I called at 1:40 and made an appointment for 6pm the same day. That was really convenient. Once we got there they made us pay before the massage and charged $2 extra for using a debt card. The sheet they use to cover you is short and see-through. The massage itself was amazing, even included hot rocks. However, they cut it short. It was only 45 minutes instead of the hour we asked for. Then when we went to leave the receptionist embarrassed us in front of the next people by asking us to tip. Overall it was a great massage but we wont be returning.

Cool to be able to walk in and get a good massage. Pros. She was really good. But if you want ppl to keep coming back. Small talk is nice. Like is this to rough or a bit deeper. Im a big guy. So you might have to dig into me a bit. The walk in the back was great.I also recommend 90 min. But I wish they would ask questions first. I know Im getting a full massage. But sometimes its the neck more, or The upper back, or lower back. Sometimes it would help to stretch the person out as well. Overall I was satisfied.

I made an appointment today at 5 pm for 6:30 pm and one for 7:30 pm for my husband and the person who answer the phone never told I needed to confirm my massage or my app will be cancel. At 5:30 they send me a message saying my app was cancel when I called to clarify this this lady hang up the phone on me without even listening to me. She had a Asian accent. So I called again to see if my 7:30 was still open, she hang up on me again! Great! I was trying to book a massage to relax and now I am in even more pain because of the Poot way I was treated and not professional and for sure no Poot communication but not communication at all !!!

If you are conservative and modest, the sheet does come down below your waist. Warning!!! They will ask you what you want to tip, then laugh at you if you if its not enough for them.

I recommend the 90 min massage.

Love this place!! relaxing setting with soothing meditative music, the people that work there are very accommodating and genuinely care about you, and the therapists are very knowledgeable - all for a very reasonable price. must get the 90 minutes for a full experience. I try to go as often as I can.

Ive been kind of skeptical of places with tinted windows but I have really bad neck, shoulder, and back issues. After 2 weeks of severe pain I was desperate for relief. I tried 2 other places who didnt take walkins (these guys do) and they were amazing! Im amazed at the therapists ability to apply pressure. I wasnt sure what to expect. It was different than going to like a usual American massage therapist (they use hot towels, different techniques, and 1 sheet instead of 2). I was taking medication for pain relief, using a tens unit only to have temporary relief and today for the first time in 2 weeks I actually feel better as if she was able to put my shoulder back in to place. Ill definitely be back again.
