Wasn’t a fan u til I got a pair of their stretchy pants. Now I’m a firm believer If you catch them at a good time when the sales are going on you can usually get yourself some good saving on a lot of different items. They have everything you need if your lookin to hit the woods or a fishing trip.

Staff is always super friendly and helpful. Every time I go they help guide me through the best products for my lifestyle and size even if theyre busy they make the time. Greatly appreciate the customer service and quality of products!

I like it here. Employees are pretty nice. I have signed up for their rewards on line and get a $10 coupon quite often. You can use it for anything. And other advantages too. Pretty nice!

They do not honor the return policy as listed on the website. The manager was also very rude about it. Love what EB has done the last several years. The First Ascent series of products are a very good value. I rate this store 4 stars only because I wish the physical locations carried a wider range of sizes. Anyone who is an EB customer should realize they are largely a online retailer. If you dont find what you want in the store go on to the website. Every time I have been into this location they have been very helpful without being pushy.

There isnt a store I love more than Eddie Bauer. Every single item I have ever bought from them is still in perfect condition with no signs of wear and tear. Their leggings are one of my favorite items I own from them. Ive worn them backpacking, camping, and regular day to day. Youd think they are brand new.I know without a doubt that my money is well spent on their clothing.

Had a terrible experience trying to return a jacket purchased online. Customer support from Eddie bauer said I could return a defective jacket and it took a good 10 minutes of insisting to get them to accept the return. Wont be back to this store.

I bought a jacket here 6 or 7 years ago and was able to return it for store credit. That was amazing. I never loved that jacket cause it was too fragile and when I brought it in with tears and such they understood and I was able to buy something that better suited my needs. Really wonderful customer service.

HORRIBLE customer service for the online store. I have called 6 times and I have never talked to a person. I called at different times and on different days. I waited a minimum of 20 minutes every time and I have never talked to anyone. I sent 4 emails to cancel my order because I bought the coat in my local store instead of waiting the 3 weeks it would take for it to set shipped to my home. It has been 2 weeks and I just got charged a second time for the coat. I am so disappointed in this horrible customer service. Great products with no backbone. The Eddie Bauer himself would be ashamed of this. I understand that this local store is great, but I’m hoping that by voicing my opinion here some Eddie Bauer person with a voice can make a difference.

A little pricey, but you know youre getting quality clothing that will last. I had a pretty good experience at this particular store. I felt like the staff was helpful without being overbearing like you can sometimes get at mall stores.

Lemme tell ya a bit about the quality of Eddie Baurs products.This is the only place I buy pants. And I mean, the *only* place I buy pants.I did relief in Houston after Hurricane Harvey, and I did a mission trip to Cuba, plus, flyfish and hunt regularly. I put their convertible moisture wicking pants (I think they call them scout pants) through the meat grinder. They are comfy, they are reliable, they are convertible, they are functional, and they are way, way easy to pack. After all of this, (the mission to Cuba, and hurricane relief) I have two pairs that are still kicking. Thats two and a half years of abuse. I still wear them regularly.And now, they have the same pants, with fleece lining (ohhh yeah) so now, I can have those pants and be even comfier in the winter. These pants typically cost about 100 bucks, but its worth it. Besides, they usually got deals running anyway.They have great moisture wicking shirts, and their pants are great. What else can I say, other than where I go, Ill probably be wearing EB. Because it can keep up.

Amazing Christmas sales! Kind customer service

They have a return policy posted on the checkout counter and don’t honor it. We had an item that was a gift and still had the tag- the policy stated that you could return for up to a year and, if you don’t have a receipt- still get store credit for half of the original price. This was not true! We had to wait 30 minutes for an answer, just to find out they wouldn’t honor the policy.
