially for two weeks??? On top of that they are telling me I have to move my head around like a robot to see out of the eyeglasses correctly. No the measurement is WRONG! DONT GO HERE!

Ron is a life savior. The 1star is for the staff that assist me before Ron stepped in. Melissa and Desiree is the worst. Their customer service skills is not to par. It will not be as bad if it was only once, but you cant have bad customer service 3 times in a row.

We have known the Copelys for years! All of our staff goes to Dr. Copely and his team and they are amazing! Dr. Copely has seen all of us for more than 20 years and we love him! Dont listen to these angry reviews. Most are dishonest and simply not true. Go see Dr. Copely, you will fall in love with him!

I had the BEST experience today, and I would highly recommend Copely Eye Clinic to everyone I know! I visited today for an eye exam, to find a pair of glasses and to figure out why I kept getting styes. Dr. Copely, Brenna, Ron and the rest of the staff were amazing, nice and knowledgeable. The clinic was clean, and all my issues were handled with great care. I am very excited to finally have a clinic that I can trust with all my eye care!

Great customer service: i was welcomed since i entered the clinic! An associate named France helped me to have the best time of my life choosing my glasses. She was very patient and caring. She explained me very well what problem i had with my eyes, what i need to do and the perfect lens that will help by just looking at the prescription. That girl is so freaking smart! Kuddos kuddos for her! I was really happy with the service. I will definitely go back!

Ron was the only nice and knowledgeable person there. We went to get my teen fitted for contacts. They were very rude and unhelpful. We waited for over an hour to see the doctor. It took us six (yes SIX) hours to get fitted with a trial pair of lenses. When we wanted to leave they made us check into the optical department to get a written prescription for glasses. When we went back to finalize our lenses they wanted to adjust one eye. They gave us the wrong lense. One is blue and one is clear. Now we need to make a follow up to get the proper lenses. Look for a place with better customer service!!

Ive been going here since I was 13 and Im 38 now. Everytime I go elsewhere I end up back to Copley. The staff actually worked with me being late and was very nice. They helped me pick my lens because my sight is bad so she helped me pick one that the lens wasnt so noticeable. Wilna Octelus

Everyone that worked with me made me feel like they cared. The only part I wasnt impressed with, was I had a appointment but it took them 35 minutes to get me to the back. Over all besides that, feel very good about them taking care of my eye care.

The worst. I was 15 minutes late due to traffic. I waited 1/2 an hour. I thought we were even. They were still upset. Wanted me to wait an hour more. The staff was very rude. I am never late normally, but traffic was terrible that morning. They were unforgiving and very rude.

My family, including now my grandchildren and my 93 year old mother, have been patients of Dr. Copely for more than 35 years. All of us have always had wonderful eye care, including education from the doctor on how other body processes or diseases may effect the health of our eyes. This doctor takes the time to address so many questions and to make me and my family members know that his focus is on OUR issue when its our turn for the appointment. I know that if I have an eye emergency, the employees at the clinic will make sure I receive care in a timey manner. Thats just the culture of the office and I appreciate knowing that the patients matter. I would highly recommend this doctor to my friends.BT

Im trying to figure out how youre able to handle all these situations in your office when Dr. Copley is an Optometrist NOT an MD! When a patient has glaucoma they should be referred to an Ophthalmologist. From your website your office deals with foreign bodies and pain in the eye how is that possible? I was under the impression they should see and Ophthalmologist

This company has some of the worst business practices in all of Orlando. I had an emergency that I needed resolved today. I called multiple times and re-explained the situation to the receptionist every time (it seems like they play musical chairs and have about 30 receptionists that rotate every 20 minutes without passing any info along). I am about to go into a holiday weekend without the ability to see. For the entire holiday I will be unable to see much further than 1ft away because the employees at this company are selfish gluttons. Instead of ensuring their patients are taken care of, the employees here would rather leave work early for a holiday weekend. There is absolutely no accountability of any employee, no manager, no boss, just a bunch of bitter women who sit at a desk and can barely handle their jobs.In addition to this most recent emergency I have had a long history of issues with this company. Instead of calling you or sending you a letter saying you owe them $14. They would rather send you to a collection agency. I literally could have had my credit destroyed over $14. I asked for an explanation and they said it isnt their responsibility to make sure I pay. Yeah it isnt your responsibility to do that, but it is your responsibility to inform me I owe money!In addition to that issue, they randomly like to create fake eye appointments. Recently I recieved a phone call stating Your next eye exam is Friday morning, you have 48 hours to cancel your appointment or you will need to pay the cancellation fee. Im all for job creation, but I never set up that appointment so it isnt my job to call and make sure it gets cancelled. I have never been to any type of doctor whatsoever that creates appointments without informing you.Moral of the story: NEVER EVER use this SHADY business.

I am a nurse and my mom has been a pt with office for years. She was forced out of the office after speaking with MD that she has been waiting since 8:45 am to be seen at 1030 am. He informs her she can go see someone in the streets who does not have a waiting list. He arrogantly stated that there isnt another MD who is as better than he is and she can handle her glaucoma how ever the hell she wants to handle it. If I were to speak with any of my patients in such a way, I would loose my job. What right does this egotistical jerk, who has chosen to be in this profession to help others, to speak to her this way then put her out of his office? I wouldnt recommend this MD to see my dog.

!!!!10/19/2016!!!!! Please Read ALL!!!!! Stay Away!!!! If you like to wait for long periods of time and to be taken advantage of then go to Copley eye clinic ,,,,,,because that about all there really good at ,,,,,these guys lie big time the manager is the worst one shes whisper the deal to you like your the only one who get it!!!!! ,,they should give everyone a deal!! ,,I had got my glasses through Copley..... The frames broke and lenses had scratches on both lenses!!!!!! okay there still under warranty,,,, brought them back to get replaced.. and was told they call me when there ready,,,((,wonderful great is what I thought at the time !!!! )) it took 10 days okay I know they are Very busy I understand that....,,,, so I get the call to pick them up ,,I was excited to get my glasses back !!!!! But when I had opened the box to try them on it noticed they had not replaced the lenses!!!!! Copley had only replaced the frames and not the lenses,,,,,,, I had asked way ????and was told the frames had a year warranty !!!, just tired and upset I just wanted to go home,,so I did now 7 mouths later the replacement glasses had snap in the exact spot my first pair did ,,,,keep in mind that this were the flax frame glasses,,,was shocked again!!! Could not believe,,,so I call today 10/19/2016 at around 9am and was transferred to a answers machine saying to leave my number and would be called back,,,, several hours later I had to call back yes they answered the phone they ask me can I help you and then transfer the call to a message machine,,,but not leaving the message for the second time I hung up called right back and asked to speak with the manager ,,,,, And a female Receptionist picked up the phone asking how can i help you ,,,This time I wanted to speak to the Manager also that Iv been waiting for a call back for more then 4hrs ,,,I was placed back on hold ,,Then another Female picks the phone saying hello and asked how shes could help,,,so I told her my situation,,and said to me sorry about my girls meaning her (Receptionist ) for not speaking with me and she would have a talk with her girls (Receptionist) ,,while she (The Manager) saying this to me I can hear girls OR Receptionist Giggling in the back ground,,,, right after say she said that she (Manager) would talk to her girls>>> I said not to do that im not trying to get people in trouble I just wanted my Glasses Fix!!! So now the Manager im speaking with says to me now im going to Transfer you over to the Manager now!!!!,,,,,,,I was like WHAT!!!!! so who was I really talking too ????? ,,,,so Im thinking the front receptionist answered and pertained to play as a manager to see if I was going to complain,,, so when I finally got to speak to the manager she lessen to the story about my glasses ,,, and tells me you have a one year warranty on frames and lenses ,,,,and thats when I got upset,,,,because I was lied to!!! I was welling to let all the other inconveniences go ,,,, but because they should have replaced my lenses whenever Id brought them in the first time instead of letting me leave there office with scratch up lenses,,, so the manager informs me that the warranty had passed ,im thinking each pair of glasses lasted 5 months I should be able to get a replacement with no problem and because they never even replaced the lenses ,,,,so Im really upset ,,,,,,I told her manager that I was lied to and said shes could meet me half way with the money so shes offering a 50% off I said no thank you that I would be contacting Better Business Bureau with my complaint which I did before I posted this,,,Please go look for it ,,,, next im going to channel 3 news if I must ,,so I dont wont this to happen to anyone else please stay away Copley eye clinic are opportunist,,,,!! Every time I come here it takes them so long to see you. Today my appointment was scheduled for 3 pm. I got here at 2:40. IT IS NOW 3:50 pm and Im still waiting. 8 people have come in after me and have been seen. I was told they are running behind....REALLY!! This beyond ridiculous. I will be changing locations.
