I have had a wonderful experience with the office staff, especially the front desk supervisor Matt. He was a huge help to me in getting the information I needed for an unrelated surgery. In addition we have always had wonderful treatment from the employees both front and back of the office. Very professional; caring and sweet. My husband and I especially enjoy our interactions with Dr. Ambati‘s PA Jeffrey; always a pleasure.

Above and beyond the call of duty. Dr. Ambati and his assistant are GREAT. Their explanations are clear and precise. They are both an ASSET to the Profession.

First off, I really want to say that I dont understand why people are giving bad reviews about the front staff; they have nothing to do with the doctor and how he performs. Anyways, Dr. Ambati has got to be one of the best cardiologists hands down. He has been my doctor for about 10-11 years now and is amazing at what he does! He has excellent bedside manner and he doesnt sugarcoat anything, but his delivery is coming from a place of caring. I have gone through numerous procedures with him and each time leading up to it, he talked about everything; the pros, the cons, the potential complications, recovery time, everything! If you need a cardiologist, look no further because this doctor is it! Ive been through a few cardiologists before I met him, and none of them seemed to care ad much as he does!

He can be a good professional but his team is very unreliable. They don’t answer phone calls. You can leave messages and they don’t return calls. I even sent emails and they don’t reply. All they care is the money. Don’t bring your loved ones here. Find a doctor who cares for patients.

26 years working medical field never have I thought I would meet someone so Arrogant. I strongly feel people are so smart that they forget the most simple things in life, just by been humble and kind. I waiting 2.5 hours in exam room no one cared to check or to inform me he was running late. It’s the courtesy that you show to your patience , it’s OK to be late but sure a little bit of courtesy...it just comes along way. I didn’t have a great experience with Dr. he seems to be to busy to be bother to hear my situation. I can’t put my life in his hands. I wouldn’t treat anyone like that.

Dr. Ambati is a good doctor but his staff is awful. Worst customer service I have ever had. I depend on my heart medication and have been trying to call for days to schedule an appointment because the doctor won’t refill it until I come in again. I’m at one day left off my heart meds, I’ll try calling at all times of day, I leave messages requesting an appointment. Do not go here if your life depends on your medication!!

Dr. Ambati is good. His staff however bus just awful. I have called several times within the last 2 weeks and NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE!I LEFT ABOUT 8 voicemails and nobody has called me back! Mom needs her refills on pills! He is going to loose our business soon if his staff doesnt step it up!

Dr. Ambati is a wonderful doctor. The front staff; however, not so much. They are very unorganized and rude. They schedule appointments without notifying the patient and then call asking where they are. They schedule appointments on days that the doctor isnt even there. Then they schedule appointments with different doctors without telling the patient. Again, very unorganized. If it were not for Dr. Ambati, we wouldnt bother with this office and with the way the staff is as of late, it might be time to look for a new office.

2 hour wait to see Dr. Staff told me this is his norm! AND, when seen by him the first time in Orlando East Advent Hospital, he had dropped one of my meds and added another. He wanted me to sched a f/u appt with him 2 weeks out. When I stayed nauseated & high BP, I called his office a week after my hospital stay. The MA wasnt concerned at all about my BP being so high & could only move my appt up by a few days. He only goes to the Orlando East hospital which is terrible too!!! 3 strikes & youre out, Dr. Ambati.

Office is VERY BAD at returning phone calls, refilling prescriptions, doing anything over the phone. They also have taken forever to send any information requested by my moms primary care doctor. My mom is getting a new cardiologist and she sent them a request form over a month ago to have her medical records sent to the new cardiologist, and they have yet to do it.This is a reoccurring issue since my mom has been a patient. This is a serious safety issue!Dr Shravan Ambati is far more concerned with other things then taking time with the patient and understanding the issues at hand. Worst bedside manner I have seen in my entire life.AVOID this place at all cost.

No idea about the low reviews.His staff is average, DR.IS AMAZING..4 years after my ablation, I still sing his praises. Im in Daytona now but will only see dr.. ambati
