I had an amazing experience. Dr. Mina is very professional and has a very gentle touch. During my appointment she walked me through everything that was happening. I was very nervous and they made me feel comfortable and safe. Dr. Mina and the asst. Jeannette did a great job. I have been recommending them to my family and friends.

Dr. Nam and his team are nothing short of amazing! From the time you check in until the time you check out, everyone is extremely accommodating and helpful. Specifically, during my last visit, Ari, Mariel and Dr. Nam went above and beyond as I was there for a cleaning but my crown also happened to have come out prior to my appointment. They were able to take x-rays, complete my cleaning & 6-month check up AND fix my crown all within less than 3 hours. They are able to make the crowns in office and put it in the same day. As I dont typically have a lot of time during the week, this helped saved me so much time and I didnt have to go back and forth to the office. Thank you for all you do Nona Dentists!

I just reviewed all the Negative Ratings of Nona Dentist, their management and customer service is really awful and I won’t be going back there anymore.BTW, I heard this facility is not a certified doctors clinic, it’s just a company!There are a few nice and new opened Dental Office in our Lake Nona area, I will give any of them a try!

I had a very pleasant visit today at Nona Dentist. Dr. Mina was very kind and made me feel confident, she explained everything about my treatment. Giana was excellent with the X-rays, she was caring and so gentle with her hands. I had the best deep cleaning with Gaby, she did an outstanding work, and Khris did awesome processing my insurance coverage and explaining the costs of my treatment. I’ve been a patient since about the latter part of 2018. The office is really clean and the front office personnel are very pleasant. Rina (hygienist) & Dr Nam are a great team. Rina is the BEST hygienist I’ve ever had. She is very gentle, ensures that she doesn’t hurt you & takes her time to do a complete job. Dr Nam used to be all about business, but I’ve noticed he’s smiling a lot more now. 🙂 He’s very knowledgeable and thorough. If you need your teeth cleaned, please request RINA!!!

I had a crown done with Dr. Chow and Jeanette and I have to say they did a great job. They were really nice, attentive and kept me informed with everything they were doing every step of the way. They really made this procedure bareable. I like most people hate going to the dentist but they made me feel so comfortable when getting this procedure done. Definitely make an appointment with Nona Dentists you won’t be disappointed.

Usually a visit to the dentist can seem a little scary to some of us, but I visited Nona dentist last Friday and since I walked in It felt like home. Even though they were all wearing a mask, the smile in their eyes was very noticeable (as if they were happy that I was there). Anthony was very sweet and welcoming, along with the other receptionists at the front desk. Dr. Kris took good care of me and from the moment he entered the room I felt safe and secure because I could notice that he cared about what was best for me. He gave me several options regarding my treatment and also explained everything he was saying very well. I left the office extremely happy and satisfied with everything (including my pocket). Now I know that I have a place and a doctor that I can trust with my eyes closed and that worth more than anything to me. If you are reading this review and looking for a place to get your teeth treated with confidence, dont hesitate to visit Nona Dentist. You will not regret!

After my sister had an emergency during the middle of covid NONA DENTIST was the only dental group that saw her. So I decided to give them a chance the front end staff was great warm and very welcoming they explain all my options and payment. This is an excellent office I moved out of the area to Tampa and I still Is patronize the office.. The staff is very professional and caring. DR Krishna Dipnarine diagnosed my tooth pain as actually being a sinus condition. The assistant Janette was very helpful in SSupporting my visit.

Dr Nam is incredibly thorough and has a fun personality. I appreciate professionals that make you feel comfortable from beginning to end. The staff was also on point.

Came back to Nona Dentists after 2 years and Dr. Chao, Jeannette and Ariana V were great. Needed a teeth cleaning and found out I needed a crown replacement due to a hole and they were able to take care of it and replace the crown within a day which was greatly appreciated. Thank you team!

Only my second visit but probably my last. Seemed very unorganized. I was placed in the chair and drapped with the napkin by one girl and then was left sitting there idle for about 35 mins. Then the doctor came in and talked to me longer about the hot weather than about my teeth... Seriously, she was in my mouth for about 15 secs.. She was followed by a third girl, claiming that shed just burned her hand, said she was going to polish my teeth BEFORE the cleaning!! I told her no thanks. The fourth was the hygienist and she advised me that fluoride was going to be $25 extra and I told her no thanks. Ill find another, more professional and organized dentist.

Extremely disappointing. The first time I called to schedule a regular cleaning I was told that I would receive a call back and never received a phone call. So then I thought, even though I was frustrated, lets give it another shot and made an appointment. However the day of my appointment, I arrived in the office and they said that my appointment is scheduled for the following week. Now after reading the other reviews my feelings of disappointment are justified. Especially with the fact that they cannot do the cleaning and x-rays all in your initial visit and that it has to be broken into two appointments...that shouldve been a red flag right there. If anything, I feel like I dodged a bullet.

My second time in the office. My temporary crown fell off so came in for another. Was greeted by Ms. Ari whom was exceptional throughout the entire visit. I went in assuming I would be in the office for a few hours in pain. Instead, my appointment was at 2pm, its now 2:39Pm and Im sitting at Moes next door having lunch!! Thank you Ari!!

Beware.. poor communication! not forthcoming with ramifications and limitations of subsequent dental work after implant placed.if you need to see the periodontist, only there one day a week. So if you have pain or issues, too bad you have to wait. Noone else there that can see you. This office has very poor communication with patients and referring dentists office.

The dentist here is an honest man. I went to a dentist prior to this one, and he said I had 10 cavities, and I thought that sounded weird bc I did not have any at my last appointment, so I go to this dentist and lo and behold, I have zero cavities. It is nice to find a dentist you can trust because some dentists charge you for work you don’t even need. They also accept delta insurance if that helps anyone:) Overall a good experience. They were quick and on time with appointments. Staff is very friendly.

I used to have excellent experiences here. But my last visit was similar to the other recent poor reviews below. I’ve never had a cavity if my life, but a new hygienist (named in the other poor review) tried to pressure me into a deep cleaning and seemed to take personal offense when I declined, doing a subpar job on my routine cleaning.

Im very happy with the service Ive received here for my 6, 4 and 3 year-olds. We didnt need anything beyond a regular cleaning so I cant speak for any of those services. The staff was friendly, and they worked well with my children. Cute mannerisms and ways of explaining proper brushing, and they explained everything they were going to do so my kids wouldnt feel nervous including showing them what the different tools were for. The dentist was awesome too!

I love this place! They gave me a free second opinion, the staff was super friendly, and they even gave me better pricing for having my wisdom teeth removed. Day of the surgery, I was completely taken care of by the lovely staff. Ive had two post-op visits, no charge. My only gripe is being given an 800mg ibuprofen for pain the day of the surgery when I could barely open my mouth. Liquid ibuprofen would have been better to start with, but otherwise, I love this dentist and I would highly recommend them!

This is not your traditional dentist office. My experience this far has been life changing. When I first arrived, I was nervous. Never a fan of the dentist, I was expecting the bad dentist smells, the high prices and the poor customer experiences that Ive been accustomed to.But at Nona Dentists, the receptionists warmly welcomed me into a new, better experience. Everyone was so nice, helpful and made me feel like they genuinely cared. The dentist was very well experienced and a pleasure working with. Everything, besides a few random boxes laying around in the room I was in, was clean and hygienic. And the dentist smell didnt exist. Everything during the process was painless and made my decisions easy. They understood my concerns and didnt sell me on anything. I felt like I had a choice and it made the difference.The best part, it took 1 appointment to get immediate results and they were spectacular!On my way out, the staff made me feel extra special, gushing over the results and wish me well as I left. The customer service was phenomenal and made the experience worth my time and money.I highly recommend this place dentist office!

My hygienist is Yelena Kuyava. She is the reason that I come to Nona Dentists. She is the best hygienist I have ever had. She is professional, friendly and her degree of care is impeccable. She gets the job done and somehow makes the experience almost pleasant. Her care and concern for me as a patient is the reason I keep coming back.

I had a great experience at this location. I needed an emergency visit and was scheduled same day. I was cared for by Dr Nam and his wonderful staff. They are very friendly and helpful, their office manager Kendra was very attentive and an absolute pleasure to be around. Dr Nam is amazing, he listened to my issues and was very professional. These guys a con artists. I went to them for a basic cleaning. They did good job the first visit. Came back a second visit and it changed from there. They told me I must have a deep cleaning. If I chose not to, Id have to find a new dentist. Also said I have TMJ. Ive been going to the dentist every six months since Ive been a kid. Nothing wrong with my chicklets or jaw. The deep cleaning would of been two visit for over $1,000. I checked with my insurance and a Dentist cannot make that demand. I fired them. If your considering Nona Dentist....go somewhere else.

Very accommodating from the start down to the dental procedure down to the billing process. They surpassed my expectations. I highly recommend this clinic. They make sure that your needs are being addressed. Right now I have my temporary Crowns yet it already looks and feel natural. Cant wait for the final fitting. This is Dentist is the absolute best! Extremely friendly staff who are eager to help you while always having a smile on their faces and upbeat tone. The Dentists are professional while also being easy going while putting you at ease. They have great office hours and always find a way to fit you in during an emergency. From the moment I called and spoke w/Janet to make the appt, I was impressed. The receptionist, Julia was very cordial, the dental assistant, Logan, was the best and made such a positive impression on my visit. Terry, the benefits coordinator was kind, knowledgeable and diligent in helping me with best options. And, Dr. Alvin Nguyen was beyond fantastic. I had my tooth extracted, sutured and given a temporary bridge. He was gentle and caring, followed up via a phone call the next day. I have not had one bit of pain since I left the office which is amazing. I am a Leadership/Customer Service trainer and Consultant and had done a lot of work in the Health Care industry. When you find employees treating one another well, you will see it transfer over to the patient. And, the entire time I was there, they were kind and respectful to one another. I will offer my praises to Nona Dentist for a very long time!

I had an amazing experience at Nona Dentists and it started as soon as I walked through the door (Thanks Sherrie!). The staff is incredibly professional and so friendly, which made everything feel less intimidating. Mary, who took my x-rays was SUPER. She was good about explaining everything she did and made sure I felt as comfortable as possible. My dentist was Dr. Nam and he was amazing! Very knowledgeable and kind. UPDATE: The office manager called me this morning to say they moved things around and can accommodate my appointment today, which I appreciate. It was a good rebound on their part so Im adding a star. Ill finish my review after the appointment.Original: This is my first ever negative review. Ordinarily, I just let go and move on, but I want my opinion heard this time. As a new patient, I called Nona Dentists and Orthodontics on October 29th to schedule an annual cleaning. I was told I needed to have a routine examination first, including x-rays. Ok, fine. Probably a good idea just for safety. I was then told in order to do both the exam and cleaning, the first available appointment was 3 1/2 weeks later on November 24th. (Frustrated sigh.) Ok, not ideal. But Ill wait. So I booked it figuring at least Ill have clean teeth for Thanksgiving. Three weeks later, I get a voicemail three days before my appointment. I called the next business day and was told they have no record of my appointment. So I asked how they knew to call me about it and leave a voicemail. I was put on hold for 10-minutes and when the staff person returned, I was told there was no hygienist scheduled for Tuesday and asked if I could come in on Saturday, but only for the exam. I would need to come back another day for the cleaning. I said, thats not what we had previously agreed to. But was told, Sorry, thats the best we can do. So, I said thank you, Ill go somewhere else and hung up the phone. I called back a few minutes later to express my frustration to the office manager and spent 20-minutes in the phone queue on hold. So I hung up again and decided to express my frustration here, where hopefully thousands of people will see it. Bottom line if you want to run the risk of wasting nearly a month waiting for an appointment that never materializes, call Nona Dentists & Orthodontics.

I went in yesterday for my first appointment and I cannot express what an amazing experience I had! The staff is super friendly from the front staff to the staff in the back! My hygienist, Jamie, made me feel very comfortable (as comfortable as one can be in the dentist chair) and I had the feeling like I knew her forever so I was very relaxed! They also were very helpful with finances to make sure it worked within my budget! Definitely recommend!

We will NOT be giing back here. First off, you cant get through to anyone on the phone. Phone rings and rings and the voicemail always answers to leave a message. They tell you to call and confirm your appt but when you do, you cant get through to anyone!The lady that was seeing treating my 6 year old made my daughter cry. She raised her voice a lot and was very aggressive in her tone. Not a proper way to speak to children!! It made my daughter and myself very nervous. Going to the dentist is nerve wracking enough without a rude, yelller raising her voice ay my daughter.The last time we came, the dental hygeniest said that my daughter will have a proper cleaning and laughing gas would be given so that my daughter calmed down. To my surprise, no gas was given and the same lady that yelled at my daughter when taking her x-rays was now cleaning her teeth and speaking of how ‘bad’ her bottom teeth her —-in front of my daughter!! Saying that her gums are full of blood! Who says the word ‘blood’ in front of children?! I was appalled and irrate!! VERY bad experience at this office and we will NOT be back.Oh! Forgot to mention that her teeth are exactly the same as before. No proper cleaning was done and and still has tartar in her bottom teerh. Not only was this a waste of time but now my daughter is more scared than ever to go to the dentist—thanks to this wonderful place!

My husband has lost his job as a result of the pandemic and I had called both the office and my dental insurance prior to my appointment to make sure I was covered for a free cleaning and was told I was, twice a year. When I arrived to the dental office both the doctor (Dr. Sung Nam) and the hygienist (Mariel Alvarez) were very defensive and almost forced me to get the deep cleaning because that is what the doctor recommended I needed. When I was about to walk out the doctor then said he would allow me to get a regular cleaning as a courtesy although I am entitled to two free cleanings. I am extremely dissatisfied and will never return to get dental services there. This dental office recommends additional treatments to everyone and are always trying to upsell additional items like flouride treatments all for extra money and then they get upset when you decline. Additionally, I have indicated on numerous times that I have hypothyroidism and I need to have my thyroid covered when getting xrays done and again that was not done because the area where the xrays are typically done was under construction. I feel sorry for the elderly there that believe and buy everything this place suggests.

It was my first time coming here. Everyone here was so nice and definitely care about teeth. From Megan at first desk to Dr Sam to X-ray tech to Leisa (sorry I don’t know how to spell her name ) everyone so caring and passionate to help me and make sure I get the best care and teeth cleaning.I will definitely recommend my friends and family to come here:)God bless everyone here

I know its weird to like going to the dentist... but call me weird because this Nona Dentists is AMAZING!! Seriously. I went at 8:30am and my whole day was kickstarted so brightly. From Cherry and Giullia at the front desk to Logan and Rina helping with my care, I was so respected and thought of, and it was my first time there! While waiting, I heard them greet every guest with such sincere joy and I left with a clean and happy smile. I cant believe that I know my dental staffs names after being there for one appointment-which just goes to show that I genuinely enjoyed my time there. Dr. Samuel is awesome and I will be recommending everyone to you guys! Thanks for making the dentist happy place!

Wish I could give them six stars! We moved here recently and I had a dental emergency and Nona Dentists not only went out of their way to help as soon as possible with my tooth, but the entire staff went out of their way to make me as comfortable as possible, understanding that I get highly anxious when I go to the dentist and obviously I was anxious because it was an emergency. Dr. Nam was warm and professional, and even the billing department was a joy to deal with. I always know if the staff is happy, I am usually in good hands. In this case, I cannot say I have ever been to a better or more skilled dentist and I have lived all over the United States and overseas. I cannot believe I am saying this, but I cant wait to take my kids because I know they will end up LOVING the dentist! Amazing place, amazing people. We are so lucky to have them in this area, but I would literally drive two hours to go to this office. They are cutting edge in both technology and compassion!

This is the best place you can visit, they offer everything so you dont have to go to another specialist if necessary as in my case I have problems with the gums. On my last visit Dr. Erica Hewitt removed and put on a new crown, her work was impeccable and something very important I was very nervous and she gave me all her support, in the end I left this place very pleased and relaxed . I look for an office that makes me feel comfortable and at ease, and they went above and beyond. They took me on a short notice and were so efficient and effective. I highly recommend this office for any and all dental needs!

These guys are amazing! Not only they made an appointment for me as fast as possible, but they were also super accommodating and caring!I would definitely trust them with any dental work because doctor seems very knowledgeable and the whole team is so sweet!

Great experience! The staff was friendly and allowed me to complete my paperwork online, which really streamlined the actual visit. Dr. Samuel was very attentive to my dental concerns and helped me to better understand an issue Ive had for the past few months, and the hygienist (Jamie) was also quite knowledgeable and answered many of my questions during the cleaning!

They try to sell product like fluoride for adults , the dentist does the typical gums check then talks about what your there for .. a simple routine cleaning and then states we are gonna do fluoride at the end to keep your teeth good and strong as if it’s a normal procedure then as he leaves goes “the billing rep is going to come go over your coverage real quick before the rest of your visit” she then tries to sell you on the fact that everything is covered except for The fluoride which is “only 20 dollars” .. no thnx ... I feel sorry for the folks or elderly who get taken advantage of by these types of bait and switch tactics.. what happened to just doIng your job and advising on necessary procedures ...I look at the claim they sent to the insurance company and it’s 4 times what my old dentist would send for a routine cleaning/X-ray .... the receptionist and X-ray attendant were great but the practice of trying to sell Unnecessarily is not ok

Really, a very friendly and nice staff who makes you feel at ease from the moment you walk in the door. Overall, a very positive experience.Ive been to numerous dentists over the course of my life and this staff is really great. They are very knowledgable and answer all my questions, give me advice that nobody else ever gave me. Dr. Samuel and staff treat me very well and Im glad that I know them.

I’m usually kinda nervous about going to a dentist, but Dr.Nam and his staff made me feel so comfortable the entire visit. They are very friendly, professional and very very efficient and accommodating. I got confused with my appointment time and came in a couple hours early for my appointment but they still took me in right away. No wait time whatsoever except when I had to do my paper work. Incredible office, I would definitely recommend.

This is by far one of the best experience ever had at a dental office. Right when you walk in through the door, front desk staff is super nice and welcoming. Ryan stood and answered every question and is the greatest help. The hygienist, Yelena, also was awesome with the cleaning and super thorough. Dr Nam is so knowledgeable and careful with your teeth. He doesnt rush or nothing. He genuinely takes his time and goes over everything in detail. Thats the kind of doctor you want, does the job right and educates! AMAZING OFFICE!

The professionalism and care the staff demonstrate is above and beyond, especially when considering how busy their office is. Logan helped me getting my X-rays done and was outstanding. The little things truly showed.

Seriously an amazing group of professionals in this office. I’ve always hated going to the dentist but everyone here really does everything they can to make it a great experience. All of the receptionists, the dental hygienists and assistants, Dr. Sam and Dr. Raiken are fantastic. As long as I live in the Orlando area I’ll never go anywhere else. Thanks for being awesome

I had such a positive experience at Nona Dentists. The staff were tremendously caring, attentive, and friendly, and the facilities were outstandingly clean and modern. I cant believe I went in and had a full exam, thorough cleaning, and an unexpected dental procedure all in one visit. Easily the best trip to the dentist Ive ever had.

I went to their office by mistake, looking for a second opinion , and I am so glad I did because I was surprised with their customer service, their willingness to help me and their professionalism. My doctor was Alexander Samuel. He explained everything in detail and took care of me right away. I truly recommend them.

I recently visited Nona Dentists and was extremely happy with my visit. I did have a slight hiccup with the scheduling process, but it was resolved and I was seen the next day. Every one I encountered was so friendly, almost too friendly. (But Im not complaining!) I was seen on time and did not have to wait in the waiting room past my appointment time. Paperwork is done online before arrival and the check in process was very fast. Their facility is brand new and everything is extremely sterile and clean, and the equipment is top notch. You have your own private room which is great and everyone really takes the time to get to know you, your wants, and your needs. The whole process of X Rays and cleaning took exactly an hour and a half which is a little long, and I felt the cleaning could have been completed faster, but Im still happy with the results. This is the FIRST dentist I have visited that did not try to sell me on extras or convince me that I have several tiny cavities that need to be filled for preventative measures. Cavity free and Ill be returning in 6 months.

I just went back to Nona Dentists for my second checkup with Dr. Nam. The entire staff was so friendly and seemed to truly love what they do. My teeth feel so clean! Thanks for making going to the dentist so easy. See you in another 6 months.

Writing this review on my mom’s behalf.She mentioned that Dr Nang and the dental assistants Mercedes and Rina took excellent care of her, the staff was very professional and friendly, the best part was that they were able to take her as new patience within a week of the first call, and they took care of her chipped tooth on her first appointment and the price was just right! Loved this place and now she will be coming back for all her future treatments and cleanings! Thank you.

Professional and prompt. Friendly and top of the line procedures. Mostly paperless and tech incorperated into their systems. This is now my second visit and they have expanded and increased their staff. They now have a pediatric dentist starting 2019. I would recommend Yelena for cleaning, she did a great job. Dr. Samuelson is great. I highly recommend this place.

I called Nona Dentist as I needed some work done on a broken molar. Andrea that assisted me when I first called was amazing and extremely friendly. I asked to be called if there was a cancellation as my appointment was schedule for 2 weeks from today. Not even 30 mins when by and Sherri called me that since I was experiencing pain they could see me on Saturday which I took the appointment. Not another 30 mins passed and Sherri called me again to tell me she had a cancellation for a new patient and if I could make it in by 5pm. As soon as I walked into the office Sherri was there and was extremely friendly and so was Gigi. I didn’t have to wait long before I was called back by Dr. Nam. Dr. Nam explained what needed to be done and gave me several options to choose from. His assistant (which I totally forgot her name) was very understanding made me feel comfortable and made sure I was well taken care of throughout the whole process. Sherri then explained the financial part of it as well very thoroughly and as well gave me several options as well. The staff is extremely patient, friendly and caring. I would recommend Nona Dentist & Dr. Nam to anyone. Thank you for taking the time to treat me on so short notice.

This is an outstanding dental office, they have extremely friendly receptionists and Dr. Hewitt is an amazing dentist. I have been struggling for years to find a dental office and dentist that Im comfortable with, Im happy to say that Ive finally found one.

So excited to finally find such a wonderful dentist team! This dentistry is beyond friendly, and gives you great service. If you haven’t been to the dentist in awhile, scared of judgement, or new to the area give this dentistry a try for their $59 special! I’m sure happy I did!!

Im terrified of dentists but after a broken tooth had me in a lot of pain they took care of me same day, maybe just maybe the dentist isnt so bad. The staff was great, took care of me in a prompt manner and Dr. Sung Nam did a great job easing my fear and got me through an extraction with NO Pain! I highly recommend Nona Dentists , they know what theyre doing.
