Great staff who really show they care! Professional and knowledgeable doctors! Shout out to the echo room that is decorated in such a magical way that truly makes one feel comfortable undergoing a heart test. Highly recommend.

They are very rude. My sister in law and I got lost so we were 10 min late. And one of the nurses came out and got mad because we were late. And when my sister in law asked if she was next she gave her the most rude attitude. And the receptionist and nurse were talking infront of us about us being late because I guess the nurse had to leave at 4. DONT recommend this place and the rude attitude. That’s why it has 3.4 stars.

I was referred to Gowani Medical Associates by my primary care physician. This was my first interaction with a cardiologist and I was anxious and upset. Each time I visited the office, the doctors and staff were calm, understanding and kind - even when my stress about my physical problems made me a difficult patient. I am grateful to everyone at Gowani Medical Associates for their assistance and guidance as I made my recovery. And a big shout-out to T for the great conversation about cats and the BEST Christmas decor EVER!

Dr. Gowani has been our cardiologist since the day my son AJ was born. We love her and the dedication of the entire staff. We are lucky to have them. They are knowledgeable, friendly and well organized.

The staff is nice and so is the doctor. However the wait is beyond unnaceptable. An hour just to be called in and another 30 minutes in the room waiting for an appointment that takes 5 minutes. This is for literally every single visit. It is now 9:40 and we were here at 8:40 for an 8:45 appointment. If you value your time please do not come here.

I have been going here since 2011. The staff have been very professional and helpful. The Doctor(s) I have consulted with have been emphatic and easy to talk to. I have noticed a full waiting room and I have had to wait past my original appointment time, but nothing longer than 15-20 minutes. Overall, I have had no major problems or issues with them.

Great doctor, very thorough, an I feel shes a very caring and a professional person. Thanks for all the years u have been my sons doctor.

I had the worst experience today on the phone with a nurse from their Pediatric facility. I was confused and needed a referral so my child could have surgery. I was told the doctor would need to see my child to get the release. Which would have been fine, but there were no appointments available until the end of the month. (Well after the surgery date) She stated the same thing to me 3 times. I told her I understood what she said the first time, but I told her that I would have to check with the medical facility that was to do the surgery. She laughed at me and asked me why my childs health wasnt important to me. That was not even close to what I said. She was rude, loud, and lacked courtesy. I will be transferring my childs records immediately.

First time and already an hour waiting! The office is nice, elegant and closer to home!My eight year old and husband are getting nervous...... what should I do! My husband’s clients do not accept waiting 5 minutes. Why do we need to wait?

My daughter has been coming here since she was 2 yrs old. I will continue with this office no matter where I move in the state. I drive over an hr just so she can continue her treatment from this office.

We were patient at this location for 11 years, and should have switched to another doctor. It is hard to drive to a far location.Doctors are average, but not very experienced. They also dont give proper attention to each patient. You have to wait for 3 hours after your appointment time sometimes, and they are overwhelmed with patients. Once they see you they are in hurry to get you out so next person can come in.Also, we had the worst experience with front desk staff. Requesting them to transfer records was like getting teeth pulled. Painful and lingering.If you have options, please do not select this location.

If I could give them zero, I would. I tried to make a simple appointment over the phone and the lady was very, very rude. She told me 100 times, I cant hear you...Ridiculous. When I asked her again, which part she didnt hear, she was confused. OMG

The atmosphere is relaxing and very comfortable. The office staff is very friendly and professional. Dr. Gowani is a people person and so are his staff. Thanks for helping me with my condition.

Use to bring my daughter here from time to time whenever her mom wasn’t available to bring her I would bring her. Dr Nasima is an amazing doctor and the staff are great however I encounter a problem when my daughter needed to have a test study done and due to my last minute emergency situation at work was unable to take off and make the appt. I got charge $200 no show fee in which I have gone back in forth with their billing manager Sarah. This woman is horrendous! Not a people person and do not understand why these doctors have such a terrible person such as her working there! I will never take my daughter back there again which really sucks because Dr Nasima was really great and very helpful to my daughters condition.

I dont like at all I be bring it my son for 1 year and always said he dont have nothing then he was in the hospital and their find out the he have heart condition and she never told me nothing I dont recommended please look for better cardiology but no in gowani medical

I hate coming here. They have me make appointments and EVERY TIME WITHOUT FAIL they are late. Im sitting in the waiting room right now waiting for my 9:30 appointment. Its 9:50, and they just told me shes running late because the doctor hit traffic. THEN WHY DO WE MAKE APPOINTMENTS?! I hate coming here. A 40$ co-pay for this mess. I dont understand why every time Im here I wait an hour to an hour and a half minimum. I have to call out of work for these appointments because I know they always take longer than they should. When I actually do see the doctor shes constantly being pulled out by a nurse for whatever reason. They clearly dont care about the patients. They only care about the money. Very sad and I refuse to come back here.

They are crooks and racists and lack real medical education they waste your time and money and laugh about it. He and his wife make racist statements about American people real disturbing

Not very understanding, had me waiting an hour for a 5min appointment. Very money hungry, they were going to turn me away and was going to charge me $50 for a no call/no show just because I didnt have the full amount of what they were asking. Will be changing doctors asap.
