This medical group has been caring for my grandmother for almost eight months now, after she had heart surgery. I cannot say enough WONDERFUL things about their service. My experience at DNF is always the best. They have the greatest doctors, nurses, medical assistants and medical staff in general. The staff really takes their time and cares about each individual patient, always answering all of your questions while simultaneously giving you the best medical care. Odalis González was very sweet and very attentive as well as Doctor Fernández. Here you are able to get your physical alongside with your lab work and EKG all in one day, it’s truly the best place. The bills keep coming long after the visit. My wife, brother in law and I went and the billing was a joke. We kept getting bills without any detail.Apparently they charge more than the plans are willing to pay and then charge you. But you better keep the receipts because you’ll get the bill again.Neither of us actually met a doctor, by the way. Everything was done by nurses.

Fantastic experience, it feels like home

I have been a patient of DNF medical center since 2014. I love the all the staff, they are very nice and very polite. they make you feel very welcome The moment you walk into their facilities. My health is so bad that the Front desk people, nurses, lab room, doctors and especially my referral ladies are the best !! I don’t know what I would do without them. The front desk employees they are rude and they are not professional. I went for labs results and after the took me inside inform me that lab work was not received but they charge my copay at front so I waisted my day and my money She return next day and the same issue. I request the lab work order for me to re do the lab and I was told by the front desk employee that can not be possible. Really bad manners and unprofessionalism . Is really sad because when Dr fleites was on charge everything was different. I will never visit that office again. In the good side go to Clermont office Dr Roman is the best physicians and everybody in that office including front desk employee Tania are the best she have compassion and care about their patients. Nurses Vanessa and Christina they treat you as family members they care about patients. Great job Claremont office you should train Orlando office to teach them how to treat patients!!

We never felt more of being in a wrong place than at this facility. From the first time we came for our daughter medical care, wed informed the office to note my daughters file that we do not speak or understand Spanish but every phone call left for us from this facility had only been in Spanish, and I had to ask my coworkers to listen to the message and translate for me to understand. The first time it happened, I informed one of the office staff and she said our bad . I know it is our fault to choose this facility but only if our insurance website would have listed this facility only serves Spanish speaking patients only we would have known our limits.

One of the best clinics I’ve ever visited if not the best. From the moment you walk in they treat you like family and engage you in activities so time flies by when your there. Not only is the service excepcional and the medical assistants friendly, the doctor is phenomenal and takes his time with each patient and makes sure all questions are answered before leaving. I would highly recommend this clinic 100%

My husband is a patient there and I love that they take care off his every medical need. He had to leave about 3 yrs ago because of insurance issues and had to go to Orlando family physicians in this clinic he ended up in a nursing home because of the poor quality care then the Dr. Had the nerve to tell me he was seeking attention and told me he needed to many referrals so he should start looking for another clinic because her office was losing money on him. Thank God that the same week I get a call from the office of Dr. Fleites that they were taking my husbands insurance again they didnt make him wait saw him immediately and my husbands health is so much better. He calls the offices and the girls are so patient with him since he suffered a traumatic brain injury they are always so helpful explaining everything until he understands. I wish they took Staywell I would be going there in a nano minute. Thank you DNF for your great service to the community. Blessings to Dr.Fleites and all his employees.

People over there are awesome.What I liked must is that I have everything in oneplace : Primary care doctor, x-ray, ultrasound, acupuncture, pharmacy etc. Dr. Valdés at acupuncture is excellent as Dr. Rojas as well.Beautiful clinic, so relaxing. I like all the activities that they realized bingo, zumba, artcraft. Love it.

I joined DNF Medical Center last year as a result of an Insurance change and my Doctor moved. They were recommended to me first by my Sons in-laws which speak English only , yet that hasnt been a problem in their care at the Center. After living in Orlando 40 years, i was in the process of making this change when they put me in contact with Odalys Gonzalez , which helped me to get established as a new patient., and has continued to help and guide through this change. She has been wonderful ! Milena Mendoza was also very helpful with getting my 90 year old Mother set up with all the services available to her. I have received nothing but the best , professional , courteous and loving treatment from all the staff like to mention a few Claudia , Tahimy, and my Doctor Mabel Rojas. ( First time I have had a Woman Doctor and she seems to know much more than any Man doctor I ever had, Especially in calming me down ) Every time I walk into the Center, I feel relaxed and greeted by friendly receptionists that never forget to smile and call you MI Amor They could definitely give classes to my old Drs office reception. I have a Heart Problem, Diabetes, COPD and I dont regret having put my trust in DNF Medical Center. There is only one little thing , that could make it a little sweeter while wait on the phone . That GOD awful Music , hurts the ear drums of a 70 year old man and gives one the urge to want to hang up, But maybe thats justs me. jajaja Thank You, Dr. Fleites, for bringing us this Great Medical Center in Orlando.

Complete fraud practice. Pulled a bait & switch on me. Trying to get me to pay for my appointment. After driving all the way over here they said i have to contact my insurance to get reimbursed. They basically want you to do their job. Its sickening to think about how many people they are taking advantage of that dont know better. They even admit this is an issue they have been having. It is no issue for them at all. Its not an accident. They profit more by operating this way. Its less work for them & guarantees they get their money as soon as possible.

I went to get a referral, my deductible was to high so I cancelled the appointment.The receptionist told me to do a physical and it will be no charge. I told her I dont have the money are you sure it will be NOT CHARGE? and she replied for sure it will be not charge.They did a blood test at 5 pm and electrocardiogram because they said its part of the physical. My past blood test were always in the morning because I need to fast.2 weeks after the physical I received a bill by mail, I called them and asked why I got charged?I explained the situation and let them know the receptionist insisted in doing the physical because it wont be no charged, and the Dr. will give me the referral.After I complaint they told me the manager Laura will look into it and will call me back.2 weeks after nobody called me back, I called again and the just told me again the manager is looking into it and will return my call, Its been a week and nobody returned my call.I guess I have to complain with the insurance to see if the problem will get solved.Liars and terrible customer service.

Things I like about this office: iIt’s Clean, they have some medical equipment possibly saving you a trip to another location. You can do your blood work here too.Reasons why I won’t come back: Even after making an appointment you have to wait a long time. I came to seek a second opinion and basically the Doctor told me to go back to my Doctor treating me because she had no way of knowing anything on past test results or condition. I thought that such information could be easily faxed and sent here after I authorized for it to be shared with another Doctor. My last visit was really just a waste of money. The only reason why I came back was because the Doctor I saw In the beginning of the year was good but she has moved to a new location and I can’t find her.

My husband and I are patients of DNF since 2013 and we love their professionalism. The fact that you can get your routine blood work and other exams done in the same facility, and results are expedited to your physician, is very convenient. Courtesy calls to remind you about your appointments is another service we love.

You will never see a medical office like this. They offer their patients so much and have so many things to do for us. Its an experience. And their entire staff are all very nice.

Ive never seen a medical office outside of a hospital offer so many services. The really cool thing is that they have so much stuff for their patients to do. Ive never seen anything like it. Everyone is really nice also.

I had the same experience as one of the ladies below. I was transferred there by insurance. The practioner I saw stated that I should go back to my old doctor because I have specific health issues which usually Drs just transfer medical records. Then states I do not have the health issues that I do. I had these same health issues since 17. They deny my referrals to my specialist that I have had for 3 years and say my health issues can be treated in house. Everyone speaks Spanish and wants to mention how they were doctors in their country which I dont care. I have specialist for a reason and it wont kill them to send a fax to retrieve medical records. The office is beautiful inside but that is about it. If your primary language isnt Spanish and come armed with a binder of medical records that will not give you good healthcare.I will not be seeing them next month.

In first place I have to really say that the service is excellent. Any clinic that will give you a 7 days and 24 hour attention is a clinic that really has the heart for patients and will give them a 24 hour service at all times. In other words patients are number 1 at DNF. DNF is definitely a place where they can go and they provide the confidence and they are very trustworthy. On second thought, you have a clinic with almost all of the specialties, my favorite is acupuncture. I am getting the best treatments for my knees and my health. I am very grateful of the acupuncturist Vladimir Valdez for being very attentive and caring. The clinic has made it a standard point of interest for the patients doing different activities and events such as bingo, Zumba etc. We do appreciate them for keeping us active. Love and compassion is what we get from our professional medical doctors and staff and DNF they will always provide a smile and will always be very attentive to the patient. We greatly appreciate that. Last but not least I want to acknowledge their minor surgery treatments and I can account for that as per being there and doing that on one late afternoon shen to my misfortune I had an accidental fall and I can tell you that before 5 o clock on a Friday afternoon, my daughter called doctor Vladimir and he kindly said he would take care of me. Excellency is what we get from the clinic. Thank God and thank all the doctors for their professional care.

I have never seen a clinic or medical center more impressive than this one. The Doctor gives hands on care and the staff is incredibly kind. You must see this place to believe it. DNF Medical Center in Orlando is seriously your one stop shop for all of your medical needs. I highly recommend this center and encourage everyone to take a tour. This place will change your life!

Started off as a decent place when Dr. Fleites had some control of this facility. Now no better that a Banana Republic third world facility! today as are the majority of their so called Doctors.

I loved their TV commercial and love the idea that they offer all those services at one location but when I called they told me that they wont accept Tricare for health insurance. Sad that they dont help those servicing our country. Next time I guess :(

Arrived on time and waited 1 hour and 15mins and was not able to be seen. They can definitely do better with customer service. The receptionists wrote down my personal info incorrectly (I know what month I was born in) After making me call my insurance to update the information they wrote down wrong in the first place, they made me wait even longer. After waiting for enough I asked the receptionist if she knew how much longer it would be, I was informed she was not sure because the nurse went to lunch. I work with medical facilities on a regular basis and this wait time is unacceptable the doctor should have seen me and the incorrect information updated and corrected after the appointment or the staff could have done it on their own instead of wasting the patients time, if your reps where the ones that got it wrong shouldnt the customer be put on the top of the list to be seen in a timely manner?? I guess customer satisfaction is not important.

Dr.Adamar Gonzales and Dr. Mabel Rojas are amazing. I was diagnosed with Hydrocephalus and have a shunt . During both my brain surgeries Dr.Gonzalez checked up on me , my neurosurgical team updated her office that made a difference. Thank you . They take care of me and make sure I am at my healthiest. If I need urgent care they set up same day appt. Very blessed to be under thier care

I usually go to this place and i like it because the nurses the doctors and the receptionists are usually so nice i dont know if they have a new person to answer the phones or not but i just called at 8am ( i know they open at 8:30 but just wanted to ask a question) so i call just to ask if i have to wait till 8:30 to make an apointment or can i make one before and she answered the phone and spoke super fast so i couldnt understand what she said and i asked my question and i didnt even FINISH asking my question before she rudely cutt me off and said yes maam you do have to wait wait till 8:30 ... and i was trying to speak but she spoke so fast and in such a rude tone and said something about doctors and didnt wait for me to speak before she said okay bye bye and HUNG UP on me. This was terrible service ive never been treated in such a rude manner ever and honestly she made me not even wanna call back and make an appointment i understand i called before you opened but there was no need to 1.cut me off. 2. Not even wait for me to speak. 3.hang up on me like that. I mean she didt even ask if i had another question i am so upset. The way she apoke made me feel like she just wanted to get rid of me, never again.

My husband and I like the medical care we receive here, and we like the staff. But, right now, Im on hold on the phone with their office, and have been form 29 minutes, at this time. This is not the first time. They really need to get more people answering the phones. This is so unacceptable!

I can give 0 starts I will do it...first you wait on the line 25 minutes and then they hand up your phone call....this happens to me like 4 times. And then I went to the office and they told me that they have issues with the phones...well they have that issue since forever!!!!!! Second my dad have a cardiologist in another area and he had to do some important test and the doctor supposed to sent the referral and guest what? They decide that because they have a new cardiologist they will not send the authorization to the other cardiologist just because they want you to go to the new cardiologist that they have, the receptionist of the cardiologist was the one who called my dad a day before of the appointment to let him know that fleites and office they did not send the authorization..now my dad loose all his appointments with the cardiologist, Wich was very important because my dad have heart issues and they never communicate with my dad about it, they never called my dad to see if he want it to go to the new cardiologist...they just decided to change him...but on top of that they have my dad in a stand by situation because they never gave me appointment to the new one, and that happens like 2 months ago. I swear if something happend to my dad I will hire a lawyer. Please people, dont go to that office. The nurses are nice, they dont have to do nothing with my dads situation, but other than that is the worse.

Since 2004 we have been patients of Dr. Fleites. I have never had any inconvenience. In addition to their excellent services and the best workers team, they treat you as a family and show that they exercise their proffecion from heartfelt. It is a place that has grown and Ive seen it grow where every time is a more complete place where most of the studios do it there now seving you time and money. This year due to health insurance problems, I have unfortunately had to change course in the hope that by the end of the year I would once again have them as our family doctors because, like this place, none. Dr Norberto Fleites , and his crew are awesome. They are excellent doctors. They care for their patents, etc. Dr. Norberto Fleites Even goes out of his way to make his patents happy. Also making parties every month for their birthdays, Christmas etc. Has a bus to pick you up if needed. What else can you ask for. Excellent dr.

WASTE OF PATIENTS TIME/CARELESS: To get a basic checkup be ready to use more than 1 hour of your day. If you are on time for an appointment be ready to wait 20+ minutes to be called up. After you are called up, your weight and blood pressure will be checked by a nurse, whom will then take you to another wait room, to wait God knows how much more time. So, this clinic has a policy of no show without notice, that will charge you $25, but they can waste your time as described above. These people DO NOT appreciate the patients time. Go to an American-run facility, not this Latino, novice clinic. This clinic has gotten careless and greedy proportionally with its income and material expansion

Not a good start as a new patient, I was told my appointment was with Dr.Fleites and to my surprise they put me with a registered nurse which the staff was referring to as Doctor. Apparently, Dr.Fleites only works Tuesday thru Thursday.....questionable practices.Update: I was able to see Dr. Fleites and had great treatment from him and all his staff at DNF. He is very popular, so if you have an appointment with him be ready to wait longer. However, he does spent the appropriate time with his patients.Ask them about their second (inside) waiting room....

This office is impossible to get a hold of anybody, if you call they transfer you to a voicemail that you cant leave a message on and get disconnected, i have been trying for 3 days to get a document sign for my son to get his insulin and i get no results why is it so hard for someone to just answer the phone and speak to me so that i can explain how it needs to be taken care of, and of course the office manager is never available to help..Feeling frustrated
