Nice people, but WAY too busy to be worth using them. It can take a week for them to fill a prescription. Ive had them incorrectly fill 3 prescriptions now and so I have to check carefully each time. I spent 20 minutes on hold the other day and never got to talk to a person. If my prescription insurance allowed me to use any other pharmacy I would do so.
I had a great experience at the CVS pharmacy thanks to Melanie. I had an emergency where I needed insulin and she was knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful! Everyone in the pharmacy was very pleasant and responsive! There was a long line to wait in for pick up and the employees moved that line quickly! Im very impressed with this pharmacy and the employees there!
The first time I went to go pick up my prescription, I had exceptional service. The man who filled my prescription was very nice and helpful and got me my prescription within 3 minutes. The second time I went was possibly the worst possible experience I have ever had with any worker. I am not one to be rude to workers, however, this was the only exception. The older lady who was at the front did not have a sliver of customer service. The first thing she told me was that they did not have my prescription even though I told her my psychiatrist had sent over the refill the prior week. Her response was, Your psychiatrist doesnt work here, but I do and I am telling you we dont have anything for you to pick up. I had to snap at her to give me a direct answer as to why they did not have my prescription. She kept trying to tell me that my insurance either did not cover it or that it had not been sent over. I had to tell her multiple times that it was sent over and that my insurance had just covered it the other day. When she finally decided to actually look at my medications, she realized that the reason my prescription was not filled was because the pharmacy did not have enough to fill. If she had told me this from the beginning I would have been completely accepting and came to pick it up at a later time. However, her snarkiness and passive aggressive comments about my psychiatrist not working there, along with not actually knowing why my prescription wasnt filled until I had to snap at her to actually check in the system are enough for me to come write a review. If this is how she treats people who need more important medication, it is infuriating. Do your due diligence next time and give the customer the correct answer the first time instead of assuming the prescription was never sent over or not covered by insurance.
I have had a couple great experiences here but lately, it is terrible. The waits are insane, and then they end up not having enough medication for the full prescriptions, and say to call back, and every time I call, it ends up being at least 30 minutes on hold. It’s getting ridiculous.
Usually pretty good. Theyve had me on hold for more than an hour though...
The pharmacy says its open. I can barley walk. I get all the way in and they are closed. I am 100% out of my diabetic and asthma medications. 2 thumbs down.
Amswer the phone!! It’s been over 20 minutes!
I absolutely love these guys! Plus I got my flu and booster shot from them and it was a great experience! I hate needles and the pharmacist was so nice and did such a good job. They always go above and beyond!
You have to do better. Peoples mental and physical health is on the line.
Very slow and rude, did not want to give medication because they didn’t feel like it. Had to call my doctor so that my doctor could talk some sense into CVS. CVS was very reluctant to give medication. CVS then said that my insurance wouldn’t cover it so I finally left.DON’T GO HERE!!!I wasted my whole morning
Probably some of the best Pharmacists and Staff of any of the local pharmacies. They know their stuff, Dave has helped me and recommended the right meds. Just a very credible & valuable resource!
This is probably the worst pharmacy around. Cvs is great, but this specific location is a nightmare. To date, they have filled incorrectly 3 prescriptions (for a diabetic that is just not okay). They also did not inform me when my diabetic supplies were no longer being manufactured—forcing me to go without unnecessarily for weeks. Everyone who works there is really nice, but it’s like they literally don’t know what they’re doing.
There is usually a wait at this pharmacy but it isnt a big deal for me as I generally have grocery shopping that I can be doing while they are filling my prescriptions. I recently got my flu shot here, Dave the pharmacist was AWESOME. I didnt have the normal pain that I have the next day after the flu shot. He did a great job. You also get a $5 coupon to target if you get your flu shot there. I would highly recommend it.
Their staff is awesome! They answer questions well and do everything they can to help. Definitely one of the best pharmacies.
They were amazing tonight. They helped us figure out how to get us a prescription tonight and really bent over backwards doing all they could to help us. They are super nice, knew the answers to questions, I really appreciated it. And we got the prescription in time. The pharmacist was awesome! Thank you CVS!
My husband didnt realize CVS doesnt take our insurance, and he showed up right as they had closed for the night. He had a croupy toddler and a preschooler that he had hauled in from the car and wasnt looking forward to packing them back up, calling the doctor to change pharmacies, and trying to figure out who was open and accepted our insurance. Jana was incredibly helpful and was able to give him enough of the medication our toddler needed to get him through the weekend. Wish we could support this pharmacy more often!
CVS/Target provides me with very good service, turn around time and accuracy. Overall service is very good to excellent. Staff are eager to help and are just plain good people. I especially like that they know who I am when I walk in.
This pharmacy is the best I’ve been to! I’ve had so many problems with pharmacy’s in the past. Yes, I have run into a few minor problems here, but they have outstanding customer service and will get you taken care of and feeling better fast.
Poor Customer Service. CVS pharmacy has lost my insurance information multiple times even though I had a monthly refill prescription and my prescription gets filled there every month, they have also lost said prescription and others. They never ask me to if I want to speak to the pharmacist, they just want me to sign the waiver- I always have to ask. Mason the Pharmacist has always been really nice.
Slow and frustrating service. I have been using this pharmacy for a few months now and have had multiple encounters with them.My first frustration: If I have a prescription to drop off as well as one to pick up they have me wait in line twice! One line to drop off a prescription, then I have to get in the back of a line to pick up. WHY!?Second frustration: Their standards and policies change depending on who you are talking to. I dropped off a prescription and confirmed with the lady taking it that I would receive a text when it was ready. Much later I approached them with my frustration that I never received a text. This representative stated they didnt text under the circumstances and I could no longer pick up that prescription! I would have to go back to my doctor for another!Lastly: They dont seem to care about customer care. I have expressed my frustrations to them before and they seem to do very little!
I love Target but the CVS pharmacy is awful. One pharmacy tech is incredibly rude to me every time I get my prescription filled. I tried asking him if they sold a product and he literally told me to figure it out myself. I’ve transferred my prescription and Id complain to the manager if I thought it would actually do anything.
Target selling their pharmacies to CVS was a mistake. The only real good review on here was before the change really took place. The color-coded rings was a Target thing, not a CVS thing. Target was amazing. CVS is a nightmare.I have had so many issues with this location that apparently exceed the text limit allowed. In essence, my medications are regularly out of stock, though they are not rare. In addition, I have been given the runaround several times before, sometimes for weeks at a time. This has caused, on more than one occasion, my prescriptions to expire before I am able to fill them, as they are only good for a month. The only seemingly competent and/or polite people at this pharmacy seem to be the pharmacists themselves. I have been brushed off by the employees on several occasions, and whenever I call with a simple question, it cannot be answered for me, and I am shoved onto the pharmacist with no warning. Frequently, I receive notices that I have prescriptions waiting for me. Upon showing up, there are no prescriptions, and no one knows why I get those messages. This place is a disaster.
My husband is on medication for seizures and I went in on a Thursday to pick of his prescription and they told me they were out of it and to come back tomorrow because it would be in then. I came back the next day (Friday) right before they closed and they said they still didnt have the medicine. So I went in the next Monday and they still didnt have the medication and told me the warehouse only sends them some every once in a while. This is a serious medication. Then they said oh wait I guess we do have it wait here while I go fill it so I waited for 20 minutes and the lady looked at me and said oh your prescription has been done for 15 minutes so get in line again (which the line was huge at that time) and they will help you. So I waited in line for 15 minutes and when I got to the front the guy said oh we lost it wait again and we will find it I had to wait for another 10 minutes for them to get it. An hour later I was finally able to receive my prescription that I ordered 5 days ago. I hate this pharmacy and would NEVER reccomend it to anyone!!!!!
Always friendly staff and Target pharmacy has the cool correct coded ID rings for each family members prescription. They were recently acquired by CVS so theres no reason not to use a close, easy to work with pharmacy. Plus, you get in-store reward coupons for filling with them.
Very nice and helpful workers. Great service. Comfortable environment.
I went in right before closing after a long/hard visit to the ER. They rushed to fill my prescriptions so I could get better faster. Great service!
A good basic pharmacy. They have lots of stuff other than drugs and medicine. Not as good as Walgreens, but not bad.
Why does this say they close at 9? Theyve been closed twice when I have gone before 9. When do they really close?
They may have been having a bad day, but their customer service was really bad at this location. I went with a question for the pharmacist, and consultation was actually blocked off. So I waited in the pickup line behind another customer. I usually am not bothered when I am not acknowledged, especially if Im not immediately next in line, but there were 4 people working. Also the fact that consultation was blocked off added to my irritation. I just had a question, why did I have to wait in the line for picking up prescriptions? I waited a few minutes and then I left.
This place is a mess. In the last 3 weeks they have messed up on 2 of our familys prescriptions and we ve received 4 texts/calls saying a prescription was ready for pick and we go in and they havent even started to fill it. We really used to like this pharmacy, but over the past 2 years it has really gone down hill.
Very nice service, but always mess up my meds. They filled one that I did not ask. Not sure if they listen or pay attention. Very uneasy these people are in care of my monthly meds. I got sick because they filled the wrong one and I only get 4 prescriptions a month. They take no accountability. Awful and cant feel that I trust them. I have a cognitive condition and they do not understand people who are chronically ill. Im allergic to pain killers and other meds and they filled them anyways without concern
Slow slow slow and couldnt handle insurance. Noooope. Go elsewhere for decent service.
Ran out of my prescription, told them it is one I can not miss and asked where I can get it at, they told me to call places and find it. Didnt even stop what they were doing to have the conversation.
Really rude about getting my meds.
I prefered the Target pharmacy, better prices.
The old target pharmacy was better
Good things to improve but only a few details
