We worked with a contractor to get a new garage going on our property. After we signed everything, we found out that we needed to move our main power source coming into the home since it interfered with the location of the garage. Unfortunately the construction dates were already set, so we needed somebody to help us with this project fast.Could not have asked for a better group to come out and help. They knew that because of my ignorance about how everything works Id put us under a hellish timeline, and they still delivered. The project was harder than anticipated, but they worked with both the city and our local electricity provider to complete everything on time. They removed such a burden from me to get it all done. Would love to have them back any time I need electrical work done. They went above and beyond anything I anticipated. They were transparent and professional in everything that was happening. A huge thank you to everyone involved!

Captain Electric came out to fix a problem created by a previous owner trying to do the job on the cheap and not up to code. The job ended up being harder then they had anticipated, yet they persisted and got it done in one day. When all was said and done I am so happy that I got the job done right.

We hired Captain Electric to add an AC outlet above our mantle so we could wall-mount our TV. They replied promptly and gave us a quote and answered some questions via the messenger. They showed up right on time and had the job done in less than an hour! Their price was very reasonable, and were very satisfied with the work done. We were having trouble with our street light that is connected to our house. It would always trip our connection in the house when it rained or the Sprinkler would turn on. Carl was very thorough with his repair. he is not sure if it will work due to so much damage to the plug. But he will make a note if it needs to be looked at again.

I purchased a automatic generator and transfer switch. The crew of Peter, John and Sian arrived on time and as scheduled. They explained to me what was going to happen during the install. All individuals were professional in their installation, courteous and friendly. They knew what they had to do for electrical and plumbing of gas line. The pricing and initial proposal what easy to understand and was cheaper in cost that the other leading installer. The 11 KW generator works great and just having it installed gives my family a peace of mind, knowing if something were to happen we would be OK. Thanks Captain Electric and crew. This is the second time we have worked with Captain Electric and we have had awesome experiences both times (Which is why we are a repeat customer). In both situations we indicated what we needed and they were able to present us with options on how to achieve those needs.The next time I need an electrician I will be calling them again.(I sound like a bot so here are some specifics). We have an older home that was sold to us by a flipper and some of the electrical work was questionable, Captain Electric cleaned up our old wiring downstairs, added some new plugs in on the first visit. On the second visit they re-did our back porch lights (The previous light would spark any time I changed a bulb) and installed a ceiling fan upstairs (which is much quieter and cooler than the floor fans we were using). All the work looks professionally done and meets or exceeds our needs.

Came and didnt do what we asked them to do, wanted to charge us $1,600.00 for an unneeded repair. My neighbor and a similar experience so stay away.

I had a last minute small job and the Captain came through for me! Ill chose them every time.
